Simply put, I cannot say one negative thing about Dr. Wright and his office! The level of professionalism in the entire staff is top notch! Dr. Wright is the kindest most compassionate doctor I’ve come across. I’m a first timer for lip fillers and was nervous as ever plus completely unaware of what type of filler to get. He walked me through all of it and helped me do a little at a time to make sure it wasn’t too much for me (I said I wanted very little). As predicted, I wanted more shortly after and came back. Same experience the second time and I love my lips! Natural yet much fuller than they were! So so happy! (Before and after below)

I am so thankful for Dr. Wright! He saved my nose. After an initial rhinoplasty with another surgeon that came out horribly wrong, I felt so hopeless until I met Dr. Wright. I had a revision rhinoplasty and septoplasty done by Dr. Wright. He was so amazing and knowledgable. At my consultation, he really took the time to sit down with me and go over every little detail, even pointing out things I had not noticed before. The day of my surgery I was nervous, but Dr. Wright made me feel comfortable and re-explained everything that we were doing. He even ended up working on me in the OR for 2 additional hours, showing that he is truly a perfectionist when it comes to his work and will not give you anything short of that perfection. Post-op he was always there if I ever had any questions. The day I got my cast off I was nervous because the tip of my nose was looked too turned up and I expressed my concerns to Dr. Wright who took my concerns seriously and did not just try to placate me but truly listened. And he was right, my nose changed so much in those 6 weeks post-op and it looks like everything I wanted and more. If you are looking to get any work done on your face, Dr. Wright is the most knowledgeable, patient and caring doctor.

Doctors & staff at Wright Spellman Plastic Surgery are awesome. Very pleasant, professional & get right to business. I fell & broke my nose just days before having to fly out for my nieces wedding where I was dog sitting through her honeymoon. I couldnt let her down last minute. The team & Dr. Wright got me in for consultation day 1, CT scan day 2, and had my surgery scheduled before tge end of the week. I was on my flight that weekend. Oh & my nose looks as good as new.

Firstly I would like to say thank you to Dr. Wright and team. From the initial consult with Dr. Wright I knew he was genuinely passionate about his work and had compassion for his patients. Since my septoplasty its the first time in my life Im able to BREATH! Since day one of my surgery Ive been able to actually breath. It actually blows my mind til now lol. As for the rhinoplasty portion of my surgery I asked just for my nose to be straight. Right before going back to surgery I told Dr. Wright I just want to still feel like me when I look in the mirror. Not only do I feel like myself but I feel like the best version of myself. My nose is so beautiful to me and I am forever grateful. I am 2 weeks post op and each day gets better and easier. Anytime I was in pain or had a question I would text Dr. Wright directly or reach out to his office and things were handled swiftly and kindly with much patience. Again thank you so so much I am truly grateful to have chosen your office who only gives the best of care.

Where do I even begin! From the consultation, the pre-surgery appointment and the post operative period, Dr. Wright has been fantastic. Excellent bedside manner, extremely talented and meticulous in detail. I had a rhinoplasty, deviated septum repair, turbinate removal and nasal valve collapse repair and am beyond pleased with my results. Photos below are from the OR, as I am still in the healing phase, but looking forward to being able to breathe better AND have such a cute nose!

I consulted with Dr Wright as to what solutions could be taken as I am unable to breath from my nostril after another plastics person preformed a closing on my nostril leaving me unable to breath and with different size nostrils. Dr Wright spent a great deal of time speaking to me about what sort of outcome I might expect to see in the future and what solutions will be available to me in the future. He spent a good amount of time speaking about expectations. I now feel I have a game plan.

I had a very bad problem with breathing. I had collapsed nostrils. I had never heard of anything like that before. Throughout the day and while I slept, my nostrils would close making it hard for me to breathe. Dr. Wright examined my nose and confirmed what another doctor already had told me. Dr. Wright has been wonderful from the first consultation I had with him. He has been patient with me. I have asked many questions, probably more than once. He’s always been caring, compassionate. I was very nervous about the surgery but he made me feel so relaxed and at ease. The surgery was painless. The recovery was smooth without any problems. He did a beautiful job on my nose. I can breathe so much better. I used to wear the Breathe Easy strips at night and ever since my surgery I haven’t used them at all. I’m still seeing him for check ups. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND DR. WRIGHT and if I would need him for anything else, I wouldn’t hesitate to go to him for consultation and surgery if needed.

