Radiant waxing is the only place I will go for a wax. The place is always clean, the staff is always knowledgeable and nice and the scheduling process is always so easy. Today I had a wax with KC and she was so quick and efficient. She was friendly and kept the conversation going which made my appointment very comfortable. I have also had wax appointments with Violet who is also amazing. Don’t go anywhere else for a wax, this place is the best!

I have eyebrows with many white hairs that need tinting and find that the tint only last about 2 weeks. Many new people so treatments are not with same person and I think that makes a difference. In upstate New York I had the same person and my eyebrow tinting lasted a good 4 weeks or more. Otherwise on eyebrow and lip waxing they do a wonderful job.

Terri is an absolute GEM!!! I swear she is a magician. I had my first ever Brazilian wax yesterday afternoon and was an absolute nervous wreck. From the moment I walked in the door, the girls at the front desk kindly welcomed me, walked me through the process of signing in and completely put me at ease. Terri walked me back for my appointment and seriously did the most incredible job at making me feel comfortable for such an “uncomfortable” service. The salon is very clean and well kept. I was SHOCKED at how quick and easy the process was. Terri is a master of her craft and knows how to make a Brazilian virtually painless. I had two moments of pretty decent “sting” and her technique was so skilled with pressure and speed that it was over in a millisecond. I never felt unprepared for what was to come because of how casually and calmly she just walked me through every step. An added bonus that she is absolutely hilarious and we were laughing the entire time which made for the wax to be 1000000% easier and than I expected. I HIGHLY recommend Terri to anyone but especially someone who is scared, book with her. She is a PRO at this and a pro at dealing with people in general. So grateful to have found this place! I got my first Brazilian done here recently. My waxologist unfortunately did not remove all of my hair. I still had clumps of hair in a couple of places. She was very nice, however she did laugh whenever I made a noise from a strip being pulled. It was definitely very painful, but that’s the nature of it, so I can’t knock stars for that! After the service was complete, I had a lot of wax residue left on the area. I had to wipe it all down with olive oil soaked cotton rounds to get it off. I don’t think Brazilians are for me. I did get half off for it being my first service there, and the salon was clean.Edit: Originally, I gave a review of 3 stars, however I received a call from the director of the salon that was extremely nice. She apologized that the service was not completed to its fullest extent (no hair left behind). She refunded the service and made a note to have my next service done free, which was definitely not expected and was totally unnecessary, but extremely gracious! She showed me an exceptional level of customer service that I haven’t seen in a long time. I would go back in the future, just not for a Brazilian.
