    This salon has amazing service. The girls helped me figure out what treatment was best for my hair type and what I wanted. The process was actually enjoyable, especially with the washing massage chair. My hair stylist offered me a drink and was the last person to leave because I have so much hair. She made sure to do quality work even though it was already late. My hair has never been so silky and I’m excited to see how long this treatment lasts. I got the multi keratin/organic treatment and since I have long hair it was expensive but hopefully worth every penny

    My mother and I have been coming to Genia’s for a while now and we are both always happy and pleased with the results. Oris and Valerie are amazing! ❤️ I have shared Genia’s info with my employees and many have already gone to the Hallandale location.     Best keratin treatment ever!!!! They do a very good job, and make sure that every single piece of the hair is done properly. Everyone is nice, and professional. I have done my hair at Genia’s 5 times and will not go to any other place. I highly recommend this place!!!

    I went to the Weston location , Alexandra is absolutely the best ,she took the time to answer all my questions, she was very careful with my hair. I was told, I could not do any hair treatment anymore due to the quality of my hair, and she did it and it looks beautiful and healthy. Love this place ❤️

    Such a nice place! People who work there are so nice and the service is excellent. Highly recommended! A friend of mine was there and she went out so happy with her smooth hair and a really good job done made by those who attend there. Genia, the owner is such a great person that receives you with a great smile and she is also a professional, she has more than 10 years of experience.The design in this place is so cool and makes you feel young and stylish.They offer service in english and spanish. Theres a parking lot and adapted for handicaped.

    Really sweet people unfortunately some one didn’t show up and I had to wait quite a bit I was there from 2pm to almost 6. They made me a very nice coffee and gave me two cookies. They did my hair really well! Just the wait was sort of long. I was expecting to leave around 4 or 430.

    Absolutely awesome! Best keratin treatment Ive had in over 15 years of doing it. I waited a month to do this review to see how the treatment would hold. I cant believe that I am now able to just air dry when I dont have the time to blowbl dry, and there is no freeze. Alexandra was professional, explained the process well, and most importantly did a great job without damaging my hair. I have color and highlights which I did a week before the treatment. Im more than satisfied! I will defenetly return and have recomended her to my friends. The photos with the blue background are before and after at the salon, the other one is 1 month later with no blow drier, just allowed to dry. Simply love it! Thank you Alexandra and Genia !!

Also, they have some other products such as hair masks, argan oil, etc…They said I could pay with a lot of options, cash, all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle and even others that I don’t use. Truly convenient if you ever forget your wallet.I asked them how come they don’t have more locations and they told me they’re working on a new location close to Aventura, in Hallandale Beach. I hope they open soon!

    Third time here and I’m obsessed with the vegan keratin. Leaves my hair smooth and lovely for months - I only have to go back when my roots grow out too much. Wendy is very gentle with my fragile hair. Also, their aftercare products are wonderful. My daughter and I both use the leave-in regularly. Recommend highly!

    The service and products are amazing. Johanna helped my hair feel so healthy and great. I had some damage from color and bleach. When I went in they did an analysis, and recommended the type of treatment that would be best for my hair. They explained everything and they were so kind. Johanna took her time with my hair and did such an amazing job. I live in Delray Beach and it was totally worth the drive. I will be going again in a few months to keep up with the treatment.

    Genia’s Keratin Spa is the best if you’re looking for a quality keratin hair treatment. The place is spotless, the staff are friendly, and the massage chairs in the hair washing station are a big plus! My hair treatment was explained to me in detail with several Options to choose from, and after care and maintenance instructions were also provided to make the treatment last.     I’ve tried 3 different places for keratin treatments, by far this one was the best, the care and time put into it is so worth it, their products are amazing, and my hair lasted up to 5 months and it did not damage my hair. Absolutely recommend🤩🤩🫶🏽side note if you have bleached or dyed your hair do some research before applying the keratin treatment it might ruin your hair.

    Ever since my first time… I have felt the professionalism. All questions answered and more importantly confident enough to keep coming. Alexandra, Yanisley and Wendy are the best. You can feel they do their job with love , with care. With the end result to see the customers satisfaction and smile . Same as the owner/ managers are always welcoming.     I absolutely love this spa. Gloria is amazing, she is very personable and shows a lot of care for the work she does. I do a combination of organic/regular keratin and I have never been disappointed. They also have a variety of treatments for blonde hair which I tried today and I love the results. My last treatment was done by Wendy and she was also very professional and took good care of my hair. I cant wait for their Hallandale location to open.5 stars plus for Genias Keratin Spa.

