The staff members were soo accommodating, I felt welcome, relaxed revitalized and I didnt even get a massage, my mom did. I rated them a four star only because of the salon, mixed African hair is not part of their knowledge, and although the stylist was very nice, she 100 percent lacked the knowledge and experience in that field.

Best spa in the Miami area, the massage was done by Alex soft medium, no purples extremely relaxing. The Cold plunged is such a surprise, they have also a sauna, regular pool, and jacuzzi in the same area. Plus there is also a sauna and jacuzzi just for women. Magical experience.

AHHHHHHHHMAZINGEVERYTHING JUST SIMPLY AMAZING.Expensive BUT worth every penny. The massage was heavenly! It’s a beautiful space to enjoy! Since we did a service we were able to use the spa services all day; steam sauna hot tub ice cold tub (50 degrees) brrrr, salt room, showers, lounges everywhere, peace and quiet and just chillax for the day! Worth it !

If I could give this place 10* I would, first off walking in with amazing vibes experience from Rita she was super friendly and helpful super professional showing me around the spa amenities, the place has 2 indoor pools , 2 jacuzzis , steam room and sauna . The salt room I wouldn’t even think is one because it’s just a wall of rocks with open door which had no vibration of the salt inside . The massage was AMAZING By Debra I would highly recommend her she is professional attention to details, peaceful super amazing experience.This is now my favorite spa ! Thank you

There are a lot of great things about this spa, the friendly staff, beautiful lounges but my top reason for being a repeat customer (for years) is Rose Marie. Literally the best massages Ive ever had in my life. Shes attentive, professional yet so kind, hears your concerns and gets it done. Healing hands! Definitely always looking forward to next deep tissue with Rose!

This place is always a must when I come down on vacation. The experience is always great and super relaxing. When getting a pedicure, the girls are always top notch and the manager (frank I believe) always has Cuban coffee ready 😁. Frank really knows how to treat his clients and its great that good hospitality still exists. On the other side when getting a massage, its always a very tranquil, relaxing and therapeutic experience. I leave the room feeling like a million bucks. The best part after the massage is you have free use of the rest of the spa... this includes many amenities such as the sauna, steam room, hot tubs, cold plunge (if you dare), salt room etc.... honestly its a great escape for a couple hours that I think everybody could use every now and then!!

I loved my experience here. This is my new favorite spa. All the personnel were extremely nice, however, I would love to say that Angela went above and beyond. She was amazing and attended us with great pleasure. She is so sincere and amazing. My massage therapist was Brenda (I believe that was her name) and she was great. The spa itself was very clean and beautiful. There is a jacuzzi, steam room and sauna on the women’s. In the coed part, there’s a pool, a cold jacuzzi and a larger sauna. There are day beds and lounge chairs throughout. There was also a fire pit area. It was divine.

My girlfriend sent me in for a deep tissue massage just to relieve some of the pent up energy I had. Nellie gave me an exceptional deep tissue massage. Then I spent the next 6 hours in the spa enjoying the sauna the cold pool the regular pole and did some exercises and then just float it into the hot tub I repeated this several times. And then the dry off I went into The Salt Room just to lay there with my eyes closed just letting the salt pull everything out of me. I met some extremely wonderful people while I was in there we had fun enjoying the amenities and just talking about anything and everything. Next time Im going to make sure my girlfriend comes with me to enjoy the full day of relaxation!

From the moment I walked through the door, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of tranquility and luxury.Valentina greeted me with a warm and professional smile, guiding me through the available treatment options. I opted for a full-body relaxation massage, and I must say it was one of the best decisions Ive made in a long time.During the session, Valentina demonstrated exceptional mastery of massage techniques. Her ability to find and relieve tension points was truly impressive. Every movement was fluid and precise, and I felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated under her expert hands.In addition to her technical skill, Valentina also created a welcoming and relaxing environment. The soft music and dim lighting contributed to the luxurious spa experience, while her professional and friendly attitude made me feel completely comfortable and welcomed.After the massage, I felt like I was floating on a cloud. My body felt light, and my mind was completely tranquil. It was truly a rejuvenating experience that I would recommend to anyone looking for an escape from daily stress.In summary, my experience at the Hard Rock Casino Spa with Valentina was exceptional in every aspect. From the quality of the massage to the relaxing atmosphere and exceptional service, I have nothing but praise to share. Now Ive never experienced the service but I can tell you a bit of the ins and outs because I have a little secret.......☺️😊☺️!!! I used to work there as a spa attendant. Even though my rating on the work experience would be a completely different story for a different day but what I can tell you is they cut no expense for the comfortability of their customers. At least when I was there.🤷🏾‍♀️ They give you the best of the best. And they do their best to make sure the customers enjoy their experience. So I would say if you can afford it go to experience it at least once in a life time! As I plan to in the future .

