    I give Roots to Ends 5 stars not just because the service is impeccable but also because I genuinely enjoy my visits with them! The team is fun, down to earth & they make everyone feel “at home”. I first started with Jennifer, over a year ago, who styled my unmanageable coils into a perfect short cut until I decided to shave it all off, and started going to Leonard who raised the bar in women’s buzz cuts. He knows exactly how to sculpt the “buzz” in a manner that’s feminine & flattering to your face/head shape. He won’t steer you wrong & consults with you along the way until you’re fully satisfied. I recently moved to Tampa and have held out on haircuts until I make it to the area, as I often do for work. I won’t go anywhere else!

    Ive had a difficult time finding a place that can cut my hair the way I want. Looking around and going to 4 other barber shops, each one left me disappointed and unsatisfied. When I saw the positive reviews here, I decided to try them out. Leonard was extremely helpful and patient while listening to me explain what it was I wanted. Even during the cut, asking if I was ok with what it was he did. There was also another amazing woman that helped me while I was there. Definitely a great place I would recommend and I will definitely be going back.

    I’m so grateful to have found Roots to Ends. Jennifer always does my hair and she is truly gifted. I have stubborn grays and the quality of color she uses does not fade. She takes great care when coloring, washing and styling my hair. She is very personable and thorough. Every time I leave the salon, I feel like a new woman. It also makes me happy to know I’m supporting a local business.

    Only Lisa can deal with my daughters hair as she is transitioning from perm to natural. Bless Lisa, because I mentally cannot deal with the crying.Its funny, when my daughter, hair is finish her confidence improves. When we look good, we feel good. Thank you Lisa.

    I have been so happy with this wonderful shop.i took my aunt 83 . She was cared for, she hot the best haircut she has ever gotten. First chair on the left the hairdresser was so talented with every tool she used, a sizzor, a buzzer tecturing, straight edge razor and curling iron. This shop is a neighbor dream. Im going next week and so excited because in the neighborhood and cant get to my hairdresser and I dont care. This shop is a gem!!!!

    Great service, very friendly, absolutely professional . This is place you must visit you will not regret it, they can do any hair style you wish. Take a look at my hair it turned out amazing with the color dye that was applied to it, excellent job.

    I was very nervous going into the salon, Not many people other than my sisters would cut my hair. I had Jen she was Very experienced, Easy to talk to, and helped answer any questions or concerns I had before our session. Not a dull moment went by and before I knew it I was walking out with a beautiful Long layered haircut. Having this experience definitely brightens my day. I would definitely go back next time I need a cut , blow our or color.

    Today was my first visit to the salon having moved from New Jersey last week. I had a wonderful experience at the salon.     Im the type who will not go to a hair salon just because Ive had really bad experiences, but long story short. I was having some horrible hair problems and I went in and that was the decision I made. Ms Jennifer was amazing, she was very knowledgeable and caring to me and to everyone that walked in the doors.     Jen has been doing my hair for the past five years. I go where she goes. I am tender headed and I like my hair straight but not fried. She knows her stuff and was even able to revive my mother in laws hair back to excellent health. I recommend her with no reservations.

    (Edited from 2019) Haven’t had my hair cut in 4 years. Eric cut about 40 inches of my hair. Got a bob haircut, short in the back and long in the front. Hair feels lighter and healthier than ever. Although I didn’t like how the style shaped my face, I can appreciate how well he cut my hair.

    I got my keratine done I was really scared at first Ive never had it done so I had a lot of questions in concerns. The staff were really nice about addressing all of my questions. Once they explained to me the treatment I felt much more at ease. The salon is very inviting. The Tropical themed really brings me back to the islands. Staff was very friendly and attentive.My first impression was very high ends break the bank kind of salon (complimentary beverages as well as on site massage services ) but I was remarkably surprise that I had great service at a fraction of the price. This is definitely worth every penny. Im definitely coming back.:)

    Im a male with longer hair, and i can be picky because not all barbers understand what I want. Not here, Jennifer (Jen, Jenny) is the best! I get so many compliments everytime I get my haircut! This establishment deserves more than 5 stars and Jenn is top tier. When you leave you look how you want to look! I will never go anywhere else for a haircut.

    Went into this facility and met an amazing woman named Jen. I told her I needed help, I needed her to clean me up and make me presentable. She took me over and not only did she do an amazing job cleaning up my hair and styling it, but she also so gently took care of my out of control mountain man beard. I tip my hat to all the ladies at the facility they are very and I mean very good at what they do. If you are in need of some hair styling then dont hesitate go see these wonderful ladies. Thank you again jen I greatly appreciate what you did for me.

    I love this salon! But Eric is the absolute best! He made my thick natural red hair beautiful again. I am so terrified of hair salons because they never give you what you ask for. Eric gave me a haircut that I can wear straight to work with no effort, or styled with ease. If you go to Roots to Ends ask for Eric!

    This is the best Salon that I have ever been. Jennifer is the hairdresser that does me and my sisters hair. I am a black woman and for me it’s very hard to find someone who truly cares about your hair. My hair has never been so healthy since I start visiting this salon. Everyone please check our this salon you will never return to another salon.

    I absolutely love Jennifer!! She is a miracle worker when it comes to hair. I have been going to her for the past 7 months now ( friend recommendation), and my hair is just healthier than ever, and the length has grown beautifully! This past weekend I will admit to experimenting on box hair color DIY at home... and was a complete disaster, (my hair went from brown to jet black and i was not happy) needless to say, Jennifer came to my rescue! I called the store and she told me to come right in, (though it was a busy Saturday) i was seated within 5 mins and she went to work on the damage i caused! Needless to say the end results was much more than what I expected! Jennifer turn my disaster into a masterpiece!!!

    First off, Im from Miami and got completely lost getting up there and had to call them about five times for directions and they were super nice and very patient. Got me right to their door! I had Living Social coupon for a cut, root color and style. Had to pay extra for a full color but that was fine, I understood that going in when I called for my appt. Ive been trying to get the Farah Fawcett for about four years now and every salon Ive gone to has fallen completely flat on the task. Now, although they didnt hit is 100% on the head (pun intended). they got about 75% there and absolutely closer than anyone else and the color is AMAZING! Today at work, Ive gotten sooooooooo many compliments. The staff is awesome and even their non groupon/livingsocial prices are decent. Its an hour drive for me and would really consider making the drive again.
