    I’ve been going religiously now every 4 weeks, I absolutely love Emily, not only is she amazing at her job she always makes me feel comfortable and is very personable. Feels like I’ve known her my whole life. Which to me is important when I’m getting such a personal wax done. I highly recommend Emily. After my first wax I knew I had to get the membership, I won’t go anywhere else or to anyone else. The products and wax they use is also amazing.

    I was visiting Sarasota for a wedding and had to find a waxing place quickly. Waxing the City offered so many time slots and as soon as I walked in the door, I was seen right away. My esthetician was Olha and she did the BEST job on my eyebrows! Before I even sat down, she asked if I had any questions or concerns, which I did. She listened to all of them attentively and took her time. It definitely showed! I would highly recommend her!

    I love Waxing the City at UTC in Sarasota Florida. I just moved to the area last fall and have been going to Olga once a month for my eyebrow waxing. She is fantastic! I did not think I would find the replacement for my last place in Coral Gables (I had been going to the same place since 2014) but I have! Waxing the City is very clean and all of the staff are friendly. Like I said, Olga is fantastic and takes great care of me and does beautiful work!

    Im very picky with who waxes & shapes my eyebrows and heard great reviews about this place! Im so glad I checked it out because my eyebrows look great! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the staff and I felt very welcomed! I had my eyebrows done by Yana who did a phenomenal job shaping my brows. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything she was doing so that I felt comfortable. She took her time and she made sure I was pleased with my eyebrows before I left. She also does other services besides eyebrows. I will definitely be a returning customer and will ask to have Yana again!

    2019: The staff here are amazing, knowledgeable, and friendly. I have had both Kaitlyn and Emily as my cerologists; I always leave happy that I have found a clean, relaxing place to get a wax.Update 2020: have continued getting waxed at this location for the past year and have been waxed by almost everyone. I have never had any issues. My hair has definitely grown in finer since I have been coming here.The staff always answers my questions and will recommend GREAT products.

    I was assigned to a new cerologist since I don’t have a fix time for monthly visit. I must say Rayna is wonderful. Friendly and professional at same time. Wax is at right temp, not super hot like other places. Smooth feeling when done. The place overall is always clean and smells wonderful. I love seeing their welcoming presence each time I visit.

    Best place in the area for wax services! Very clean and well kept studio. I went in yesterday to get my arms done and they saw me right away. It didn’t hurt and the girl waxing me made me feel super comfortable. They have a great selection of skin products as well too. It’s a brand new establishment and in possibly the best location. Definitely the place to have anything done if you have many things to do since it’s near so many other stores and restaurants. You should definitely consider checking this out for yourself if you’re thinking about trying a new or different place.

    My cerologist Channel was super friendly and knowledgeable. Although this wasn’t the first time I’ve gotten a Brazilian, Channel made the entire experience extremely comfortable and was very personable. The owner was extremely nice as well. Wonderful, clean establishment. Will be revisiting my next trip to Florida.

    I couldn’t been happier with the service and my experience here! Days of searching for THE ONE perfect place that’s gonna meet my waxing needs are counted! And I am super picky when it comes to the waxing standards cuz it’s like a ritual to me! My careologist was Sierra and she was dedicated and THOROUGH, omg nobody that I’ve seen before made sure that every area I wanted waxed is super clean, hair free and smooth like she did! She was not double but triple checking that all hairs are gone and that I am super happy and satisfied with the service! Also I really liked the brand of wax they use here, probably the best one I was ever waxed with and whole process was painless, Sierra made sure that even my brazilian waxing is as pain free as it gets! On top of the amazing experience, as a first time customer I received a 20% off the most EXPENSIVE service/area I got waxed! I didn’t hesitate and I purchased a membership for areas I want regularly waxed and I am gonna tell you it’s as affordable as it gets, it’s saving lots of money for everyone who wants to wax monthly but even if you don’t do it every month the funds you didn’t use up get transferred into the following month, so you really can only gain with purchasing membership here! So I am really glad I found Waxing the city, will come here every month now on and could not recommend their waxing services enough!

    I don’t like in the area but when I was visiting my family in Sarasota, my former waxer cancelled my appointment so I found this place. The first wax was 50% off which is an amazing deal. The place is very clean and modern. I had Erina as my cerologist, she’s so gentle and gets every last hair. I barely felt anything and I’ve been getting Brazilian waxes for about 4 years now so that says a lot! Not only does she do a great job but she makes you feel so comfortable because she’s so sweet and HILARIOUS to converse with. I highly recommend Waxing The City to anyone!

    I had my eyebrows waxed and young lady did an awesome job. I have had bad experiences at other salons, so my eyebrows were to thin and shapeless. Somehow this young lady gave my brows shape and they even look fuller. I will be going back and using more of the services.

    I have never gotten a wax treatment done before so I was a bit nervous when I decided to try it with a friend and the service at Waxing the City by far exceeded my expectations. I had the pleasure of having Yana Hosny wax my eyebrows, lips and she even made the thoughtful suggestion of waxing my nose hairs which I didnt even know was a thing! She walked me through everything she did (probably because she could tell I was nervous about how painful waxing could be) which was quite helpful to calm my nerves and she did her first wax on my lips and I barely felt a thing! Then when it came to waxing my nose hairs I was extra extra nervous for the pain and that wasnt painful at all either and I love that I dont have to worry about my nose hairs exposing themselves when I smile! Yana definitely knows what shes doing. I really wasnt into much beauty maintenance before coming here but I definitely plan on coming back here for future treatments. I dont submit a ton of online reviews, but I felt so comfortable here I just have to rave about it. I highly recommend Waxing the City and Yana. The service and care was excellent here and I was very impressed. Thank you for not causing me pain!

    I will never go to a spa for waxing ever again! This place is fantastic! It is very clean and modern. Kaitlin was fantastic!! She was very efficent and there was minimal pain. She explained everthing and the reason for using each product. The wax they use has calming agents in it, which for me meant none of the unwanted post wax bumps. Thanks to Kaitlin, I will definately be returning.

    I was visiting Florida for a wedding and decided to stop in and get my first ever Brazilian wax. I was SUPER nervous as I’ve heard how painful these can be. However, my cerologist, Yana, was super knowledgeable and gentle with the entire process. She thoroughly explained what it would be like and how to care for my skin after. I have not went back to shaving since. I also had a full arm wax done with one of their newer technicians who did a diligent job in the entire process as well. If you’re in the area, stop in!     I had a great experience at Waxing in the City. The lotion was perfect, the facility was super clean and the cerologist Channel did an awesome job. I normally break out/bad hives after waxing my bikini or eyebrows this time I didn’t. Like I said the place is great and super clean and tidy.
