We came into this shop 20 minutes before closing by accident I thought I went to the place I called.. I realized I was not at the salon I called to get my girls nails done however Phe said it’s okay and got my girls in. Not only did he stay open an hour later for me but he did a awesome job on my daughters nails and the other gentlemen did a awesome job on my other daughters nails. Everyone was so friendly. We really enjoyed coming here. I feel sorry it was right before closing but I definitely don’t regret using this place and will for sure be back :) thank you so much again for the kindness.

Phes’ does a great job! And this salon actually works hard to prioritize appointments, which is unlike some other local salons. That’s not to say you won’t ever have to wait some, but they do keep an eye on the clock and try not to take walk-ins that would overlap the customers that scheduled ahead. This place is now my go-to nail salon.

These owners owned a previous establishment. I was a regular customer at the old place. When I found out they were moving, I quickly followed. It took several months for them to open the new place (new construction/new plaza) but I waited. I waited because in Crestview, this is the ONLY reputable/clean/friendly nail salon. I tried all the others. The owners (husband & wife) do nails as well and joke and speak to all the customers. They know many of them on a more personal level due to the number of months and even years they have been a servicing them at their salon. Its a relaxing, clean place that I LOVE being in. I dont even mind when I make an appointment and my nail tech is running behind. I dont mind waiting there AT ALL. This is how relaxing it is to be there. THIS is how a nail salon should make you feel. We all joke and laugh in this place and it feels comfortable. I feel pampered there and THIS is the way a nail salon should feel! Ask for Anthony...he does amazing work and is a great guy to top it all off!! LOVE THEM!

I love going here! Professional and Great customer service! Very clean and well kept! Overall a very relaxing spot! Nicholas (The Perfectionist) did a very good job on my stilettos nails! Everyone there does good jobs! I recommend anyone to come to the Nail Palace!

First time ever going here. It was nice only for my nails done the man that worked on me did a good job. The only thing I didnt like is there tables are connected and you sit little bit to close to another customer. But they did a good job on my nails would go back

I’ve never been to a better nail salon than Nail Palace! Faye and his team always treat me respect and give me the most gorgeous nails! No matter what I want they come through! This is the first place I tried dip (after their recommendation) and ever since I’ve had healthier nails! I’m never going anywhere else.

I love going here!! Nick N. does a FANTASTIC job on my nails EVERY time! He’s patient, takes his time and is very respectful!! Easily one of the BEST nail techs in this area! Have him do your nails, you won’t be disappointed! 💅🏼

Nail palace In Crestview was amazing. Great customer service, can walk in or by appointment. The nail tech Nicholas did a fantastic job fixing the mess from the other nails salons in crestview,. I use to have to drive to Pensacola to get nice nails now I’m just minutes away. Thank you for the amazing service you have earned a new and loyal customer. Look for yourself ☺️

I’ve been using this place since I was 14 or 15 years old. That’s close to 20 years! I’ve ALWAYS been happy with the service they provided! I always recommend them to anyone and everyone!
