    I go here frequently for my Semaglutide shots and it’s always a pleasant and quick visit! Just had another appointment today this time with Parandis.     Ive been coming to this clinic since they open pretty much. I was looking for a good clinic with REAL injector nurses and clean. I heard about this clinic on Instagram the first time and they had really good reviews. The whole team is super friendly and helpful to get the results you really want. They really are attentive and listen to you and I think that is the most important. I had dysport and a subtle lip filler and was really glad with everything. They offer a lot of services. The clinic is very clean and have the proper licenses which is also important when it comes to your face. I will be back for more treatments very soon!! Secondly, they are so responsive on their instagram whenever I need to make an appointment so booking appointments is the easiest part of it all.     My experience from start to finish was top notch. When I checked in I was greeted by a really nice girl, who unfortunately I forgot her name and then she took me to the room and advised me that Maya would be with me shortly. Maya was in the room, not even 5 minutes later. Maya was so sweet from the onset and asked me what service I was here for and I advised her that I was either looking to do Dysport as I have always done or Botox and she explained the benefits of each one, and even explained Xeomin to me and that was exactly the product that I went with. The room was clean, Maya talked to me throughout the process and made sure I was ok and didn’t need a break. I am sure I will be back, but of course waiting to see these results first before 100% committing, but I will post before and after pics in two weeks or as soon as I see results.Shannon

They were welcoming and did not seem to have any issues with my situation. My only complaint is the wait time. The spa itself is totally beautiful and upscale but the pricing is very good. The person doing my injections was extremely thorough and very skilled.     I love this place! I just moved to Ft Lauderdale and was looking for a local place to get lip filler and Botox. When i came to visit i was a little nervous but everyone is so sweet especially May at the front desk. She makes you feel so great about yourself and the overall environment is great.     This was my first time at cosmetica med spa. I went through a rough 2 weeks with my skin…lots of breakouts, texture and inflammation. I decided to schedule a consultation with one of the estheticians to see what facial would suit my needs. As soon as I walked in, I was taken care of and the best way possible. My Esthetician Carla took a good look at my skin and carefully listened to all of my concerns, and what I was hoping to get out of the facial. Due to my skin being extremely sensitive and still inflamed, she recommended to do a hydrafacial with derma planning, and some red light therapy at the end. The facial was absolutely relaxing and this was the first time I had a facial without experiencing any stinging or uncomfortable burning sensation. My skin already feels and looks, and I’m excited to be back next month for my next facial with Carla.

    I have gotten my lips done twice before with little to no results and after one time from being here my lips look visibly bigger yet keeping my natural shape! My sister also got her lips done and it was amazing how she balanced her lips with one visit! Also my sister wanted all these things done and if they were just after your money they wouldn’t have told us not to get half the things she wanted to because we were give an honest opinion which is hard to find around here 🥰

    Love this place! The office is beautiful, clean, and the front desk is so friendly. I came in to do filler for my lips with Versa and the results were amazing! My lips are perfectly plumped and looks very natural. I also had filler done for my jaw and chin and the results are perfect. Everything was done proportionally and I was well taken care of by Jasmine. She made sure I was numb and was very gentle when injecting me. She made sure I was comfortable and happy with my results. You can see rapid results with the filler and the down time was only 2 days. I can’t wait to come back for more!

    Here are a couple before and after from my lip filler treatment today with half a syringe of juvederm. I was looking to have my top lip a little more pronounced and evened out and that’s exactly what I got.     I was extremely nervous about the whole experience but Lindy was very supportive and informative. She reassured me that everything will be OK. When I arrived, the staff was welcoming and I felt comfortable. The procedure was painless and I was extremely thrilled with my results. Lindy was right!     They were able to squeeze me in last minute for a facial in the late afternoon. The front desk and staff are all amazing and try to work with you and your schedule. Helen was my esthetician and she was absolutely amazing! She’s clearly pro and took her time while doing extractions and made sure it wasn’t painful. I left there with my face completely glowing.
