Jamie was the manager that showed my buddy and I around the facility, and it’s top notch. I tried the cryotherapy, and while it was intense for the short period, I felt great post treatment.I am grateful that I am a combat veteran here in the area with the 22 Project, and that Restore offers many services to the veteran free of charge, and assistive in my health recovery journey. Staff was super polite, and even gave some excellent recommendations on some excellent delis in the area. These folks want you to feel and live great. I will absolutely be back to try extended time or temp in the cryochamber and other services.

Restore is such an incredible experience. My wife and I have dealt with physical pain for many years. The staff are very professional; you can tell they genuinely care about you and your well-being. They are always attentive asking how you feel and if you need anything to drink or a snack. They provide thorough explanations of each therapy treatment as well as give adequate advice based on your needs and aches. When you leave, you feel refreshed and relaxed ready to take on the rest of the day. I gave them five stars because Google doesnt allow me to give them 10 stars.

Wow, this is a place that I could hangout all day. They offer a relatively sizable range of prescription and non-prescription modalities that support sports recovery and general wellness; think spa, but better because it’s total body recovery. I initially came in for the cryotherapy to help alleviate a few weeks of struggling with poor sleep/insomnia; however, I ended up trying compression therapy and PBM as well as the massage chairs while I waited for the PBM to become available.1. Cryotherapy - as noted, this is the reason that I initially came into Restore Boca. This was my first time trying cryotherapy. When I was looking around for a treatment center, I noticed that all of the other cryo places seemed to have machines that left your shoulders and head out of the treatment zone. Why leave the most important organ out of the zone of treatment?? Restore has a full body machine that is completely enclosed and is able to treat all parts of the body equally. This was a significant factor in why I initially chose Restore. In terms of what to expect, the wellness rep talks to you about any prior experience with cryotherapy, any medical conditions that may be a contraindication, and then works with you to put together a cryotherapy plan (temperature / duration). He then brought me back to the changing area where I took off my jewelry, changed into a robe, and put on socks/slippers/mittens. At this point, I was ‘suited up’ and ready for the treatment. Before entering the chamber, I picked a song on spotify to jam out to during the cryotherapy session, and this song was piped into the cryotherapy chamber through built-in speakers. During the session, the rep will also talk to you through the speaker system to let you know the time and see how you are doing with the treatment. You can also see a countdown clock through the large glass portion of the door while in the chamber to view how much time you have left. When the session is done and the rep pulls the door open, it’s a huge rush. I had read a few clinical studies that looked at up-regulation of certain ‘feel good’ factors involved with brain health, and wow did I feel happy afterwards. That rush is definitely real in my experience.2. PBM - I didn’t really know anything about PBM before I came to Restore. I decided to try photobiomodulation after cryotherapy because the wellness rep had me intrigued with the range of potential benefits. It felt great and it was relaxing. However, coming from a scientific background, I had to do my own search after getting home on pubmed to learn more about it. I found that there is a multitude of peer-reviewed white papers and clinical trials on the benefits and effects of photobiomodulation in promoting wound healing and activation of cytochrome c oxidase which, in brief, helps cells clear toxins. There is also some interesting in-human data around certain degenerative retinal conditions and how PBM attenuates oxidative stress and prevents cell death via acting on mitochondria-mediated signaling pathways. From a sports recovery point of view, these same mechanisms increase resistance to skeletal muscle fatigue by stimulating mitochondrial function in muscle cells. Do your own PUBMED search: the benefits of PBM are plethoric. The more papers I read, the more I am definitely going back for additional rounds of PBM.3. Compression - In between cryotherapy and PBM, I put on a pair of full length leg compression devices. It’s like a full leg massage. Who doesn’t like that?Rounding back to the beginning, did it improve my sleep? It is a resounding “YES!”. After weeks of waking up multiple times a night or waking up at 2/3am and not being able to go back to sleep, I *****finally***** slept a full night without waking up struggling to go back to sleep. Huge Restore fan here, and will definitely be going back.

This past week was my first visit to Restore in Boca. Parking was a little bit of an issue, so arrive early.The staff and the facilities were top-notch. Everyone was very friendly, and the saunas and restrooms were very clean. Towels were provided and they offered complementary apples and oranges after my treatments. Would highly recommend you check out Restore if you want to feel your best.

Was invited to try sauna and cryo chamber at an introductory rate. Totally worth it. Very nice staff. Zach was friendly professional informative and explained everything. Everything is clean and its very obvious why the infrared sauna heat and cryo go well together. Their packages are reasonably priced and they offer many other services. I met the aesthetician that does facials, they have iv hydration and oxygen therapy and recovery compression for after work outs.

Todd and his whole staff are amazing. I did the hyperbarics after my surgery and felt so great after each treatment. I can tell that my incisions are healing rapidly and have avoided infection due to the hyperbaric oxygen treatments. I loved this place It had some super great modalities and I can tell my body feels a lot healthier and stronger things especially like the full body cryotherapy of freezing cold for 3 minutes along with the compression as well as the red light treatment are incredible and this place is such a great compliment to a person who has an appreciation for the fitness and health lifestyle or for someone who wants to maximize the quality and longevity and duration of their livelihood... It definitely exceeded my expectations and has opened up my mind to other modalities of treatment and the staff was incredible Lydia was incredible very enthusiastic and passionate about her services and the treatments....!!!!

I tried the cryo chamber, which Ive always wanted to try, I had a spot cryo treatment and I also tried the infrared.The cryo chamber was even better than I expected, I am definitely doing that again. I think I picked the wrong spot to try the spot cryo treatment. But the infrared was surprising, it felt a little uncomfortable as I was doing it, but afterwards I felt so refreshed. I dont know if it was the combo of the cryo and infrared, but I have felt a general wellness. My problem spots remain, they probably need more intensive treatment, but in the rest of my body I did feel an immediate effect which has lasted me a few days.For instance, my back in general feels way less tight than it normally does. I will definitely try the cryo chamber and the infrared again.
