    I DEFINITELY ENJOYED MY EXPERIENCE!! Derica was amazing and so friendly, i loved every bit. The place is so cute and clean so it left me feeling so welcome. But extra emphasis on the young lady derica she made me feel so comfortable and had great conversation and such gentle hands. I was so nervous but she calmed me down and explained everything to me. She also recommended some great products that im definitely going to get into. I will be back thank you again!!!

    GRACIE made my first ever Brazilian wax one of the best experiences I’ve had in my life , I never never ever have had someone make me feel so calm and comfortable when getting anything waxed like Gracie did , she is beyond professional and so king and caring , she was very attentive of how I felt and how nervous I was and from the second I walked in the door to when I left she made me feel very comfortable 10/10 and highly recommend!

    ANGELa is literally an ANGEL because she took me as a last minute appointment because i needed an emergency lash removal due to a botched and uncomfortable lashing. She was able to safely and easily remove the horrible lash job I had and was so forgiving about it! I will definitely be booking again in the future after this experience.     Was looking for something different to gift for mothers day. I stopped in and the ladys said they could definitely make it work. The owner James got in touch with me and asked what I wanted and gave me suggestions as well. Short of it is...it was a success!!! Both my wife and mom enjoyed their facials and the add on. Definitely recommend them!

    I went here on a limb because I needed to get my eyelashes and eyebrows done. Both things I have never done before and let me tell you I was VERY impressed. Angela was with me the entire time and she is exceptional at her job. Not only is she excellent at customer service (relatable, funny,) but she is very well versed as an esthetician. My eyelashes and my eyebrows are on point! I won’t be going be anywhere else! Thank you Angela!

    Bought a Groupon to try it because it was close to me and now I won’t go anywhere else. The store itself is very clean, bight, welcoming and staff is excellent. If you need to get anything waxed and you want it to be quick as possible and still an amazing job thenI highly recommend going here. Tatiana is amazing and knows what she is doing. . Sherry is also amazing and knows what she is doing as well. Love them!

    Tatiana is a god send! I hope she doesnt leave because I have had many terrible experiences and my only regret is not connecting or finding her sooner! I truly hope the owner of this business values her as an employee and compensates her for what she is worth. She is friendly, experienced, thorough, efficient, and an absolute doll! She is def a keeper! Only recommendation to the owner is I suggest (because I like to save a buck without dipping into her pocket) offering more coupons or discounts for different events, etc. Either way, I will be back!     Great place in Bloomingdale. Tatiana is personable, funny and takes the edge off with her funny pictures all over her room. She has been doing this for a long time and it shows. She does an awesome Brazilian. Takes the time to make sure you are bare all the way around, with no strays. Easy online booking. Wax she uses is very good and with least amounts of chemicals. If in doubt, give them a call...she and the other ladies are great!

    Tatiana is amazing at what she does. My eyebrows looked the best when I got them waxed and shaped by her.     PLUS SIZED FRIENDLY! There is a reason this place has a high rating. My long time waxer moved and I have been searching for a while for a new place. I’m so glad I finally made an appointment here. I can’t say enough good things about Jada. She was my waxer and I explained that the previous places I had tried out during my search weren’t getting in the nooks and missing a lot of hair. She reassured me that she makes sure she gets everything and if something is missed, just call and it will get fixed. I highly doubt that would ever happen because she is amazing. She is quick and friendly. It didn’t hurt we got to talk about our favorite trash TV shows either. Don’t sleep on this place y’all!

    My first time here and my experience with Sherry was amazing! I had an appointment at 6pm but arrived early and she was able to take me in. She made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me prior to getting my wax. She even gave me tips about how to care for my skin afterwards.     Where do i begin!!     I don’t often leave reviews, but I had such a nice experience here, it warrants one. I got my first wax from Derica yesterday, and she was simply awesome. I got a Brazilian, legs, brows, the works. Getting a Brazilian can be kind of…awkward (or has been for me in the past). Derica was so warm and friendly, I felt super comfortable and relaxed with her, and the conversation was really pleasant. Honestly the best experience I’ve ever had at a wax salon.I had a scheduling snafu a couple of days before, and James was super cool and had me laughing the entire time he solved the problem. Already scheduled my next appointment. This place rules.

    Fricken amazing!!!!!! I definitely would recommend going there for your waxing and beauty needs. I have a friend that works there her name is Alanis Serrano, and she was the one that did my Brazilian, this is the first time Ive ever got a Brazilian and it was better then I anticipated it would be. Im gonna be honest, I was scared on how bad it would hurt based on what I would hear from people, but from what I just experienced it was actually not bad, definitely would get it done again from them.
