    I recently had my brows waxed by Samantha for the first time, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! She was professional, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process.     What an amazing experience at ULTA Beauty Salon! Ash did a fabulous job with my hair color. She was courteous, attentive and a pleasure to work with to get my hair to where I wanted it to be. So super happy with the finished product. A shout out to Priscilla as well for being so kind!

    I had a makeup lesson today with Lamar and couldnt be more pleased. She has fabulous teaching skills and great knowledge of the art of applying makeup. I learned so much and left the store looking my best. She was professional, yet fun, patient and encouraging. No pressure selling. I bought a few products a love. It was time and money very well spent.

    I had my first appointment with Sheila today and I am beyond SATISFIED!!!! She has a beautiful personality and she knows her stuff - she is skilled!!!! I used to get my brows arched at European Wax and its seemed no one could ever get my brows right - they would always mess up my natural arch. I got pretty frustrated at no one listening to what I wanted. I was frustrated at people portraying to know what they were doing when clearly, they didnt know what they were doing. Who suffered for this nonsense? I did. Consequently, I decided to grow my eyebrows out for 2 years not letting anyone botch them up again. Recently I started searching the internet for some one excellent at doing eye brows and I was super lucky to find Sheila! So glad I did, I love my brows, she listened to my request and did her very best to give me advice on what she felt I would benefit from. She did not rip off my skin with the wax - it was smooth and pain free. I really hope that Ulta knows that she is truly an Assets to the company - Please take care of her and recognize what you have - too often good employees go unnoticed! What a talented young lady!     Just left Ulta and am beyond satisfied with the customer service! If you come in ask for Isabella. On the first try she matched my skin perfectly and was the sweetest girl I have ever come across. There was a customer ahead of me she was helping with shade match and noticed she also had her foundation shade on the first try. Absolutely amazing! Already told the manager about her but I have to leave a review for her!

    The store is clean and well organized. Tons of team members who are willing to help. There is a gem of an employee named Julissa (I hope I spelled her name correctly) who is AMAZING! She did my makeup last minute for my sons senior photos and I am still in awe. She was so kind and I appreciate her for patience.

    Everyone who works there is so helpful, nice and knowledgeable - purple toner only once in a while rather than every shampoo/conditioning. Have never had a bad experience here. I especially appreciate Angel bringing my online order to the car with a friendly smile even when it was after curbside hours. 💕

    I love Ulta! I love the customer service on the floor, in that store and how they really make sure that you get EXACTLY what you need and they help you so much with what colors you should be using AND WHICH COLORS GO BEST with your skin tone and just everything! The reason why I put 4 stars instead of 5 was because I had a problem once when I went to return something with this woman at the register, I had my receipt & never even opened the product and she was just so nasty to me and I swore I’d never go in there again. That was the Delray Beach, FL location and I haven’t gone in since unfortunately

    SHEILA IS THE BEST!!!!! I’ve been coming here for over a year now to get my brows done by Sheila. She is a perfectionist which I love when it comes to my face! Not only that, but she is such a joy to be around. Beautiful person inside and out. If you’re looking for a new brow place, I highly recommend!

    Shiela Mae is The Best brow artist in South Florida. Ive been a loyal client for over 3 years. Sheila Mae is professional, honest and Im never disappointed. I recommend her for any brow waxing, tweezing, tinting and lamination services. Shiela Mae is an expert in her field.

    Stopped in today today because I found out Ulta now sells The Ordinary SkinCare line from New York that I’ve been having shipped to me since I moved to Florida 7 years ago. I had a great experience with Carly the esthetician. Carly is so knowledgeable and professional. It was an absolute pleasure to have her assist me today.

    Love this store! The ladies right in front as soon as you walk in are there to help you, answer questions and they will even test some makeup on you. The lady with pink/purple hair was awesome! Will definitely be back to order more product. I wish Fenty was at this store. I like Ulta way better than Sephora. Thanks for your great service!

