    I just moved back down to Boca after 26 years and I was in need of a dermatologist as soon as I could get one for a new issue I had. I was able to get an appointment in one day and I was very pleased by my first visit. The office is very nice and everyone was very friendly. I was happy that Dr Schiff was able to perform a quick minor surgical procedure right away for me that solved my problem. I could not ask for anything more.

    I’ve been a happy patient here since 2018. I only see Dr Klem. Every part of my yearly visit is great. I use to come here 3-4 times a year but my skin has improved so much that I only have to go in for my annual check up. Im so glad I came here. I left another dermatologist in late 2017 at a different practice because the medical advise was trash.

    I can’t even tell you how happy I m with Doctor Adriana, she is very knowledgeable and she educates you while she is doing her job.I would definitely recommend to her anyone for dermatology!! She even calls back for fallow up. I m glad that she is my dermatologist!!!

    Good experience for multiple visits to include removal of a cancerous growth which they detected. PA is sometimes too quick to order a biopsy vs a burn off. 5 stars except for the checkout receptionist who is slow and unorganized.

    Ive been a patient at the Boca Raton office for a number of years and have always been pleased with the care I received there. And recently even more so. Just had to thank Dr. Adriana Abuchar who recently, after a procedure for treatment of skin cancer, took the time the next day, to call me at home to see how I was feeling. That caring is so rare in the medical field today I feel it should be acknowledged. I highly recommend this practice.

    Excellent service. The automated systems they have in place will send out alerts that ensure you will not miss the appointment.All intake was automated and fairly easy to accomplish quickly. The staff ran close to on time for scheduling and the staff was professional, fun and engaging.Our Medical Asst, Marisol, was very thorough and fun, smiling and helpful. Dr Podnos was our Dr, excellent Dr! Very thoughtful, professional and well prepared.Solid 5/5!

    Dr. Scott Podnos is hands-down, the best skin cancer surgeon in the whole state of Florida if not the nation!! 10 out of 10 rating in my book, you won’t be disappointed!!     Firstly, the staff is beyond pleasant and friendly. Secondly, I had the pleasure of being introduced to Dr. Jessica Bernstein. She is absolutely the BEST dermatologist I have seen to date. She is warm, extremely thorough, makes sure her patients understand what’s going on with their skin all the while with a friendly demeanor. She not only immediately diagnosed me with my bothersome skin condition but performed a skin check, which I was way overdue to have done. Lastly, Dr. Bernstein’s skin checks are beyond methodical and by far the BEST! You do not want to miss out on the sheer GEM of a doctor!

    Very friendly staff and easy check in process. The doctor was very nice and knowledgeable. I left feeling a little thrown off that my visit with the actual doctor lasted under 5 minutes. I kept feeling maybe I had missed something to talk about. And this is not the first time that I’ve gone to check a birthmark that is genuinely concerning that I’m worried about it changing size, color and sensation and I’m told to “watch it and wait until it’s an obvious dangerous problem then we’ll deal with it” but that’s just medicine now a days in general. There’s no preventative coverage for anything. I WOULD recommend advanced dermatology to others, the experience itself was positive.

    Came in with a major concern, saw Dr. Klem, who calmed me down, gave me the answer & performed an on-the-spot procedure to restore me to normal.     Advanced Dermatology is an excellent office for getting your skin checked. It is so important to watch for any changes especially in Florida. The sun has an evil side.     Dr Martin Schiff, Maureen, and his nurses are wonderful, so kind and professional. The front office is not, you feel like a number as they immediately start with orders, no welcoming attitudes. I even took time to walk into their office, immediately after my skin surgery, to give them an update, no one charted it. So unfortunately, Dr Schiffs manager, Maureen, was never told I had melanoma surgery and called me concerned. I explained I had my surgery plus post exam and they needed to contact my surgeon for documents. I’m so thankful Dr Schiff noticed my melanoma on a routine body check, and immediately had Maureen schedule me for surgery.

    I have been taking my daughter to Dr. Klem for at least a couple of years now for an acne problem. My daughter is 16 and I love her as much as anybody could possibly love their child. However, it is sometimes hard not to think that God uses her to test my love and patience. But not that of Dr. Klems. Her demeanor has always been calm, she has always been fully understanding, and her patience has always been inexhaustible. A few months back, she even phoned my daughter to follow up after business hours. Last time we went to see her, dr. Klem and I were even cracking jokes; it turned out to be one of the most fun doctor visits ever. And the acne are gone!Highly recommended!

After a spot was removed from my chest by another dermatologist, scar tissue formed and the Doc was not able to reduce it. One treatment by Dr Klem and the scar tissue disappeared.
