    I am SO impressed with Sofis Nails, and theyre my new go-to for manicures and pedicures! I was desperately searching for a salon that could accommodate a birthday party with food and drinks and lots of services. Sofis ABSOLUTELY came through. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and the salon was very clean and spacious. Whether youre looking to host a closed event or just get routine pampering done, I cannot recommend this place enough!

    Cannot love this place enough, i am SUPER particular about my pedicures. Decided to try this place out and it is hands down the BEST pedicure I’ve ever had in my life and the best manicure/dip experience! Not a single cut, they took their time, shape was perfect and they make sure you love it before you leave. The atmosphere was calm and peaceful as well. As if that’s not enough I took my daughter for her 7th birthday and they made my little girls birthday nails before vaca a dream come true for her! She has always wanted a design but her nails are so small, they said we’ve got this! Very fair pricing and incredible service We found our new spot for nails for sure! (Even my husband said the $55 Royal pedicure was the best pedicure he’s ever had, and he’s pickier than I am on those) Huge shout out to Alyssa and JJ for the nail art! Can’t wait to come back

    I CANNOT say enough good things about Sophie’s Nails! I have been seeing Ms. Sophie since 2019. I live overseas now and still come back a few times a year to have her do my nails. By far the best salon I have ever been to. It’s so clean, everyone is so nice, and so talented!

    JJ, did both my pedicure and acrylic nails, full set. He was so kind and very detailed. He definitely took pride in making sure it was perfect.I got my nails done for a wedding, but immediately after I went to Denver and oh boy. I went water rafting, running, and hiked up the second largest mountain— slid down the snow and bear crawled up the snow lol and these nail did not chip or come off!!! If that doesn’t speak for itself idk what does lol. I’d definitely recommend the place. It’s clean and everyone’s so nice. Definitely recommend JJ.Great experience.

    I am not someone who typically gets my nails done on the regular, but since coming to sofis I have been back every three weeks.It is such a nice place with absolute quality service. Very hygienic salon without a harsh chemical smell. I am constantly getting compliments on my nails. Definitely recommend.

    I love the new location! The COVID procedures are manageable and enjoyable. The employees are very nice and have your safety and enjoyment as a top priority. There are a variety of choices when it comes to scents for pedicures as well as colors.

    Sofis is absolutely amazing. They do great work and the vibe is perfect. Everyone there wants to be there and is happy to be there, the culture is fun and light which helps it go by fast. I’ve never had a nail chip, always very professional and take appointments. Can’t recommend enough.

    I never write reviews but this place deserves one!! I went to Sophis for the first time to get lashes. I was nervous because I had never been there. It is a very clean environment. Everyone is very nice and professional. Nicole did my lashes and Im happy to say she did a beautiful job! Sofis offers a much wider range of pampering as well. If you have never been here you are missing out.

    First time here and really liked the service. Top notch quality too. Catherine did a great job on my dipped manicure and Nicole gives amazing pedicures. She is also an eyelash technician. Nice, clean, friendly environment. Oh!!! And they have complimentary wine 🍷Will definitely be back.

    The nail spa is so clean and beautifully decorated. It’s modern and facilitates social distancing. The people working there are very friendly. It’s the kind of place you don’t wonder if they’re talking about you because everybody is predominately speaking English. I got the best pedicure there this afternoon. I have had mini pedicures at different places around Crestview, but this by far exceeds every other place. My pedicure from beginning to end was a little over an hour. The technician did a very good job and I plan on returning soon.

    Today I went for my eyelash extensions Sofi did amazing as always! Highly recommend her! She recommended a facial because I had a sunburn on top of they were running a special! Rachel made my first experience a blast! My skin feels amazing! & I feel like I made a new friend! All around spent my day off here! And wouldn’t have had it any other way ☺️💜

    The new location is absolutely gorgeous!! It’s welcoming and very classy. The staff have new polices in place to ensure everyone’s safety and protection. It really attests to the quality of service you get at Sofi’s. Everyone is so nice and happy to be there - it’s really refreshing! I’ve been going to Anna for over a year now and wouldn’t let anyone else touch my nails at this point. She’s amazing!!! Best place in the area HANDS DOWN!!

