    My family is relatively new here. We’ve been here about six months. I’m also incredibly particular about who I go to for any of my health and beauty stuff.Not only are they amazing here as far as professional, and knowing what they do, the added benefit is many times I have to have my three-year-old grandson with me, and they have welcomed him like part of the family.CC feels like part of my family, everybody in the office from reception to the other women in the office have been welcoming and professional.You expect it to the customer, but it’s not on them to welcome my family as one of their own as well and they have gone above and beyond.Please know that I will use this and CC in particular for as long as I am in this area, and strongly recommend anyone reading this does the same.Regards,Margo Coram – EdwardsWest Palm Beach

    Love the service I receive from Nikki! She is the reason I continue to support this location. The overall appearance of this location can use some TLC. Despite having front desk staff, the salon itself is always dirty from the reception area to the bathroom. I’ll continue to be a client here though as long as Nikki is around because she eats down every time!

    Amazing Lash in Delray is my go to for lash extensions. Nikki is my tech and she always does my lashes perfect- I’ve had her do a more natural set and a heavier set for events and both were amazing. This studio is always amazing with their customer service and fitting me in with my crazy schedule. Can’t recommend enough!

    I’ve been really happy at Amazing Lash Delray. I go to Cece and she is friendly and talented. She always takes such good care of me and I feel like my lashes are perfect when I leave. The front desk lady is always friendly and helpful.

    Other than “absolutely wonderful” I don’t know any words that could describe my appointment any better. Adriana, my technician, She is technically super and extremely nice. This is the 2nd time I’ve been to this studio, the first was during a vacation; now we live here and I will certainly continue to be one of her clients. I had my eyebrows shaped and my lashes tinted. I have very blond hair and I was deeply concerned that my eyebrows would be too dark. She listened to my concerns and did a marvelous job. My eyebrows have never looked this good. I am so please and already have an appointment for next month.

    I have been going to amazing lash for years now. I travel frequently and spontaneously for my job. Whenever i need to touch up my lashes for my trips, there’s always availability of one of the master stylists! My lashes also last super long for me and I only get a fill about once a month. This has been my absolute favorite location and Nikki is the absolute BEST!! I highly recommend visiting and going to Nikki!

    I am freaking in love with my new lashes! Beth did a fantastic job! This was my first time ever getting these done and I am hooked. She carefully explained everything she was doing during the application to keep me comfortable. Honestly, I was so relaxed I almost dozed off. The staff went over the after care cleaning and maintenance thoroughly and I am so happy I chose to come here after reading countless reviews. I will be back soon!Updated to add: Still getting my lashes done on a regular basis here. I couldnt be happier. Ive tried different styles now and am really comfortable with this studio. I get TONS of compliments on them!! Definitely book with a master stylist.

    I have been going to Nikki for the past few months now and she is absolutely AMAZING! My favorite technician thus far here at Amazing Lash in Delray. She is a master, quick, so comfortable and we have some of the best conversations that make the time fly by. I really enjoy my monthly touch ups with Nikki!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

    The girls know their thing, they’re skilled and nice; after some trial and error ( in terms of what I really wanted), everything runs smoothly now. They don’t overwhelm you with information - either the front desk or the techs - so make sure you ask questions. If I wanted anything a bit “ more” , would be their input from a stylist’s point of view - it’s not “ selling” which nobody likes to do , it’s pure useful information about their services and products, I’d love to hear it from them rather than spend time reading the website and then still have questions.

    Shelby is a great technician! I was very pleased with the outcome. She is professional, courteous, and friendly.I was not as pleased with the lash choices. I have been receiving services from a salon in upstate NY and felt their products looked more natural. However, Shelby is excellent, and I have made my appointment for a fill in 2 weeks.

    I’ve been going to Fei for my lashes for almost 2 years now! She is my absolute favorite and knows exactly what I want, also knows exactly what fits my face and eyes the best!!! She’s patient and my lashes always look healthy and great. Highly recommend using Fei!!!

