    I recently visited and Iā€™m absolutely thrilled with my experience! From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel so welcome and relaxed. The salon is spotless, beautifully designed, and has such a calming atmosphere.My nail technician was fantasticā€”attentive, detail-oriented, and incredibly skilled. He listened to exactly what I wanted and even suggested colors and styles that suited me perfectly. The quality of the work is top-notch, and I couldnā€™t be happier with the results!If youā€™re looking for a salon that combines great service, a relaxing environment, and stunning nails, I highly recommend CT.     Iā€™ve been to CT nails 3 times now. Jennie is my favorite nail tech. She is also polite and professional. She takes her time and goes out of her way to make sure Iā€™m happy. Every time Iā€™m getting my nails done by her, multiple clients are always coming into the salon asking if they can get serviced by her.The salon is also very clean and smells nice. They are always doing promos and for the holidays they were giving out free lotions when you checked out.

    Everyone is so friendly and so welcoming! My tech is Sydney. She did such an amazing job. I got a fill on a previous set from another place and a pedicure. She really did an amazing job. There were a few flaws in my last set but she fixed everything perfectly and was gentle but efficient. I highly recommend CT nail bar as a whole, but Sydney particularly just based on my experience!

    This is one of the best salons in Crestview! The service is absolutely amazing! The nails always come out beautiful and the check to see how you like it each step of the way!! I recommend this shop hands down!! The owner Rose is absolutely amazing and she takes her time to provide exactly what your asking for( They all do) I asked for these and I got exactly that( I have the purple ring on)!

    Asked for a manicure and a light color topcoat. Manicure consisted of trimming down nails and a topcoat. My mother was expecting to get her nails soaked, cuticles pushed, along with the nail trim as a manicure and a topcoat and was charged $40. The person that recommended your place went in and complained and yā€™all did refund her $10. I did not put Mystic Nails in my photos, google must have added it in. But my review was not wrong. Iā€™m sure yā€™all recognized the inside of your building. When we go back on vacation we will not be going to your place again. thank you

    Iā€™ve been going here for a few months. Susan has knocked it out of the park for shaping and beautifying my nails. Linda is fabulous at pedicures. The staff works hard to treat their customers right. It takes some time, so plan accordingly but they are very good at what they do. My boyfriend is very picky and likes my nails better than when I had them done for over a year at an established salon in the area. Tip: cash is appreciated; make an appointment.

    First time getting a dip manicure and Rose did an amazing job. She was so careful and took her time to make sure that my nails turned out just like I wanted. The CT Nail staff were all very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend.

    Visiting from Tampa, stopped here so my daughter could change her holiday nail look and was blown away by a special nail tech named Angel! She did a splendid job on her winter wonderland look for January! Hand painted design (no sticker), very precise and meticulously done!     I was serviced by Sydney. During small talk I disclosed I havenā€™t had my nails done in years due to a profession change. She was so kind, gentle and patient. She checked ample times to make sure my length and shape were what I wanted. When we got to the color she offered ample options and included helpful input. I had no intention on scheduling a fill, as these nails are for a wedding, but man did she blow my expectations are out of the water. I canā€™t wait to see her in a few weeks!!!     Me and my sister got our nails done for the first time at CT nail bar (mine on right, sister on left). she got the acrylics and i got the dip, amazing experience!! The staff is so incredibly friendly and just want you to have the best experience! Everything was very clean and organized, and more importantly the art ability was so good :).We didnā€™t have an appointment or anything just walk in and got sat so quick! My biggest pet peeve about getting my nails done is constantly being cut on the finger tips and they didnā€™t even come close!! so careful and precise, good prices, no complaints what so ever ! overall amazing experience again.ā¤ļøI had Hannah and she had Nina !!

