Ale is amazing. He is the only professional who has ever simply nailed it every time Ive visited. I moved a good ways away, but decided to make the drive in advance of my sons wedding based on how amazing he was for me when I lived closer. Now I think its clear why its still worth the drive. ♥️

Ale Jr and his team are amazing! I have been looking for a good hairdresser in Miami area for the past 6 years. He’s the best! He does exactly what you ask for, but also gives you suggestions that would work so you can get the best results. My husband and I love him! The staff is also super friendly and competent. I highly recommend their salon!

Ale Jr is one of the most amazing hairdresser that I had the opportunity to meet. He listened to me, discussed my options. And throughout the whole process kept a positive and welcoming attitude despite the hour and after a long day. My hair looks wonderful, I received so many compliments. I highly recommend him. Always a great experience. Ale Jr and his staff are amazing all around. Ive been going to him for more than 2 years and have never loved my hair more. I have curly hair and he cuts it in a way that it has style and volume when I choose to blow dry and curls just the right way when I choose to air dry. His highlights are always just right subtle enough to look natural but also noticeable in the right way. Luz at the front desk will always greet you with a smile! Great place to get pampered in Weston.

Went for the first time after finding great reviews on Yelp. Had my hair color appointment with Alejandro jr himself, he was great and really knows what he is doing. I asked to have my hair brightened for the summer and he did a beautiful job. I also opted to have the keratin done at the last minute and they were able to accommodate! Great service and excellent technique! Will be coming back to get my hair cut next 😊!

I was so fortunate to have found this salon, came from Sarasota to visit my sister and need my hair done. Ale Jr. did my color and his assistant gave me the most amazing blow dry. I highly recommend the salon and will drive 3 hours to get my hair done again. Thank you!

I enjoy getting my hair at Alex Jr. Salon. Coming from out of state I was fortunate to be introduced to Kim a very talent and funny Artist at the salon. I was a little nerves but the minute I walked into this place I felt the love these artist have for what they do. I never had so much fun at a hair salon. I been coming here for 6 months now and my hair has never looked this good. I get a lot of compliments. Kim performed a procedure called plastic surgery and I have to say I am in love!!!If you want to control your hair from all the frizz in this beautiful tropical weather plastic surgery is the way to go!My hair healthier, stronger and longer.I used to spend hours burning my hair with all these heating tools.All that is gone!!!Thank you Kim!!

Ale is a really talented stylist, a real artist with the scissors and also coloring hair, for a result that is not just attractive but also that allows your hair regain a healthy look. The staff is very knowledgeable and sweet. Im a client since 2011 when I discovered him and hes my choice to treat my hair and create a great look!

Excellent service with Reinaldo at this salon. Cut my hair exactly the way I wanted from a picture. This is my third time coming here and its been great every time. I highly recommend Ale Jr Salon. Friendly atmosphere, everyone is very nice, and Ale always says hello. This is my new favorite hair salon.

First time going to ale jr salon. I have to say the service was phenomenal and welcoming. I wanted to donate my hair to the locks of love foundation and so I decided to getmy hair cut short like boy cut short since my hair exceed past my hip. Alejandro was awesome!!!! I love the way he cut my hair. I will definitely go back there!!

Last week I went to my first appointment at AleJr.s Salon. I received a haircut from Ale, Jr. and a botox treatment and styled blow dry from Kim. They were both excellent. I have had a lot of bad luck with hairstylists in Florida and after doing a ton of research and stopping by this salon to check it out, I bit the bullet and made an appointment. I was not disappointed by any means. They are super FRIENDLY, they listen to you and they know what they are doing. I highly recommend them (obviously lol)

I rarely write reviews but this Salon is exceptional!As soon as you walk inside your will notice the friendly staff and professional environment...I have been to most hair salons in Weston and I have never been treated better than I have with Ale Jr Salon.The customer service is phenominal, it has a very personal touch.I have tried different hair styles and colors and it always comes out awesome and the prices are very competitive to the weston area.Check them out for me. -eddie

Paola did an amazing job with my new hair extensions. I was addicted to the tape in extensions for years until she persuaded me to try the Bellamy weft. What a difference!! They are easier to maintain, they feel more natural and make styling with updo’s easier. I highly recommend changing to this type of hair extensions...Paola will not disappoint!

Let me start by saying that I dont like to go to hair salons (yes, Im a weird woman :P), sitting in a place for hours with stuffs in my head isnt my thing, however, when I got into Alejr Salon I almost immediately forget about time, I could have been there for 6 hours and that wouldnt have bothered me, the staff is super friendly, the atmosphere is the best, it was like visiting a big family, a very nice family.Regarding my hair, OMG, OMG, OMG!!! I had tried a bunch of salons in the past and really none of them left me impressed, when I left some of those salons my hair looked good but after washing it in my house the magic was over. I have already washed my hair three times since I was at Alejrs and my hair still looks GORGEOUS. Alejr and Ray are the best, dont know what kind of witchcraft they did (hehe) but its awesome (I got color, cut and blow dried). Looking forward to go back, my days of hating being in a salon are over.