    I just moved from NJ to FL and it’s too hot to wear makeup down here so I thought I would try to get my lashes done for the first time ever. There was a promotion on FB and IG that showed $20 off your first set of lashes so I booked and appointment. When I got there they said they don’t honor that coupon. I was still excited to get my lashes done for the first time so it didn’t really matter to me in the moment. I feel so bad I forget her name but the women that did my lashes was super sweet. I got the classic in the style cat eye. The whole experience was super relaxing I fell asleep during my service. My lashes looked so great and very natural just the way I wanted them too! I also had my eyebrows tinted and waxed and they also turned out great! My total was $135, $175 with tip. At checkout the receptionist told me next time I get my lashes done it would be $169 for a fill and that I should join the membership so it would only be $129 monthly and the membership includes 2 fills. I thought that doesn’t make sense because the extensions are supposed to last 6 weeks so why would anyone need two fills a month and why would something I paid $100 for cost me $169 when I come back again? Regardless I left the salon super happy about my new look. I followed the instructions the women that did my lashes gave me to not get them wet for 24 hours. After my first shower half of my lashes came out. I can’t believe it I’m so upset. Now I see why you’d have to go twice a month because they don’t last at all. I’m literally in shock. I don’t use any oil based products and I did everything the women told me to do. I was so careful with them.EDIT -I was invited back to Amazing Lash for a free set of lashes after my first set did not take. I appreciated the personal phone call and time to make me another appointment free of charge. I have since then been back three times and I am now a member. I can’t imagine not having lashes. Everyone that works here is super nice and accommodating I would definitely recommend.

    This is my first time doing eye lashes and OMG. Best experience ever. My tech was Nikki and she is the BEST. She did my lashes and wax eyebrows and she did a phenomenal job. The workers are professional and sweet. I highly recommend to the core. Will be back and taking my mother with me. They are very clean and organized. Can’t ask for anything else. Thank you all.     It did take some getting used to for me, since I was used to the more dramatic lashes you put on yourself. I was upset on first visit, however they worked with me in any way to make sure I was absolutely satisfied prior to leaving in my second visit. If u want more volume just be sure to set up more time. This was my very first experience and after my second appointment I’d absolutely come back! Thank you for taking the time to make sure I was happy with my lashes! Happy holidays to you all!

    My first experience coming here was with a beginner lash tech and I wasnt too happy with the results BUT, the beautiful ladies at the front knew I was upset and discounted me and set me up with one of their master techs and she did wonders! My lashes look so great and I left so excited and happy about the job well done! They really took care of me after a rough beginning. The manager was super sweet and so were the other girls working in the front! They even gave me a free eyebrow pencil on my way out to make up for the initial experience! I love a company who cares about their clients and they deff do! I signed up for the membership afterwards because I would love to get my lashes done by Beth again, they came out great! Thank you ladies!!

    Loved the customer service upfront. Very detailed and knowledgeable. My first experience wasn’t the best. Maybe it was a new tech, not sure. My left eye is still swollen and they eyelashes don’t seem to much. My left eye was so irritated, wouldn’t stop crying for over an hour. This was yesterday and it’s still red and swollen today. I’ll just have to book with a master stylist from now on.

    I’ve been looking for a lash STUDIO, for quite some time since I came to Florida from NY. And I found that w amazing lash; the studio is clean and pretty and I am still in love w my lashes after having had them now for over 2 weeks. At first when my lashes got done they looked so overwhelmingly fabulous but after a few days they grew on me and I absolutely loved them and now can’t pic my eyelids without them!     It was my first time going to this location and I absolutely loved it! The customer service was fantastic from the moment you walk in the front door. They really focused on getting my lashes perfect just the way I wanted. The rooms were very comfortable (Blanket and pillow provided). I always go to sleep while they are doing it and they don’t mind.