    The first thing I wanna say is that the decor is really nice. The atmosphere feels like a place that you can relax or have fun with friends. They have a massive amount of acrylic powder and polish to choose from. Pedicure chairs are massage chairs. The pedicure spas are used with disposable bags in the tub between clients to reduce the risk of bacteria and virus transfer from one person to another. Gloves are used a majority of pedicure times. Gloves are removed for lotionion. I wish they would stay on for Lotion as well. Their schedule is a little hectic. The accepted walk in along with appointments can clutter things and can make appointments take longer than should. I have to mention that you need to make sure you get your nail wants communicated properly or you could end up with something you absolutely did not want. I went in wanting colored acrylic. I showed what I wanted and on what specific nails. The powder to match the colors was sat next to my seat and I figured everything was going great. Then they used regular clear acrylic over the whole nail and didnt use the colored powder at all. I figured they would probably do a double layer or something and would put the colored ones on top of the clear so I didnt question and assumed everything was good and understood cause the colored powder was right next to me. I thought it was probably a new technique or something i didnt know about that was needed to get the look i wanted. There was never any colored powder used. After the clear was dry the colored ones were taken back to the shelf and paint was brought over. I was shocked and confused cause I thought I was understood. I did indeed mention how I did not want paint but colored acrylic instead. I hoped it could be fixed to how i wantwd and I could have the colored acrylic instead if I express how bad I didnt want paint but it was still painted. I absolutely hate hate hate paint cause it chips and scratches too easily compared to colored acrylic and cause thw underside of the nail dont match the top I was so upset I scrapped the ideas I really wanted and just got black tips instead cause it wouldnt matter any more cause the nails were already ruined to me. I absolutely hate how they turned out. To a person whos not a critic they might look fine. But not to someone who is extremely critical of their nails after the price paid. The black tips are the nails from this time that i dont like. The ombre with white tips, marble on the ring and jewels on the thumb was from 2 years ago and I loved them. For the most part this is a great place with good service and is worth a visit but be sure to get your choice communicated right to avoid issues. For price, cleanliness, and service ill give a 4 average and will update on future visits.

    Omg this place is amazing. They are so nice and helpful. They have a variety of options and all for a decent price. I got the deluxe pedicure which was amazing. You get to choose if you want a detox, ocean, stress relief and so many more scrubs along with a paraben wax. I literally almost fell asleep it was so relaxing. Out of all the places in crestview I reccomend this place. They make you feel like youre at home. Just love it!

    This was my first time visiting this store and also my first time getting a nail design done. Never have I had someone be so thorough and detail oriented with my nails. They took the time to clean each one as they went, making sure all the lines were clean and looking perfect. The design looks AMAZING! I was a little nervous about using a picture from pinterest, and having never had a design done before, but I could not be more happy. If youre looking for a place to get a cute summer set I HIGHLY recommend!

    This was my first time coming in for a pedicure and definitely wont be my last. I recently moved to the area and found my new spot! Angel did a phenomenal job and gave me best pedicures Ive ever had. I added the paraffin to my treatment and so glad I did it was such a nice addition. Salon was busy but still felt calm and relaxing. The bottle of water was a nice touch and the massage chairs were great. Looking forward to my next visit!!

    I had angel as my nail tech and I showed her a pic of some Easter nails that I wanted and she did my nails better than the picture I showed her ! She made sure I was ok with all the colors and even made sure I got the design that I wanted and if I wanted anything changed while she was working on my nails she listened to me and did exactly what I asked for.     I had not had a pedicure in quite some time. I had recently had surgery and decided after my post-op follow up I would see if CT Nail Bar had any availability for a walk-in pedi.     I was very happy with the service I received at this establishment. When you call the phone is answered and the person is very polite she was so helpful and kind when I explained to her that I wasnt used to getting my nails done, and she was very helpful and encouraging that I would get the help that I would get help figuring it out. Then when I arrived I was greeted by her and she was just as nice in person as she was over the phone. The owner was very kind and help me out a lot and explain the difference of things to me so I can know what I wanted. I got a pedicure done and it was very nice and relaxing. They have a wide selection of colors and I got something that makes me very happy. I think I got my nails done and there are so many options that Im so glad that the owner explained things to me so that I would be able to get something that makes me happy.     Hannah was super sweet and I am in love with my nails! The pedicure was also fantastic and the girl who did that made sure to wipe away access polish on my toes and they came out super neat! The last place I went they ran polish all over the edges and onto my skin making the polish start to peel up immediately šŸ˜­ this was a very different experience than that one and I could not be more happy

    Iā€™ve been to the shop 4 times now over a long period of time because I donā€™t get my nails done often. Iā€™ve had 4 different people do my mani-pedi (2 women - 2 men). I liked all of them and they all did a really good job! Since I go so rarely, my feet and hands are usually a wreck when I go in. They always look beautiful after they fix them. There is a lot to fix! Everyone is friendly, patrons and nail stylists alike. Itā€™s the only place I go in Crestview!

