    Let me tell you this, i don’t write reviews often, but when they’re this good, I’ve got to say something. I would have never thought I would get such a good haircut from JCPenny, specifically from Julie! I haven’t gotten a haircut by someone in over 7 years in fear of getting a bad haircut. She just got a new client that will come to her every time. I’m so excited for my future haircuts with her. If you’re worried about your haircut, go to Julie! She will follow you through the process and make sure that’s exactly what you want. She is the sweetest person. I got a butterfly cut with face frame. I had my hair in wind, little rain, and laying in bed and my hair still looks so good. I would definitely go to her :)

    Jaileen was fantastic! I think I’ve found who i’ll be going to from now on to get my hair cut. So friendly and welcoming. She listened to what I wanted and offered great advice on products and how to care for my hair and how to style it.This is by far the best hair cut I’ve gotten. She was also very fast, there was no wait and the environment was clean and organized. I am so happy and pleased with my experience here! Jaileen is THE person to go to.

    Today I came and met with Abby as my stylist. All these ladies are so amazing and my experience was perfect. I had such a good time and I feel so much better ❤️Original Post from 2021:I am so happy with this salon. I got in right away, it was clean, and the staff was so nice. The lady who cut my hair did an excellent job. It was just an overall amazing experience.

    Have been going to JCP salon for over yrs, the last two with Jennifer. Jennifer is a delight and excellent stylist. My wife and I highly recommend her.

    Maureen Johnson does a fantastic cut on my curly hair!! Few hairdressers have provided even good cuts but Maureen’s cut is totally awesome!! Thank you Maureen

    I must hand it to Maureen! She did what multiple stylists said could not be done with my hair and I cannot even begin to say say how well she did it! I have found MY stylist!And she did it again! Did would at least six other stylists said they could not do with my color hair! NOBODY touches my hair except for her!

    I came on a Thursday morning and die my hair blonde and Miss Mayra Mendez did such a wonderful work on my hair my family loves it and it looks way better than before was thank you JCPenney salon for the best service I had for my hair. I would totally recomend this hair stylist to anyone.

    I had been looking for a hairstylist since I moved close to the Clermont area 3.5 yrs ago. Until I found Julie. Shes very sweet, friendly and professional. She took her time doing my hair and she did a wonderful job. My hair was silky smooth and very shiny. She does a great blowout. I can spot a great hairstylist since my mother has been doing hair for over 25yrs. I highly recommend Julie. She also speaks Spanish. Ill be rebooking in 2 months.

    Im visiting Clermont from Germany and was quite unhappy with my hair. I decided to go to the InStyle salon and got an appointment with very short waiting time. Rhonda fixed my previous bad haircut and turned it into a look that better suits my face. After months of being unhappy with my hair, Im finally loving it! Thanks!

    I had an appt. and I had my 36 yr. old son with me who also needed a haircut, I didnt have an appt.for my son, but when I asked can he get a haircut they said yes no problem.the stylist made my son feel very comfortable and he let her even wash his hair. I will always go back to JC Penney for my hair styling needs and now my son when he needs another haircut he says he wants to go back to JC Penney.

    I called to check price of how much a color would cost, the lady gave me a range on how much it would cost depending on how long my hair was. I asked if an appointment would be needed she told me walk ins are welcome. So I went told her the color I was looking for and it turned out amazing and she was very knowledgeable and very nice. Thanks Nash I will definitely be back .

    Today I went for the 2nd time to see Maryellie at InStyle inside Jcpenny. Last week it was my 10 year old daughter who got a haircut by her and it was fabulous! And the price was so right! So I made an appointment for myself the following weekend (today). When I got there Maryellie took me right in, and sat me down, I had lots of ideas about the color I wanted to go thru with her, so she took her time to go thru ALL of them with me to help me decide. Once we decided what to go with I felt like I could totally trust her with total creativity over the entire process. So off she went! The end result was way more than I could have ever expected and I couldnt be happier with the results! Maryellie is a TRUE artist! I wish I could put a picture to show you because it would speak 1000 words! Best part was she took her time and made me feel like I was the only person that mattered to her the entire time I was there! It was like were old friends catching up and hanging out! Not only did she do a fantastic job with my hair but she was really a breath of fresh air in that setting! (Most hair dressers could care less about you and your wants/needs) I will definitely recommend Maryellie to everyone I can! Shes the one Ill be going to from now on!! Also... The prices are so good! It was definitely one of the best expierence Ive had at a salon in a LONG time! Thank you Maryellie!!
