I have been going to Valerie for almost two years now. She does my lashes and I also get my facials done from her. She is informative and she is not pushy and I appreciate that. She listens to your needs and what you are trying to achieve; whether it be lashes or facials. She’s honest, genuine and she also has a kind heart (which is a plus for me). You will love going to Valerie and you won’t be disappointed. Her studio is the cutest too. And relaxing.

I was very apprehensive to get lashes but I knew I needed something because my lashes are very fine and I was sick of trying 20 different mascaras to get a good look. Then I found Valerie. She is AMAZING! From start to finish it was a great experience. She helped me pick the best lashes for me and helped me understand the process and made me feel at ease. I even fell asleep during the treatment (much needed!) and next thing I know, I was done. I would recommend her to anyone. Thanks Valerie! Can’t wait for my next spa day.

Best eye wax experience ever. I usually cry because it hurts so much but Valerie is gentle and she made me look amazing! She also gave me some hybrid lashes which made me look years younger. Dont hesitate to call her!

What a relaxing and wonderful experience! I went to see Valerie for some skin issues I was having during my pregnancy. I was itchy, dehydrated, and my skin needed some serious TLC. The facial was amazing. I felt so relaxed and pampered, with no rushing during my appointment time. There was no pressure to add services or buy products. The spa room was extremely clean, and had a calming environment. I added an eyebrow waxing during my appointment, and was very pleased with how they looked. I left feeling rejuvenated and my skin looked (and felt!) SO much better.

Bold Heart Beauty Studio is the place I go where I can let everything go and really relax and enjoy the experience with Valerie. Whether I am getting lashes or a facial during my time there I always feel like a weight is lifted, it has helped me in so many ways and not to mention I look amazing. When I leave after I ALWAYS feel like it is JUST what I needed! It will forever be my skin and lash home. Do yourself a favor and see for yourself!

I absolutely love Valerie and her craft! I am a esthetician myself so I know how the process goes and Valerie STILL had more information to give me and she eased my concerns and always followed up to see how I was doing. She also always fit me in even with my crazy work schedule. Valerie made me fall in love with my lashes, now I just do brows and go!

You will not be disappointed. Beautiful and relaxing setup, excellent products, in my opinion Val give her clients more then what they pay for, she truly loves what she does, it shows and you can actually feel it as shes working on you, she is very professional and knowledgeable, I had the Pink lemonade facial done the 1st time and my lashes, 2 days later my face was looking even better brighter more alive n refreshed and A LOT less bumpy, i was so impressed I took my teenage son and i went back for another facial, i am falling in love with my skin again honestly, Ive tried so many things before cheap and expensive and nothing seemed to be working to get rid of the bumps and dullness and dark pigmentation, now i feel confident not wearing makeup and my lashes are amazing she did exactly what i want it, Ive have had very lil fall out, i love waking up w lashes and not having to apply 10 coats of mascara and no more curling my lashes and pinching my eyelids lol , as for me n my house we will continue to go to Bold Heart Studio for our skincare, lashes and ANYTHING Val has to offer tbh :) not only i feel i found my perfect skincare specialist for me n my son but i feel i found a friend. I LOVE this place.
