Ive been renting a salon suite here for a while, and I couldnt be happier with my experience. The suite is beautifully designed, clean, and well-maintained. The management is always responsive and helpful, they feel like family. Its a great space to work in. All of the other tenants are amazing and help each other. My clients love the private and comfortable environment. I highly recommend this salon suite to any beauty professional looking for a top-notch place to practice their craft.

Brand new salon suites with great parking. The whole place is very tastefully decorated. It is so peaceful and clean that you can’t help but relax. Can’t wait to go back for not just hairstyling, but also for manicures, tanning and hopefully, massages! I love a one stop pampering day!

As a tenant at Agua salon studios Ive had the best experience here. I have been extremely lucky to find such a centric location for my business. The owners are amazing and GO ABOVE and BEYOND for their tenants extremely Grateful for Ana & David who have made my experience here amazing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND to all beauty professionals its truly a great location with amazing people.

My family and I are vacationing in the area; I was thrilled to have time to indulge in a little self-care while here. Having never been to a beauty suites establishment before, I was super intrigued to learn about what they are. Beauty suites are a collection of studios for beauty-based businesses all housed in one larger space. Each business owner has autonomy over their own room, and pays a low rent for the space, rather than renting a chair in a salon. Bathrooms, waiting areas, break area, and laundry facilities are all maintained by the owner of the studios. The low overhead makes it a great option for beauty professionals who still coordinate their own appointments and services. As a customer, it also means that there are several services available under the same roof, by professionals who are specialized in their field.Agua Salon Studios is tasteful, serene, and immaculately clean. The owner was actually on site cleaning while I was there--she was even scrubbing the outdoor tiles in the common area! It is clear they take excellent care of their space.I had my eyebrows shaped and tinted by Ruby, one of the several small business owners occupying space in the beauty suites. She did an AMAZING job (I wish I had a Ruby near me!), and she was such a joy to talk to. She also mentioned how much she loved her new work environment, and the autonomy she has found by branching out on her own.I look forward to visiting again on future trips, and cant wait to see what other businesses move in!

I am so fortunate to be a tenant at Agua Salon Studios. I, along with the other tenants, could not be luckier to have David and Ana as the property managers - attending to all our needs and ensuring that the salon studios are always perfectly maintained, cleaned and beautiful for all of our clients. It is wonderful to have my salon suite at a place where I am proud to have my clients come to have the best experience possible!

I love my barbers new location. They opened their new location at Agua Salon Studios near the Ft.Lauderdale convention center on 17 St. causeway. Go visit them.

Arleta in suite 114 is a very attentative hair stylist. The service was above and beyond. She was very gentle and did a great job. I am very pleased with my haircut and am looking forward to coming back.

I’ve known Rubina for many years and her work is exceptional.All my life I had a insecurity with my eyebrows, but when when i found Rubina she was my savior and she took time to match them and not make them so thin and give me the right shape.But the most beautiful thing about her is that she does it from the heart, she caresand it doesnt matter if you are rich or poor or black or white, she loves all people and you can feel that is honest.There were times when I was so sad and she always took the time to make me pretty.She is a wonderful human being and you dont see that every day.Thank you Rubina for do you best always!If you don’t go to her, you’ll be missing out!

I’ve been doing my eyebrows wrong for yearsssss. I went to ruby for the first time and we tried a different shape, added some arch and it made such a huge difference on my features. She is kind ,patient and does not rush her work . Shes my new go-to Lady!