    It was such a great experience! From start to finish the whole staff was warm, welcoming and accomidating to any needs I had. Maya, the technician, was wonderful, very gentle and personable, we ended up talking the entire appointment. I have received many compliments on my lashes and love them.     Im a nurse so I live my life in scrubs and no makeup. I never used to get my lashes done but I tried it out one day to treat myself and got hooked! I choose to see Gigi every time. Gigi is absolutely the best, she takes her time and she is very thorough. My lashes stay on for so long and I get so many compliments! If you’ve never gotten your lashes done and youre hesitant, try them with Gigi, you’ll be in great hands!

    I go to Micki, and I love her!!!! I have been getting my lashes done consistently since January and I have NO damage at all. For a little while I was losing lashes more often than I usually did, but Micki worked her magic and found my lashes a happy medium where theyre extremely full and lucious, but not too long to the point they break and fall off! I would give them 10 stars if I could...Dont go anywhere else!!!

    I was happy that they had an availability today being it was last minute. I love the entire atmosphere and the design of the shop. I really love my eyelashes. However, Im a little concerned as I just got my eyelashes done today and Ive seen about 10 fall out. I dont think that is supposed to happen considering I literally got it done earlier today.

    The staff was pleasant and helpful. I was a bit skeptical at first and after my initial set I was still not a believer. I switched technicians and was much more pleased with the results after I had my first fill-in. Ive been wearing them for about 10 days and they look nice. I lose a few if I have to wash my own hair; and its very pricey for fill-ins. A friend of mine goes to a private person and she pays less...the membership is only cheaper for the initial set, after that my fills are more costly. They do eliminate the need for eye makeup. Im satisfied with the overall experience and staffers.

    The staff is very sweet, friendly, and professional. The lash tech also tries very hard to make sure you are comfortable during the lash experience. I developed a complication with my lashes and I met with Shi at the Delray store, and with a couple of tips from her, I was able to keep my lashes, which I was happy about because they did a great job. I was impressed with their work and will continue to refer friends to the Delray and Boca location.

    A friends referred me to amazing lash after I saw hers I thought they looked great and figured Id give it a shot. I was unsure of what to expect at first. It was a little hard to find but it is the cutest lash place Ive seen its super clean and all white and pink. I was greeted by very nice front desk girls, they went over the process with me and some of the styles they offer. I had Iryna as my lash technician and she is so amazing. Its been a little over a week since Ive had them done and they still look great and everybody has complimented me on them. I am now a monthly member and I cant wait to go in to get my next service!

    Honestly, at first I was unsure about the process but the Owner Desiree and her front desk girls truly allowed me to feel comfortable by thoroughly explaining the process with the 4 different lash styles they offer.Great customer service, and absolutely the cutest lash studio youll ever come across. This place is amazing! Thumbs up!

    Ianique gets an A++ rating and I highly recommend her for anyone looking to get eyelash extensions. Whether you are a first timer, or someone who has been getting extensions for years, you will find her attention to detail to be first class. She explains the process, is very delicate, and makes sure you are comfortable with what she is going to do. I have been to many other master techs and there is no one that even compares to her.

    I took my gf here for the first time and I haven’t heard the last of it, she told me that Chanel who works the first desk greeted her so welcoming, and help her understand everything she had questions about, she left with an even happier than when she got there and I appreciate that type of service, for I know that people who work front desk shows off what the business stands for and I am highly intrigued by this. She also mentioned her stylist Nikki, she told me that she felt like she was in good hands they had a good conversation and it felt like she just sat down by the time it was over and they came out better than she expected, she told me that everything went smoothly working with them two and would love to do it all over again I guess that’s why she got a membership, I have never seen her so happy after her appointment and I thank them personally for it.

    I think the service was great.. I felt very relaxed and calm that I almost fell asleep lol.. I don’t have a lot of eyelashes and they are very short.. but after the procedure my lashes are long, full and look very natural..
