Richard is an extraordinary hair stylist. I need to fly to LBTS just to have him cut my hair. While on vacation, I walked in & asked him if he could do anything with my hair. He gave me an appointment for later in the day. Honestly, I’ve never had such an an amazing haircut in my life. The man is charming & a true artist. Thank you, Richard. ❤️

I have been going to Rich for 10 plus years. He is always kind, respectful and fun. He is a master of hair color. I always look my best after leaving his shop. I have been battling cancer for 7 years which means my hair has taken a beating from all the chemo. Rich always makes my hair better. I see a review below and I can’t believe someone would give a bad review for him being honest about what he can accomplish and refusing to do what he feels would be detrimental to the hair. I hope that person realizes he had her best interests at heart!

Richie gave me an amazing haircut, I will never go anywhere else! He was the first hairdresser I went to in 20 years, I saw his beautiful cuts and colors on many neighbors and loved them. I got so many compliments on the cut and had a great experience in his salon, would highly recommend him to anyone!

Ritchie is a master colorist! He had done a beautiful deep red on my gray hair, which I loved. Recently, decided I wanted to go back to gray, and somehow he managed to remove the red and left me with a gorgeous dark blonde that the gray blends into - without bleaching and destroying my hair! Absolutely incredible. Fabulous cut too! Highly recommend 😁👍

Richie has been my “hair guy” for almost 20 years. That speaks volumes. He is incredibly talented in the areas of cuts, color, styling....everything!!! I receive compliments every day from strangers who just stop me and ask me who does my hair? I wish I could post a pic! Aside from being incredibly talented, Richie has a very warm and kind way about him-when you go to his salon you are treated like family from the time you walk in.All of these reasons are why I will never ever go elsewhere! This is an amazing salon and the owner Richie is a master at his craft.Since I moved to the area last summer, I have been going to Basin Salon to color my hair. He uses organic products and Oliplex. It has made such a difference. My hair went from dry and drab to healthy and shiny.Yesterday, I asked him to cut my hair which is a major leap of faith since my hair is naturally curly. This is my first haircut in a long time. I absolutely love it! He is a master with curly hair. I feel fabulous!I highly recommend Basin Salon. I hardly ever write reviews, but I need to get the word out there. Richie is an amazing professional. Curly haired ladies please come here to get your haircut. You wont be sorry. He then gave us excellent cuts......he is an artist with scissors.!!! He is charming and a good conversationalist so our time at the salon was a very pleasant experience. From now on, he is our stylist.

Ive been a client of Richie Siegels for 25 years. He is a top notch colorist and stylist who only uses safe, organic color. He is also very reasonably priced compared to other salons. Basin Drive is a one person shop so it is calming and peaceful. (No hectic environment with a lot of noise from all of the chatting, blow dryers, etc. or the smell of acrylic from doing nails.) Richie is very accommodating and always understanding when making appointments and to top it off, he is one of the most nicest, kindest persons youd ever meet. I always recommend his services!

I’m new to the area and was very interested in a straightening treatment. I emailed the Florida offices for Cezanne and they sent me a few salons that had had their training. I called Basin Drive and spoke with Richie and set up a consultation. I was super nervous but Richie was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable explaining the whole process and expected outcome. I came back a few days later and since this is an organic product, no formaldehyde, so no harsh smells or stinging, the process was no big deal. Richie is engaging and charming and his shop is pleasant and calm. My hair is Frizz free and I couldn’t be happier!
