Jillian was fantastic! From the moment I stepped into this location it was great. I was greeted by the receptionist. I waited for only one minute or two when I was immediately welcomed by Jillian. She kindly walked me back into her wonderfully peaceful sanctuary work area. As we walked back, she took the time to ask me how my morning was going and was very interested in getting to know me as it was my first time there.Once I laid down in the chair, she made sure I was comfortable and she analyzed my skin and facial needs and had amazing suggestions on a perfect fit for me and my skin. I had a Hydro Facial I believe, and my skin afterwards feels and looks beyond amazing. The whole appointment was more of an experience, a great experience ! An experience that I will most definitely be doing every few months. Thank you Jillian!

Jillian makes sure every MILLIMETER of your face is taken care of! (Hairline and jawline included) Her recommendations (both pro and drugstore) have helped me simplify my oily-combo hyperpigmentation regimen and Ive been foundation free for over 6 months now! Ive been going to her for over a year and the *3 in 1 advanced facial is still one of my favorites (Ive fallen asleep lol)

Jillian was so warm and friendly right when she came out to greet me, which immediately made me feel welcome and at ease. As soon as I laid down she did a full skin analysis and told me my skin type. I didnt know what kind of facial I wanted so after she fully analyzed my skin she gave me various options and allowed me to pick what I wanted, with no pressure to upsell me or anything. She checked in with me often to ensure I was comfortable. A few hours after my appointment I noticed a dramatic difference in my skin concern that I had expressed to her. She was just as happy as I was which was so nice. You can feel that she truly cares about you and your skins needs. I 13/10 recommend her and will continue to shout her out from the roof tops. I loved it and will most definitely be back to see her again.

I will definitely be back to see Jillian. I was nervous about getting my first facial not knowing what to expect, but this experience has exceeded my expectations. She made me feel comfortable and talked me through each step what she was doing. I highly recommend adding on the LED light therapy to your facial as well. Left with my skin glowing and feeling great. Can’t wait to see her again. I even convinced my boyfriend to get one for next time. :)

First facial and wasn’t sure what to expect but Jillian really made it confortable and talked me thru each step, very professional and knowledgeable on my type of skin. Gotta say the before and after pics show a difference. 3 days later my facial skin feels smoother and brighter, I will definitely go back before my cruise at the end of September and get a refresher, at my age anything that makes me look younger is a plus. Highly recommend Jillian if you are looking for a knowledgeable and professional esthetician, she gets 5 ⭐️‘S for a great experience.

Jillian is wonderful, very professional , she takes the time to know what type of skin you have to create the perfect skincare routine. I had the hydro-facial and my experience was really good, my face feels and looks amazing, Jillian makes you feel comfortable and relaxed, the place smells amazing and it’s really clean.

I had a pumpkin spice facial today. The studio was decorated so cute for Halloween. The facial was so relaxing and smelled just like fall. My skin feels amazing! I will definitely be booking again!