The young lady that did them said she had moved from TX where she had owned several salons and I believe it!!!! Rana gave my gf the best pedicure too!!! Just amazing service!!     LOVE this place! I went this morning with my mom and 5-year-old daughter for pedicures. We were going to get my daughterā€™s toenails painted, too, but they brought out a special pink chair that fits inside the massage chair and a small pink kiddie tub that fits into the bigger tub.     Made an appointment on the same day they schedule me for powder/ nail art / and pedicure with gel finish. Nina did my manicure and pedicure and my nails looked fantastic!!! She cared about nail health and made sure to not file them down to much. She did the ombrƩ with peach and white and looked perfect for summer. She also did nail art on my ring fingers that look beautiful. My pedicure was also done with gel to match my hands. She is sweet and caring. She took her time and was very detailed. I will be coming back already have my follow up appointment. I highly recommend her.

    March 4, 2020 I went to get a pedicure and manicure with my grandma. BEST experience I have ever had. VERY CLEAN. VERY professional. VERY nice. AMAZING group of people. You ask them if they can do a design etc they will make it happen!! My nails ALL match. NO bumps etc. I will definitely be going back. For anyone going to this nail bar I would make an appointment because someone walked in to get a manicure and they were unable to fit them in the schedule because every technician was helping customers. Plus they came in an hour before closing.

    I shall look no further. I love this salon. Everyone was very nice. Tom did a great job at cleaning up the crooked and uneven nails that i received at another shop in town. He also did a great job on my pedicure as well. He even got on his knees and repainted my toenails after i smeared the polish on them while trying to dry them :) Now thats what you call excellent customer service!!

    This is my new favorite nail salon! iā€™ve gone 3 or 4 times and each time has been great. everyone who works there is very nice and makes conversation with you(which is great, other places iā€™ve been to have been awkwardly quiet). they always do such a great job with acrylics and take their time to make sure each nail is even and looks good/the same. they even gave out complimentary lotions since itā€™s close to the holidays. i wonā€™t be going anywhere else! :)

    Best nail salon in the city. Ive tried many other places and I havent received the kind of service and quality provides. They are most definitely my regular salon. Everyone is so kind, they pay attention to detail and will correct any mistakes. The salon is very clean, comfortable and welcoming. Go experience it for yourself.     Best nail service I have ever received. I just moved to the area about six months, and have been shopping around for the best nail salon. I found it at CT Nail Bar. This was the best gel manicure and pedicure I have ever received. My nail tech was EXTREMELY detail oriented and went the extra mile to make sure that my nails and feet looked PERFECT. To top it off, the prices are more than fair. Ill only go here from now on.

    Ive only been twice so far. Nhi does an awesome job with my pedicures. I like quiet and relaxing while I get my pedicures so I play on my tablet while I enjoy the experience. Nhi doesnt try to ask mundane, nonsensical questions while Im having my quiet time. She makes my feet feel and look great! It was a very pleasant experience. I really recommend them.

    Language barrier causes some issues when working with specific nail techs. They are very busy, so service is occasionally rushed, which has resulted in pitted nails and wrong colors being put on for me. When Im paying $75 dollars, that puts a frown on my face. One good thing is that they are extremely friendly! Also, offering more affordable choices instead of rushing people to choose and making $20-$30 upgrades when the work is already done, isnt good customer service. Several times Ive been in for a fill and didnt realize I was being charged extra because of their process. I will pay for extra, but KNOWING my options make me much happier, rather than just assuming I wont make compromises to keep my budget in mind.