Got my rhinoplasty done by the one and only Dr. Harry Wright. Currently 7 days post-op and Im already in love with my results (and the best is yet to come!). I had no bruising post op and am already down to minimal swelling- was out and about running errands today, pretty unreal! If you want a trustworthy surgeon who will genuinely listen to what YOU want, look no further. I loved the masculine look of my original nose and wanted to maintain that but make minor refinements in both my bridge and tip (wanted to straighten my bridge and remove a bump and did not want my tip lifted). Surely enough got my cast off yesterday and I still saw my original nose, just 100x better. I still feel like myself and the adjustments made were perfect. Im so grateful for Dr. Wright. And big shoutout to Carla my coordinator- she was on it from day 1 making sure everything was ready to go and I had everything I needed for a successful procedure. Dream team!

Dr. Hillstrom and Dr. Wright are the most amazing doctors i have ever dealt with. I have had 3different surgeries on my nose due to broken noses and Dr. Wright rebuilt it with no problem and absolutely made it stronger for my MMA career. Ive never been happier. Dr Hillstrom also cauterized both of my childrens noses from nosebleeds. Not one issue since. From the great front desk staff to the nurses i would recommend them to anyone!!!

I have been to many different doctors around the US and beyond. Moved from California to Sarasota and went to Dr. Harry Wright. After stress from Covid and my brother I cared for with his terminal cancer, I wanted to do something for me to cover up the stress I went through. From the research I did to find the right facial plastic surgeon, I came upon Dr. Harry Wright. From the consultation to many questions answered (as I worked in the industry for over 12 years), I decided to move forward. Dr. Wright agreed to what I wanted to do to give my neck and upper eyes a rejuvenation. Very happy with my results and his A-team, esp in the operating room. So worthwhile to pay him a visit and he will be happy to arrange for us to talk if you like a referral and all that I experienced at his office, esp with Dr. Wright. You can see from his credentials, esp being double board certified and only works with faces, necks, ears and noses. He even sent me flowers in my recuperation (which was very minimal). He is a very caring doctor, as well as his team, and will give you his full attention to your needs. I am happy to see he is so busy and has such a caring staff.

My experience was amazing!I have had issues with my nose/breathing/esthetics since I was 8. When I finally decided to get it fixed, I was referred to Dr. Wright. This was by far the best referral I ever received. He was so detailed oriented. Im the first to stress about Doctors and surgeries but he was so knowledgeable that he put me at ease before my procedure. The cast came of on day 7. No bruises at all. Not even any significant yellowing or swelling. simply unbelievable. It was like I didnt even have a rhinoplasty. The results are amazing and heal time was quick. I was referred to Dr. Spellman from my dermatologist at Orchid dermatology because they took my insurance. I was having skin cancer removed on my forehead and since it was in a delicate area I prefer a actual plastic surgeon doing the closure. Dr. Spellman was so nice and explained everything in great detail. My scar/incision is almost disappeared and I only had the surgery in May. I was told that it could take over a year to get full results but I’m beyond thrilled with the results I have so far and we’re trust them was anything else on my face they didn’t excellent job.

I highly recommend Dr. Spellman at Hillstrom Wright plastic Surgery. The office is clean, comfortable, and the staff are great. Dr. Spellman was very friendly, professional and expertly skilled. She did a very thorough consultation, answered all my questions and also communicated what to expect during and after the procedure. After listening to my concerns we agreed tear trough filler and kybella would be the best choices for the results I desired. The procedure was nearly painless. She made sure I was comfortable and communicated what she was doing as she was injecting. I had very minimal bruising/swelling and love the results! I will absolutely be scheduling with Dr. Spellman again.

I went to Dr. Hillstrom for a rhinoplasty operation. And from start to finish he was the most knowledgeable, kind, and professional doctor Ive ever met.
