    Today, on Saturday, 8/17/24, I had a wonderful experience at Ulta in Davie! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by every staff member. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, which created such a warm and happy environment in the store. I was so happy to be there that I ended up making a purchase I hadn’t planned on 😊 The staff is exceptionally great - very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be back.     I highly recommend Isa in the Davie store if you’re considering brow lamination. She loves what she does and it shows in her attention to detail. She transformed my eyebrows. She is kind, professional and truly a pleasure to talk to. I’m hooked after one visit. Thanks Isa😊

    I love ulta, you can find so many good products at such an affordable price depending on the brand. I bought the gently retinol by good molecules, such a good product too for sensitive skin. (The staff there were nice btw)

    Friendly staff that were able to make suffestions when i couldnt find what i was looking for. Another staffer spent some time explaining the different types of sun screen that may be best suited for me because of two purchase i made that had me looking purple and then white ( they were not products from ulta).     No greetings upon entry of the store. No one asked if I needed any assistance. Ive been to many Ulta stores before. Some Ulta are like that. I usually am able to find what I am looking for on my own. The cashier was super friendly with great attitude which made up the higher rating.

People usually complain, but, I would rather you recognize them for their patience and outstanding customer service. Not to mention they both have the most pleasing personalities!!!     When I first walked in to the store today, I thought it was going to be an overwhelming experience.Since, I am not a makeup expert I did research online to help save me time inside the store. When, I walked into the store I was greeted by staff right away. In conclusion, Cindy in the salon department made the process so easy and fast while maintaining appropriate social distance. Not only did Cindy retrieve all the items on my list, she also was able to ring up my order to avoid the long line up front.     The store itself is fine and I’ve come here for many beauty services and always been happy. Everyone here is excellent except for Edy. If you are looking for something simple like a blowout, expect to be washed and literally brow dried only with no style. She finished my wash and dry in 15 minutes. I had creases in my hair and it looked worse than what I could’ve done to myself at home. The manager was great at handling the situation but I would not refer her to anyone. She had no one after me and she rushed me for no reason. Not sure why she’s at work if she doesn’t want to work.

    Okay...so I was here for some Christmas gifts for my daughter; to be honest I could have gone crazy in here finding stuff for her! I was happy to find the Chanel foundation she wanted here at a fair price, and a few others that I guessed at for her.Not all Ulta stores actually have Chanel cosmetic products...but luckily i found this one! The parking here is pretty decent with good handicapped parking and accessible walkways and ramps to stores...although this store didnt seem to have handicapped/automatic doors. Once again, great selection of womens products and a few cologne for men.Be safe all.

    I don’t normally buy makeup for myself but I’ve had a skin condition for a while that needs occasional coverup.     As someone who knows little to nothing about how to do her own makeup, I walked into Ulta feeling a tad overwhelmed by the immense variety to choose from. Thankfully, two absolutely incredible ladies stepped in to my rescue: Jayla and Isa. The two were so patient and sweet as they took the time to walk me through the different kinds of makeup brands. Not to mention, Isa is a literal genius at color matchingThank you, ladies. You both made my day.

    I am a customer that buys 95% online. And yesterday went to the Davie branch to use a coupon with one of my daughters, and I was very happy with the employees, they helped me with my questions about products, they helped me with suggestions on how to make sure that I got the right item. The staff were really nice and the most important thing is that they love pets. Yes, people arrive to the store with their pets and by talking to one of the employees (I talked with more than three) I told them that I have a dog, they knew I had to come back the next day so they told me to bring mine. Me and my daughter were so excited that last night we took our dog. So we had the perfect buying experience. Not only because they helped us on products but also because I was able to use coupons and save money. Ulta is my store...my daughters too favorite store. I become a Diamond member in a few months. They have the best deals and best employees. Thanks Ulta. My daughters and myself are loyal customers.

    My name is Mary (on Steves account)I went into ulta tonight and came out so happy! The reason for writing this review is to thank the employees... the store was a little busy but all 5 of the ladies I came in contact with truly helped me.Even the manager repeatedly left her area to come help me. One lady went went back and forth looking for shades to match me and the lady who checked me out was patient even though I was driving her crazy.Very helpful! It made for a much more pleasant and successful trip. I have 2 young boys and it was nice to treat myself to new things and shop. They have a ton of selection. Definitely check it out!

    Today i went in looking for a perfume, and was helped by Gigi She was so patient and kind and went through each perfume with me yes to see what fit me. She also helped me find a new loose powder and showed me the way to use each make up brush I was very pleased with her she was very kind. When I went to check out DJ was checking me out and she was earlier awesome and she was the same person i spoke on the phone with when i was inquiring questions! i will drive to only go to that ulta everyone there is so kind and i’m very happy!

