    I made an appointment for yesterday with Tina Brunelle at JCPenney salon at the Countryside Mall in Clearwater, FL. The services I received were a full highlight, Olaplex hair treatment, toner, cut, wash and blow dry. Tina is a phenomenal hairstylist, and she’s a natural❣️When I returned home, my husband was in awe of the beautiful highlight and hair services she gave me, and he still is. Another client who was there and left the same time I did, was so impressed with what Tina did for me that she took pictures of my hair❣️ I Love Love Love my hair, and so does everyone else who has seen it so far. I woke up this morning, and I literally had to do nothing to my hair, as it still looks Incredibly beautiful. I am extremely impressed, to say the least❣️And not only do I want to recognize Tina, but the staff she works with is also incredible. She’s employed with the perfect match. Tina is working with a product line that is brand new to her, and she did everything necessary to make sure my hair came out perfect. The JCPenney team Tina works with is just that … a TEAM, in every aspect of the word❣️ I have never witnessed teamwork like this since I had my own booth rental in a small salon over 20 years ago. From the front desk receptionist to Tina’s coworkers to the Salon Manager, everyone was extremely helpful, and their wonderful attitudes were evidence of their sincere care. To be honest, I couldn’t believe my whole experience. A few times this morning, I fluffed my hair, not out of necessity, but just because it feels so soft. I plan to return to Tina at the JCPenney salon at the Countryside Mall in Clearwater, FL❣️Thank you Tina, thank You JCPenney❣️

    I cant say enough good things about Anna! From the moment I walked into JCPenney last year on a whim, I’ve been hooked. Anna takes the time to really listen and understand your needs before she gets started, ensuring that every service is tailored to you. Her essential oil scalp massages are absolutely amazing—relaxing and rejuvenating every time. When it comes to cuts, Anna’s talent shines through. She always gives me the perfect haircut, exactly how I envision it, and even better than I expect. I’m now a loyal customer and couldn’t be happier with the care and attention she puts into every visit. Thank you, Anna, for consistently exceeding my expectations!

    I’m leaving this review because they did an excellent job on my hair. The stylist understood what I wanted from the beginning, gave me great advice, and I’m very satisfied with the result! I also recommend her if you have blonde hair, as she knows how to work with blondes very well.10/10 and the prices are super affordable.

    I recently had my hair done by Miss CC and was blown away! 10/10 would go again! This was my first time meeting her and she blew my expectations out of the water. I told her I needed a new mom haircut and color. Nothing too hard to upkeep and she did not disappoint. The cut still stays in a ponytail as well! I highly recommend CC. She has a great personality as well which made the appointment almost as if one of my girlfriends was doing my hair! What a nice little treat! ❤️

    My wife was looking for reasonable place to get her hair done etc. She didn’t want to spent andarm and a leg! We were at the mall and saw that there was a salon at Penney’s ! We gave it a try and things turn out great She did not need an appt. They were all Master Stylist The price wasWith reason with other places.

    I cannot express enough how much we enjoyed our experience. We had Marti. She was a doll! My daughters hair has been fudged up for weeks. She made it look amazing!! Extremely kind and patient. Thank you. We will be back

    I arrived at about 5 pm. The stylists were lined up at the counter helping customers ( no one hiding) I asked if I could get my hair highlighted, the stylist said Yes!! Can I get pink?? Yes!! Can we do peacock?? Yes!! If we have it. I was thrilled!!! I explained I had been to three other salons that day. One I had actually made an appointment for the day before. And at each salon I was told no color for today. My stylist was wonderful!! She sat down with me asked what I wanted. Triple checked to make sure I wanted the colors and then began. She was friendly, cheerful and a fantastic stylist!!! Love my hair!! They took pictures!! Awesome experience!! Clean shop!! I booked my next appointment before I left!! Wonderful staff!!! I would highly recommend!!!

    Very happy with service. Steven Michael took his time, listening to all my wishes, they were numerous because I had not had my haircut in a long time, so needed alot of precision cutting. Spent over an hour and enjoyed mutual interesting conversation tbruout. I would recommend Installing to anyone!!

    I have had three cuts at the location in Westfield Mall and my stylist, Kristie, has done exactly what I wanted each time. I wear my hair quite short and without a great cut, my spiked style just does not work. Kristie has done a great job each time. I recommend her highly!

    Excited experience! My stylist Beth knew exactly what I wanted- delivered and exceeded expectations! My preconceived notion was that the salon at pennies was where older ladies go for a perm....admittedly I was off! The stylist was trendy, friendly and reasonable!

    You have to ask for Eile she is beyond talented!!!She made me feel so beautiful after leaving her chair let me tell I walked out of that salon feeling like a million bucks. She really took her time consulted me the whole time what she was doing and making sure I was satisfied every step of the way. I’m a mom of little people and work and have a demanding career.Eile made me feel like i was 20 again I got so many complaints just walking around the store after my haircut and style. Eile was also very funny and I loved hearing about her love life down to earth person.Thank you Jcpenny salon for having Eile you made a customer forever and will tell everyone to go see Eile!

    Alice is Amazing ! I love that she makes me feel comfortable when I was nervous to come back to this place after they really messed up my hair. She listen to everything I wanted dome to my hair and never pushed me to doing anything I didnt want to.

    Lynette to the rescue!So I love to play with new things when it comes to my hair. The thing is Im not always, actually never, safe with it when I do so. So its no shocker that when I bleached it at home I fried the frig out of it. Lynette was so straight up with me about what Id need to do to get it looking healthy again all without making me feel like a child that needed scolding. She gave me a great sassy short cut and got rid off all the damage she could. Its like night and day! Im in love with this place!

    Alice was absolutely amazing, and you should definitely schedule with her. I took off one star only because the other two people I went with were not as happy with the stylist they were assisted by.

    It was my first time doing my hair there , I loved my stylist her name is adeta , she gave me a very nice hair cut and styling and she very patient doing my hair . I enjoyed it and I will be coming back.

    They are always busy so make an appointment before hand. They are quick and do a good job and not too expensive. My daughter got her hair washed, cut and (mostly) dried for $20 including tip.

    I walked in and they had someone available in 10 mins. I got my bangs trimmed, this service was free but the hairdresser was so good & professional I gave a good tip.I recommend this place, I will be changing my normal hair dresser for this place.
