Nancy is an amazing esthetician! I have been going to her for many years now. She takes such genuine concern for my needs and provides the best approach for my skin with a noticeable difference and result. She uses industry leading products that are effective and sustainable. Her approach is individualized, which creates a safe and secure relationship. She always has my best interest in mind and truly takes all of my needs into consideration. I absolutely love Nancy and couldn’t imagine my life without her in it!

I feel like a new person every time I leave Nancys. I get a DermaPlane facial every 6 to 8 weeks, its my go to facial. My skin feels so new and fresh afterwards. Nancy takes her time, listens to you (and your skin) and offers suggestions to any skin issues you may have. In addition to everything she does, while waiting on the mask to set, she will massage your arms and hands and add any treatment to them you may need. I wont go anywhere else.

At almost 40 I got my first facial from Nancy at the recommendation of my friend. Nancy was AMAZING! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! She was incredibly informative throughout and gave me plenty of information for at home care as well! HIGHLY recommend and next time I’m in town, I will be back!!!

This was one of the best treatments of a similar nature I have ever experienced. Over the years I have had IPL, Thermage, and Ultherapy treatments – all with higher levels of discomfort than the Sofwave treatment that was much more tolerable. The real secret to this treatment is the medical aesthetician Nancy Dowe whose knowledge and enthusiasm for Sofwave was only eclipsed by her warm, caring, and engaging personality. She has a wonderful “bedside manner” that puts you at ease immediately and her attentiveness throughout the treatment further minimizes any discomfort. It’s only been a few hours but there is no down time whatsoever and I can see and feel a difference already. I’m looking forward to great results from this relatively new Sofwave technology and I cannot imagine any one better to perform the treatment than Nancy Dowe.