    Today I went to this location with the intention of just running in grabbing a foundation and leaving as I had a long day and with the holidays around the corner was feeling the happiest. Then I met Bill (chanel) and he took his time explain the foundation, blush etc.. He showed me such kindness and understanding. He instantly made my day better. So to Bill if you ever read this thank you for taking your time and showing this girl some of makeup tricks.and thank you for just being you. I will be back before January 20th to see you.     I wasnt sure where I could go to get my hair blown out and makeup done for my recent engagement photos. Gladys did my hair and Dixie did my makeup. They did so phenomenally! I was very happy with the result. Everyone I interacted with at this Ulta was professional, easy to talk to, and funny! They seemed genuinely excited for me and really helped make it special.     My daughter and I had an incredible experience at Ulta with Keirra, who did our makeup and perfectly identified the base we needed. She went out of her way to assist us, was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and kind. I would definitely recommend making an appointment with her and asking for her help (she should get her own business card!)The manager, Cynthia Garrison, was also very attentive and made sure that all the store customers were satisfied.Overall great experience. I will definitely return.

    Went to Ulta today and 3-4 staff members asked if I needed help. It was amazing!!! I don’t remember the person that helped me but she had long blonde hair, short and older (she told me that she was -lol). I came in wanted to spend a couple dollars bought 4 products that she recommended. Even the cashier was amazing! I think it’s important that we recognize these amazing customer service reps because after covid, most customer service has gone to complete terror. Thanks Ulta for keeping your employees happy!!!A happy customer!!!

    Amazing Customer service. Friendly and helpful employees. Especially recommend Catalina. She is super knowledgeable, professional and experienced. I really appreciated all her time and advices dhe gave me. I came in to buy a face powder but they didnt have my color and Catalina not only found a replacement but she solved a lot of other issues i had with my make up. I walked out with a full bag of a new cosmetic which i am enjoying now every morning. Catalina shared her knowledge with me and gave me a lot of tips on my daily make up. I am working outside in a heat so i needed a cosmetic tgat can handle that and can last all day. Anyway Catalina is awesome if you need anything go to Catalina.

    Its no secret that I have not a clue when it comes to makeup. I can count the number of times Ive worn it. So my daughters interest in the stuff seriously confounds me. But I digress. I went to Ulta to get a Christmas gift for my daughter. The staff there was so supremely helpful. The lady who attended to me ran around the store to get the best combinations of prices so that I could get everything on my list without going broke. Of course thats probably not special but she did this in the height of the Christmas shopping season on a Friday (I know... what was I thinking 🤦🏾‍♀️). It was a madhouse to say the least. I went in there with my two toddler boys who thought I had taken them to a playground with trinkets to play with. My SA was patient and engaged the boys so we could find the perfect gift. If you have not visited this Ulta what are you waiting on?

    Its a strange experience to buy makeup here without trying it on but the return policy was very open. Buy it, try it, return it if anything at all is not what you want. The staff was very helpful and stayed with me answering all my questions. I appreciate that she was knowledgeable and helpful about all brands and price ranges not just the expensive line she actually represented. Thank you, Ulta, for the covid protocols.

    WOW!!!!! I had the best customer service both yesterday and today by a wonderful lady by the name of Josephine! (I apologize if I’m misspelling it) she is usually at the front and yesterday she helped me with an online order. Today I came in looking for a natural powder for my face. I’m currently dealing with a horrible allergic reaction so I came in freaking out. She made me feel so much better! She showed me a product by PUR. And I honestly feel like I can trust her. She was incredibly kind and comforting. Outstanding customer service!!!!!!

    I came in here one morning to get some help with finding the right product for my eyebrows. Im pale, so the few inexpensive cosmetics I bought at Target were just too dark on my brows.I was greeted by a few people who were stocking a shelf up front. I told them what I needed and a very friendly lady helped me out. She applied 3 different brow products on me and I quickly learned that I was actually using a product that was a little too light on me. She explained some basics about the products and how they work. I ended up picking a great color for my brows, but it was costly. Then I grabbed a brow gel from a less expensive line.I dont think I had been in an Ulta before, other than buying from them online. I browsed the store after, they have so many great products here. Beauty gurus will love this place! Its more than just makeup, they have a lot of hair products such as flat irons, blow dryer, curling irons, shampoo, brushes and so much more.I was also surprised to learn that they do hair cuts and blow outs at this location as well.My only gripe is that the prices are on the high side, but at least you can try the items before you buy.

    Bill near the Chanel sections is LIFE! He will literally change your whole life. I had to do my own wedding for my wedding and he helped me pick out every single thing AND taught me how to put it on... Even the kind of lashes to buy. He is literally my wedding angel. Ive been to THIS ulta 4x specifically because of him. All I buy is Chanel now. 🤣 He taught me how to practice so I can do my makeup quickly too. And he always takes his time with everyone and is literally the nicest person youll ever meet. If you want to feel special and beautiful, go find Bill at this Ulta. He had gray hair and glasses, usually a white shirt, and he will make you smile. Thats how you know you found him. I recommend going here if you have no idea what youre doing with makeup and want to learn and look like you are the queen. Bc thats what happened to me! Thanks Bill, you saved the (most special) day, made me feel beautiful, and changed my makeup life!