    I can’t believe how clean and amazing everything was. I was greeted immediately and Juan was my keratin expert. He is very informative as well as very thorough and I can tell he is passionate about what he does. He told me about the aftercare and what to expect with the keratin, and was even able to help me choose the right keratin for my hair type during my consultation. I like how everything is well ventilated there and the keratin does not smell bad at all instead the whole salon smells absolutely amazing with the products that they use. Just absolutely wonderful. The atmosphere is so calming as well. Everyone is absolutely wonderful!!!

    I have a lot of hair and very long, I love my hairstylist and she has been doing my keratin for 2 years now, for some reason my hair was just not looking the way I really wanted but I was very skeptical about finding a new place to get my keratin done. I decided to try Genia’s based on reviews and I am so happy I did. Alexandra did my hair and I am totally in love, first she was super friendly and honest from the beginning when she saw how much hair I had, she really took her time with me, I was supposed to be there for 2 hrs but ended up taking a little longer which it was good because I know I have a lot of hair so that shows she really took her time and did an amazing job. It’s been three weeks since I got it done and my hair still feels soft, looks shiny and no freeze. I definitely would be coming back when is time.

    I was able to get a same day appointment and upon arrival, Alexandra greeted me and told me she was finishing a customer, but helped me quickly as to honor my appointment time, then her co-worker helped start the treatment as to not waste anytime, Alexandra was very kind and pleasant and professional she even offered me coffee. She finished my treatment and it came out amazing, from the time i walked in i felt very welcomed and relaxed i loved the atmosphere and the service i was given at this place i highly recommend them.

    I’ve been looking to do a keratin treatment for some time now and I found Genia’s Keratin Spa while researching online. I saw all the 5 star reviews so I had to check it out. This spa deserves 5 stars and more! I’ve done keratin and hair botox in the past but nothing compares to the treatment that I received here. My hair is thick and frizzy and after the treatment, all I do is blow dry it with my fingersand it comes out super slick and straight. They are also super affordable in my opinion. I’m definitely returning and definitely recommend to those that are seeking smooth, shiny and manageable hair!

    I’ve been coming here for a couple years now with my sister! They do a fantastic job every time. I grew up with very curly and frizzy hair. my mom and i did some research on keratin treatments, and genias was the highest rated salon. the employees are so kind and welcoming and they offer coffee, water, anything you need. my hair hasn’t been frizzy since i started the treatment!     I’ve gone to this keratin spa 2 times, and both times have been incredible. The massaging shampoo bowl is amazing, the staff is very friendly and the salon is clean. Also the price is good! You cannot beat it!

    I had my doubts about getting keratin done but I made up my mind and went to a place specialized in this. I really liked the explanation they gave me, I couldnt remember the name of the girl who treated me very kindly, knowledgeable about the products and gave me a good explanation of how to take care of my hair.     Best keratin I’ve ever done. The attention and the care that these ladies show every single client is unmatched. I drove from Orlando because I hear it’s the best, and I am so glad I did. I will do this again. Also for the cost it is unbeatable. My hair is usually frizzy very puffy curls. Now my hair is drying straight right out of the shower without any heat. I love it.     Genias Keratin Spa is the best and newest hidden gem in Weston! They pamper you as soon as you walk through their doors and are incredibly thoughtful in the way they serve their customers. From the moment you arrive they greet you with a smile and offer to prepare you a drink/coffee, then they wash your hair and the chair in the washing station gives you a long massage which is a very nice touch. I am also very impressed with the actual results, before the treatment I had very frizzy untamed curly hair and after the treatment the frizz is 100% gone and my hair is straight without having to use any type of heated tool. Its a hair miracle and it is saving me so much time during my busy week. I recommend this place to absolutely everyone and I plan on returning in three/four months for my next treatment.

    I come here to get my keratin done and out of all the places I’ve tried this is by far the best, not only is the staff super sweet and attentive but the quality of the products used are very professional.     Eugenia has been doing my hair for years. Her new location in weston is beautiful and rapidly growing. Her service is 5 star and I love the new massage chairs while having hair washed. Never stingy with products and always willing to work me into her schedule. I’ve done keratin treatments with other salons that charge double, and they never last as long as the treatments I do at Genias spa.