    My toes look fine!The first time I went to see Sophie, and I loved my nails.So, I can back of course. This time it wasn’t the same unfortunately. I got stabbed with one of the tools while trying to remove the previous nails, my nails are shorter than stated, and uneven.Very sad, because the first visit was perfect.I returned* & my nails were fixed, and now they looks amazing again! Everyone was super helpful, and no hard feelings. I will be retuning for more pedicures and manicures.

    I’ve been to a lot of nail salons during my 7 months in Florida and Alabama. I have to say out of all the places I’ve been Sofi’s is definitely number 1. I got right in shortly after they opened. The staff was friendly and personable. I needed a fill, trim, and new gel polish. Something summery before I head back to NYS. My nails look amazing. I am so pleased. And the pricing in my opinion was more than fair, less than I’ve paid in other salons. When I visit Florida again Sofis will be the place I’ll go to for nails and spa essentials. These guys are the best♥️

    Im new to the area and decided to give Sofis a try. The moment I opened the door I was impressed. A very welcoming, clean, and updated salon that gives you the utmost attention as a customer from the start! I appreciate that there is always an appointment as soon as the next day and that I do not have to share my time with 50 others walking through the door. The prices are reasonable, the options are many and no matter what youll get more than what you payed for! Its a quiet relaxing atmosphere with the friendliest staff. I will definitely continue going to Sofis. Its a gem!

    I had my appointment this morning with my friend. She was running late and they were totally cool with it and still saw her. They are so friendly here, and everything is super clean and sanitary (so dont worry about catching covid or any infections lol) they did an amazing job on my nails I got a full set of stilettos and they look fire!!! My friend even switched to this salon from her old one cause they amazed her. Her nail tech was amazingly funny and great at his job. And I had Sofi herself, and she was very polite, funny and professional. Ill definitely be coming back. 10/10 would recommend so make sure to book an appointment cause they are a busy thriving salon 🖤🖤🖤🖤

    Today, I had the most fabulous facial done by Ms. Rachel. It was an experience that I have never had before. She was so kind and so educational the entire time. She taught me things about my skin that I did not even know. One of the best, strongest massages I have had as well (really worked out the knots in my shoulders) and I wasnt even expecting it. Overall, 10/10 experience and will definitely be recommending my friends!

    I seriously cannot thank or praise the staff at this establishment enough! Wonderful environment with exceptional service. I was in town to help my parents return back to their home in Okeechobee Florida after evacuating to Crestview Florida because of hurricane Irma. After having the worst service I have ever experienced in my life started at Elegant Nails (see their 1 star review) I came to Sofis Nails for them to fix the mess that was created by Elegant Nails. It was close to their closing time and they were completely booked. I told them what had happened to me at Elegant Nails, showed them my feet and the owner/manager told me that she would take care of me and to come back at 6:30 pm (after hours) which I thought was so amazing. I did not think at that point that I would get a pedicure, only to repair what Elegant Nails had done to me. I was so pleasantly surprised that I not only was told I would be getting a pedicure but I could still have whichever one I wanted. Several staff members were still there and whoever helped me took their time with me. They also asked how my parents were feeling and they asked me how I was feeling after such a long drive. Everyone was so polite and compassionate. They seriously made me feel like I was so important and special to them. They finished everything close to 8 pm (an hour and a half after closing) and I was not charged for the acrylic nail repairs that had to be done to fix Elegant Nails mistakes. I have never, ever received such wonderful and friendly service like this before. This place and its wonderful employees are seriously top notch! Go... treat yourself to their establishment and services, you will not be disappointed!

    The atmosphere is so great here. I was fortunate to have Sofi do my nails and she is not only talented, but so much fun! They also have drinks and snacks for the clients, which is a nice touch. Ive found my new nail salon! They also have aesthetician services as well, which I will be trying soon.

    May 2019 - I was back in town for graduation and made the mistake of not coming to Sofis first! I went to another place whose name wont be mentioned here, I gave them their own one star review. I walked out of the other place with only one of the 3 services I intended to get that day. I immediately called Sofis and made an appointment for the next day. Whenever Im visiting Crestview and need my nails done, I will always call Sofis. Thanks Ladies!July 2017- Im in the area from Tampa Bay to visit with family and wanted to treat myself and my 2 teenage daughters with pedicures. After reading other reviews, I called Sofis to see when they could fit us in and was pleasantly surprised when they said to come an hour later. The salon is gorgeous, the pedicures were amazing, and the staff is extremely friendly! I wish I had a place like Sofis back home that I could go to regularly. Ill definitely be back again when visiting the area.

