    I have never gotten my nails done in a Walmart before, but this was one of the best nail experiences I’ve had! Cindy did my nails and she was amazing. The color was magical as well! Get the #724 gel Polish. You won’t regret it, and ask for Cindy!!

    The staff is always friendly & courteous and the place is clean. My nails are always looking on point and Cindy did a great job with the chrome on them this time! They always go above and beyond.

    I loooooveeeee this Nail Spa! The ladies there are Top Tier! The greatest and sweetest women I ever met in my life! I called to see if they were busy and they told me they were, Cindy called me back within 10 mins and asked me if I could come they had a 12 noon appointment that canceled and I came in to get my pedicure, Cindy greeted me by name. Which made me smile 😊 Anna was very gentle and did a fantastic job on my pedicure. Alia and Cindy made me laugh the entire time! Never a dull moment while I was there. The sweetest and funniest ladies I’ve met. Such a great vibe. Will most definitely catch a flight there when I’m not on my truck to get my pedicures when I can. They made me love Crestview and I love those ladies. Those ladies hugged me and made me feel wanted there! MOs definitely recommend going to Regals Salon if you are in the area. Great environment and great vibes. The only reason I didn’t get a full set is because I do flatbed and that’s hard work and I always break a nail! Too bad to be walking around with a broken nail 🥰🥰🥰

    I’ve been getting my nails done here for over a decade. Cindy is amazing and always so kind and professional. She really cares about what she does and it truly shows. Kevin and Aliya are wonderful as well!

    I have been going here for 2 yrs now and I absolutely love the service and the people. My nails are always beautiful and they are durable for my lawn care job.i cannot speak highly enough of all the ladies and Kevin at Regal nails. They did recently go up on prices but are still the most affordable and worth every penny!❤️❤️

    Been a customer for 15+ years and they are Wonderful. Miss Cindy, Alia, Julie, Anna and Kevin are great and make you feel at home. A place to rest, relax, and get those nails into tip top shape. Prices are affordable and can’t be beat. Love them all

    I had a last minute pedicure here and the lady was very thorough and took her time massaging my feet and legs. For the price it can’t be beat!!! Update: I’ve been back several times now. This is my go-to for pedicures. They take their time and do a good job and keep your chair massaging you. They are so friendly and kind. We love this nail salon!!

    I do not go anywhere else. I have read several of the reviews here and some of them I just cannot believe. They take the time to learn their repeat customers names. They joke and play with their regulars. What some people are calling rude I believe is them misunderstanding the atmosphere. One comment said they dis each other in their native language. NO! They are playing. They are one big family. They keep the atmosphere light and fun. I always receive excellent service. I know I need to make an appointment because if I walk in 9/10 they are packed and I have to wait. You know what that tells me. They are good. They take the time to ask about my family. My mom. If I have to miss several weeks in a row when I come back I am told I was missed. I truly feel valued and appreciated as a customer. I will say though that there have been times when I have been sitting in a chair and a customer has gotten testy... Cindy will give it right back to you. She does not put up with being disrespected and nor should she. My whole family loves it here. We do not have a special person that has to do our nails because we love them all. Cindy, Kevin, Dawn. Aleah, Ana Everyone in here is awesome.

    Cindy is the best! I moved from Alabama to Utah a few months ago and I miss this type of service. They know their customers names and treat everyone kindly and with a happy smile.

    Love this nail salon!! Had my nails done for my wedding and they turned out so pretty!! I’m really picky when it comes to the length of my fingernails and usually want fake nails off right away, but these are so comfortable and the length is perfect so I can do daily activities no problem!! Staff was SUPER friendly and very quick with their services also!! Highly recommend!

    Absolutely love Ana. Ive been going between here and Diva nails for 5 yrs to get my pedi done. No one is perfect and we all have our days. Sometimes my polish last for a mo+ and sometimes it dont but they are super good at getting my nasty cracked up heals smooth 😆

    We are here on vacation never been to this salon before. We have had an AMAZING experience. Alia, Ana, and another tech (I didn’t get her name) she has long beautiful hair. They made my mom and I feel personal. They asked us our names. There is no language barrier at all. I wish we lived here! We would be here all the time !

    This is the best place in town to have your nails done. They treat you like family. I have never had one bad experience here. They are always friendly, respectful & call you by name .

    Update:1. This place desperately needs new polish. Can’t just keep adding acetone to thin out old dried out laquer.2. They do a good job sterilizing equipment, etc. But a lot of dust is created, and everything needs to be dusted. ALL surfaces need to be cleaned, fingerprints and polish removed. Even seats.========3. Really like the people here. They are very kind to their customers. However, employees need to be nicer to each other! Stop rolling your eyes and making faces about other employees.4. Employees need refreshers regarding health concerns--why tools are disinfected.

    I went in to get 3 areas on my face waxed. They were very busy, I waited maybe 5-8 minutes. I was a walk in.I think the ladys name was Alia. She was so concerned if the wax was to hot, & when she pulled the strips off, of it hurting. I reassured her, I was fine. She apologized anyway.Very perfessional, concerned about her clients, and very sweet lady. I will be using Regal Nails for waxing, and everything else should the need rise.Very short time from start to finish!!

    Just wanna give a special thanks to Cindy....My name is Angie.... me and my dtr in law brought my mom up to get a pedi & mani on Feb. 10.. my mother has been a very sick woman since her early 30s & shes in her 60s, so every day is a struggle for her ... she has copd, emphysema, heart issues, to name a few....i also started getting sick in my early 30s & im 42 now! I fight my health issues as hard as i can cause i have watched my momma fight.....shes my best friend... lately, her health issues have gotten worse.... so i have been having to help my daddy out with her and i can see the worry in each of there eyes....im the oldest of from my mom and dads marriage... my mom has 3 kids from a previous marriage also but none of them have spoke to each otjers in years and probably never will.... the only thing my momma ever has enough energy for is getting dressed and me taking her to get her nails and feet done as she says, then shes so exhausted she goes right to bed as soon as she gets home. She has to hae someone with her at all times just in case so we all do it!! Shes my Momma..she feels rushed at times when she goes and effects her anxiexty at times so i stay with her while shes there... but today... i felt comfortable enough to give my momma a little space so she doesnt feel like shes being baby sat, as she says...and gives me a chance to run through the store to get wher at my parents need, my anxiety was up a little too but when Cindy sood up, walke up to my momma and took her hand, and said Hey, Mrs. Hicks, what u want done today, i will help u, all that anxiety went away..she helped my momma to the chair, up out of the chair , etc... today was the first day i have seen my momma smile in a long time.... i cried the whole way home. But it wasnt a bad cry. So thank u Cindy, u made my mommas whole year!!!! It means alot!!!