    5 stars and I would give more if i could. The staff is supper friendly and helpful but my biggest star would be Sandra! I trusted one of my most important days of my life, my makeup for my wedding and she delivered better than I expected! She was amazing, nice and professional and would recomend her in a heart beat!

    This was my first time getting a haircut here and I was blown away by Kayleigh ! I am very picky about my hair cuts, as I have long hair, but Kayleigh listened to what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. She was thorough and paid attention to every detail.     Edit 2023: Sheilla is a perfectionist as a waxer. She maintains a kind and affable personality as well. Highly recommend Sheilla..January 2022: Colin the store manager is both competent and warm, with incredible customer service. I gently, even reservedly, explained my situation of needing a service and he followed up with multiple stores when his one could not accommodate me. What an absolute gem of a human being. Store is also clean & spacious.

    I have been getting my eyebrows waxed by Jenn for a little over a year. She is so precise and takes her time to make your eyebrows look the way you want them to. I started going to her at the Wellington location and followed her to the Delray location because she is that GOOD! Definitely worth a 45 minute drive to have perfect eyebrows!

    THANK YOU KELLY! Friendly and knowledgeable in the eyebrow department, she was able to guide me into a much better color/product than I was previously using- I got the ka-brow 3.5! I found out that they offer tinting as a service!Side note, the store is amazingly clean and organized! The clearance section freakin’ rocks, too!

    Had a formal event to go to so I got my makeup done at Mac @Ulta in Delray. Cathy and Collin were both great! I was under an unexpected time crunch and they both worked together to get me glammed up and ready for my event! I got a lot of compliments on my makeup and lashes. I was so impressed with my look even though I know i confused Cathy to begin with so i trusted her to work her magic! No regrets she did exactly what I wanted but couldnt describe. lol. I will definitely return. She is pleasant and very knowledgeable! Thank you!!!

    The Delray Ulta is typically stocked well, unlike the one in West Boca. High traffic store but I can normally find my brand & color in stock. The staff is pretty friendly, but it seems like i can never find a sales consultant when I actually have a question or want to test a product. I do like the atmosphere, bright and airy with pleasant music that is not too loud. Layout makes sense and brands/products are easy to find.

You can go to several make up counters for a makeover with product suggestions for you to take home. The staff is attentive and always happy to give great advice.Pro tip at the checkout is to ask for samples.

    Always quite a pleasure going into Ulta. The merchandise is usually well stocked and clearly displayed. The staff is always ready to assist answering questions and giving suggestions based on their training and sometimes even experience.You really have to try your best to stick to your list (if you are attempting to stick to any kind of budget). Just to soften the blow of the total damage of the bill, it is strongly advised to become an Ultamate member to take advantage of their rewards. The samples are gooddd, with reputable brands in compact sizes.

    I have been getting my hair cut and colored by Tyler at this location for about 3.5 months. I actually chose Tyler by sight, because his hair and overall style are so cool. Tyler cut my hair with precision, and he actually listened to my input. My base and highlights just keep getting better and better. Even the shampoo experience is excellent and relaxing. It is definitely worth every Penney and I recommend Tyler!

    I visited Ulta for the very first time recently and was thrilled with all of the products, staff, and helpfulness. I had the best facial that I have ever had, Israt was so knowledgeable and truly does a fabulous job. I have had many upscale facials and never had one that was as magnificent as this one. Israt then suggested products that would get me started on skin care.if you want to give someone a gift that they will love, or want to treat yourself, see Israt and enjoy!

    I had a facial with Israt that was the best ever. Unfortunately, Ulta has not seen fit to properly give her the private space she needs to do her work. While the facial was fabulous it loses something when you have screaming children and rock music as a background instead of soothing light and music. I think it is disrespectful to both the technician and the client. I have been an Ulta client in other cities where there is a private room for skin care. They need to rethink this situation in Delray Beach.