    I love Sofis Nails and cannot reccomend this salon highly enough. The prices are inexpensive and the pricing is clear and easy to understand! Ive never been charged more then I expected and the results are always beautiful and amazing! The salon is always clean and relaxing. Everyone who works there is friendly and immediately puts you at ease. Ive never been unsatisfied with my nails and receive compliments on them daily! Sofi has all the newest colors, in all the newest trends, hombre, mood changing, glitter, matte, you would be hard pressed to to want something she doesnt have. She is constantly improving the salon. Its a very upbeat, laid back, and happy environment. I do have my favorite techs (Anna and Melinda) but am always satisfied with my nails regardless of who does them. Along with nail services they also do waxing, lash lifts and tints and several different manicure and pedicure packages. If youre not going to Sofis Nail Salon youre seriously missing out!

    The BEST place in Crestview for a mani/pedi! So happy I found this hidden gem. Theyve always done an amazing job on my nails and toes, and I am beyond finicky about my nails. Every staff member is always so kind and they all do equally great work. The atmosphere in the salon is so cozy and relaxing! My only tip is to try and make an appointment because they are normally busy, so sometimes they cant fit you in if you just walk in.-June 2021 Edit:-I had a pedicure with Nicole today, and it was incredible! Shes new to the business, another great hire! She really took her time with the pedicure and was very attentive the entire time. She kept checking in with me to make sure I was comfortable with different things such as: the water temperature, the massage, my nail length, color opacity, etc. I had a lovely conversation with her and possibly the most relaxing pedicure Ive ever had. She definitely deserved this shout out, and I hope this helps her build her client base up. Nicole is an absolute sweetheart and I highly recommend booking your next pedicure with her! Shes definitely my tech Ill be booking with for all my future pedicures!While Im here, I also have to give Andy a shout out as well. I always book my Vitamin/dip nail appointments with him; He does my nails perfectly everytime! Hes a funny guy too, so I always get a few good laughs in while I get my nails done!

Mimi is fantastic at pedicures and is very patient and takes her time to get everything done perfectly, and I really appreciate that!     I have never ever had such a great experience with another nail salon ... everyone makes you feel comfortable and so very friendly they truely make you want to come back and i love how if your like me and am always undecided on what color to choose from or which way you want to use the colors they are more then happy to give you their advice on what would look good on you i also love how funny and jovial they all are they laugh and joke and its really just an amazing experience!! So glad we finally have a great salon in town because its so much better then any other salon locally !!

    While in from Ohio visiting my daughter & son-in-law in Crestview, I decided to treat my daughter (and myself!) to mani/pedis! We did a Google search and Sofis Nails came highly recommended! After the service we received...I know why! We had such an enjoyable day & received such great service! I have tried gel nails at several nail salons in the past & had not had any luck with them staying on my nails. I was convinced to try them at Sofis Nails and am pleased to say they have lasted almost 2 weeks now! I too highly recommend Sofis Nails!! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

    I can truly say if there is a problem here or if someone is unhappy, Sofi goes out of her way to make sure that she satisfies her customers. Im not one to complain but there was just a few things I was concerned about when I got the gel color on my nails. I addressed her with my concerns and reassured me that things would be taken care of. Sofi is super easy to talk for someone as shy as I am. It is a very pleasant atmosphere in her salon and I watched her great everybody as the came in the door and even calling some by name. I will definitely keep returning to get my nails done here.

    My friend referred me to Sofis. Her word where “Sofis will not disappoint you on price, style, cleanliness. I am pretty picky and very fond of my comfort zone. I have been twice. My first experience was wonderful. Called first thing Saturday made an appointment for acrylic full set. Ones getting to my nail station Ms. Kay notice I was a nail bitter and explain the benefits of the dip. I stepped out of my comfort zone and got a dip set. Boy was she right. My nails grow so fast in two weeks. My second experience was just as equally wonderful. I went today and had Racheal. She really helped me stepped out of my zone and I throw away my 90’s square nail look and went with a new shape. I am so thankful to have found my new nail salon. They are amazing.