The most amazing experience! All 3 treatments I had were absolutely amazing: body massage, scrub body treatment and facial. The best experience at spa I have ever had. Stuff was very friendly and professional. My skin is glowing and fells amazing. Loved it and will be definitely coming back.

Rosemarie is probably one of the best bodywork providers I have ever seen! She is thorough and does an amazing job listening to your body. Her colleague April also does great work. The overall spa is lovely too. Definitely book a massage with Rosemarie and be sure to take adequate time enjoy the facilities!

I love this spa and wish that I could visit once a month!The prices are competitive with other spas in the South FL area but their amenities are better than any which I have visited.They have a pool, cold pool, jacuzzi, salt room, relaxation area and sauna which can be accessed by both men and women for those who visit with the opposite sex. They also have a steam room, sauna, jacuzzi and relaxation room in both the male and female locker areas for those who prefer privacy.By far, Hard Rock Spa is my fav!! You wont be disappointed with your experience here!!

The spa is very lovely except the hot tub and sauna aren’t even hot at all. They need to crank up the heat in both. The salt room can’t even be called so, it’s just a wall of salt in an open room. Also, the steam room in the men’s locker room was not working. Overall amazing but they need to make it hotter!!! 🥵🥵🥵

Its one of the nicest Ive been to. Massive, with a section for both sexes. The amenities are top notch. Rosemary was my masseuse. She was the best. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable. You can tell she enjoys helping people. She gave a lot of relief for my pinched nerve. I will no question be back.Unfortunately, I didnt get photos. I was so relaxed I never looked at my phone. Its better than any place in las vegas for a massage.

Wow this spa is really big and really nice! Has a coed area and a suana, jacuzzi, and steam room but that was under construction when I went. Staff is very nice. Very clean.I got a massage by Rose and it was amazing best massage ever. I will be back sooner than I had planned.TIP: Go during the week... quiet and basically have the facilities to yourself. A true relaxing experience .Cons: Jacuzzi in coed area wasnt working. Steam room in womens locker room under construction. No access to hotel poolPro: Snacks provided upon request. Nice staff. I have been to the spa many times for massages and everything was always beautiful and wonderful. I particularly want to brag about Lisa, this is the first time I had a mani and a pedicure at this facilities. It was AMAZING!!! I had the signature/golden touch pedi. I highly recommend it and the incredible technician Lisa, she’s #1.

Best massage in SFL. My friends and I booked a staycation @ Hardrock and we went for massages at the Rock Spa.What an amazing experience! We were greeted by Rita who pampered us with champagne and other goodies.The spa is a quiet and Zen space that allows for total relaxation.The facilities are very clean and beautiful.My masseuse Johanni Guzman was superb. She ensured to massage every muscle in my body. She focused on my back as requested and relieved my pain and tightness. One of the best massage I ever had. Thank you so much! We will be back!

The New & Improved Rock Spa in the Guitar Hotel is AMAZING!! A stunning oasis of relaxation. I enjoy quick getaways and even though I am a local I can truly say that it felt like I was far away from home. Christal has been my hairdresser for years. She is very talented and I always love how my hair turns out. I have cut, colored, and done hair botox with her. Whatever she recommends, I always do because she is a true professional with a great eye. I get tons of compliments every time she does my hair. She is also the nicest person. The best by far!! Alex who did the massage was just amazing and released alot of pain that I had which I suffered from it for a while. He was very professional and really helped me. The salon is GREAT! Especially my stylist, Cristal. She has been styling my hair for over 6 years and I wouldnt dream having anyone else style it. Cristal is not only extremely talented but knowledgable. Flawless in classic looks and up to date on new products and trends. Definitely give her 5 stars.