    This was my first time going there, and let me say, it was awesome. I came in as a walk-in and I legit didn’t even sitdown before the could fit me in.     Sofi, Jessie & Staff create a truly pleasurable experience every time I visit, always friendly, professional, a fun light hearted group of people! They do a fabulous set of vitamin nails, I’m always extremely happy with how natural & beautiful they look! Sofi’s eyelash extension service is a nice addition to the area, natural and quality lashes, not to mention the atmosphere is cozy enough to put you to sleep while she is doing them! I love that walk-in’s are welcome BUT I always try to schedule an appointment to secure my spot, I guess when you perform quality, reasonably priced, friendly services you stay pretty busy with happy clients like myself!     Sofi is 100% the best place in Crestview and the best ive ever personally been to!! She did my nails for my wedding and im in love with them! She and her staff are so kind and fun.     After going to every nail salon in Crestview and even traveling to fort walton for a while, i was determined to find a salon that gave me what i wanted. i found Sofis on google and read the reviews, which reflected nothing but great satisfaction from each customer. i decided to give Sofis a shot today. they fit me into the schedule with no delay, and introduced me to their vitamin nails. i was at first sceptical considering all of the previous promises i have received from different salons regarding the gel nails and shellac, but im glad to say that Sofis has thus far lived up to their promises. the service was tremendous, the salon made me feel like i was in the comfort of my own home, and each staff member was friendly and made you feel welcomed. i usually never take the time to leave reviews, good or bad, but i had to for Sofis. i will definitely continue to be a happy customer at this salon. thank you for such a great experience and the future ones that i know i will have!

    I cannot say enough great things about Ms. Sofi and her team! All of her technicians are amazing at their craft and their customer service is superior! I have never been disappointed and I always look forward to my appointments, not just because I always go home with beautiful nails, toes and lashes, but because the atmosphere is so friendly and inviting. I feel like I am with family...When I first went to see Ms. Sofi(after years of being a single mom with no extra for the nicer things we ladies like) my nails were awful...now, I receive compliments all the time on my beautiful nails and lashes. I am often asked if they are mine (theyre so well done) I always tell people, I paid for them, but Ms. Sofi GAVE them to me! Thank you Sofi, Melinda, Anne, Kay, Bebe, Rachel, McKenna and Mr Lee for always making me feel great and valuable! You guys are AMAZING!

    Okay okay hear me out. Great place to relax and get your toes done. Extremely expensive but it was very nice. After all the work I got done on my feet I made my husband smell my feet and he didnt smell any tropical smells or anything lol! I was a little disappointed but my toes look great.

    The best nails Ive ever had done. I had them done by Andy. I told him what I wanted and this was a super special occasion, my dads funeral. He nailed it. Literally. I went to my car and cried because they were so perfect. Thank you Andy for seeing my vision.

    I recently moved to the area and was really nervous about finding a nail salon/lash artist. I found Sofi from her outstanding facebook reviews, and she did not disappoint! Sofi is professional, but still so friendly and welcoming. I have since gone back to Sofi 4 times for both my nails and lashes- both look amazing. I love the way she does my lashes! She is very efficient but still pays attention to detail. My lashes are full and even, and my last set lasted 3 weeks! Can not say enough good things about Sofi and her work. I love going to see her, not just for the work she does, but for her company :)

    Sofis Nails is great! I used to drive to Niceville to get my nails done because I couldnt find a decent nail salon in Crestview. I am so happy Sofi opened here. The staff are all great, Sofi is such a sweetheart and you can tell she loves what she does. The salon is clean and my nails look great. Theyve got a new customer for sure!

    We had the most amazing experience @sofisnailsinc the other day. I mean seriously I feel like family. I took my girls to get their first full mani pedi and it was over the top. They not only were SO talented in the nail department (I mean WOW! 😍) they were personable and helpful! They helped the girls like they were literally relatives. They shared their food with them!! I mean really?!?!!! I can not express how amazing the service is at Sofi’s. It makes me want to cry a little bit. 💗Thank you everyone @sofisnailsinc. Keep doing what you’re doing!

    Sofis’s Nails is the best! We love Sofi. I have used Sofi for 5 years and I have never had bad service. The building is always clean and the staff is amazing. You should definitely book your appointment at Sofis’s.

    I absolutely love this place 😍😍😍 . Theres many nail shops in Crestview FL , but theres only one Sofis NAILS ! only place in town that you will find Great customer service, friendly smiles, clean and neat just an all around great experience. My Nails, toes and eyebrows always look amazing.

    This is the best nail salon in Crestview. So far, my best set of nails have been done by Sofi. Id definitely recommend her if you want flawless nails but everyone else is pretty good as well, its just little things that I notice afterwards lol.