    To the the girl with the upside down name tag…. (I could easily read the name I’m just horrible with remembering names) I couldn’t remember the name of the face cream I was looking for, actually couldn’t remember much of the product other than it promised to reduce lines in minutes and the are it was in months ago….     From the customer service reps to the salon services and technicians, this Ulta location cant be beat. It is stocked, organized, friendly and checkout is quick even when there is a line. I receive excellent recommendations for makeup (the Nars rep was wonderful) that suit my age and complexion, without any sort of pressure or pushiness to purchase what I dont need. Ive been here for hair emergencies (even though its not my regular salon) and had amazing color correction performed. The staff is warm and sincerely wants to help, and that makes me feel welcome as a customer. This is my favorite Ulta in South Florida!

    Ulta is my favorite place to get makeup hands down. Everything is a good price and they usually have a deal going on anyways. Aside from that the sales associates are always willing to help whether its from finding your correct shade to what would be best for your skin type in general. Would definitely recommend that you come here.

    When I first came to this store I thought the stuff will be expensive but I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they have pretty affordable products from various brands.Customer service is great as the staff are always happy to assist customers. They have a salon too where one can make appointments for haircare, haircuts, manicure, facials and brow shaping/waxing.I also love the layout of the store which makes it easy to find and access products.

    Travis has been cutting my hair at Ulta for over a decade. I used to live in California and would travel back to Florida just so that he could cut my hair. I’ve been to other hair stylists in between when in a pinch, but have not found anyone else who comes close to his level of skill. He gives me exactly what I want every time, and I’ve never had a haircut I regret with him. Would highly recommend the entire salon at Ulta, but Travis in particular is amazing!

    If you are are ever lucky enough to have Beatrice on the Urban Decay section of the store youll be in for a treat. She is very knowledgeable about all the stores products as well as being an excellent ambassador for her line. She was an amazing help in rejuvenating my tired old makeup routine in a nice way without making me fell bad for not staying current.

    Beautiful brows & more!If you’ve ever thought to get your brows done at the benefit brow bar but weren’t Sure PLEASE DO! Nicole is so gentle and sweet. My brows come out perfect every time. It feels like I’m hanging out with my girls while getting pampered. Never a dull moment with Nicole! I usually go in for a brow & tint service. She even clears out my brow scar effortlessly. Please come by and get treated like a doll!

    I go to this Ulta to buy my normal makeup product all of the time. I also get my hair done in the salon and I absolutely LOVE Lisa Diaz! She is the only hair stylist that I will go to! She always has the best intentions for her clients and how they can take care of their hair outside of Ulta between visits. I love the cocktail of hair color that she uses to give me a dark mahogany brown color. I have already referred someone to her and they absolutely loved Lisa as well! I cant wait to schedule my next appointment!

    Friday, 3/6/20 was my daughters wedding day. Mimi and Edie did me, the bride, her best friend, and the maid of honor’s faces. We had three appts but the salon was able to accommodate four of us!     The young lady who I think is the makeup artist, 🎨🖌👄is really sweet. She is a pint-sized. 😊 fair-skinned Brown woman and has goddess braids. She informed me that she was also an esthetician, which makes sense, because she was very knowledgeable. She helped me pick at appropriate products,and was honest about what I needed. Others recognized how helpful she was towards me; so they flocked to her, and she was able to help all of us, withOut getting agitated and With a smile on her face!😊☺️🙂All was appreciated. I was very hesitant and nervous primarily because I was going to cut my hair relatively short for the first time in years but I could not have asked for a better stylist. Armando was not only super nice but he ensured I was comfortable every step of the way. I love how my hair color and cut came out and I will definitely be going back to him!

    Ive always been a tomboy and after having a bad experience once when i was younger at a major department store, Ive always been afraid to go into places like this. Today for the first time in my life I walked into a makeup store after my boyfriend suggested it to me almost a year ago. I spoke with the lady and gave her a brieff explanation on my situation, she guided me to a counter and went to get a makeup artist. She returned with Lisa Shaw, after explaining I grew up with guys, all my friends were guys, and that my mother never taught me anything about make up, she quickly got to work. She asked a lot of questions and answered the many that I had. She showed me product, explained what each one was for and showed me how to use it while she was applying it. She experimented and was able to find out what worked and matched best with my skin. After everything was all done I was amazed at what she had done and what she was able to teach me. She helped pick out everything I needed and even wrote it all down for me so Id know what to get the next time I came in. The whole experience was wonderful I would recommend Ulta to anyone, and for those who have no clue where to begin go see Lisa! Thank you so much for all your help today!

    Excellent service, talented stylists, and always do right by the customer. I wS referred to Cindy by a friend and she exceeded my expectations. She did a keratin treatment on me a few months ago and it came out great. Since then Ive had her color, cut, and style and she is always spot on! Love it there. Highly recommend.

    Definitely making the drive from where I live to this location from now on. So organized and clean, everything was stocked,and each section had their testers! This was a shock as the ulta in coral springs is usually missing a bunch of stuff. I found everything i needed and them some. An employee helped me locate an item quickly when I couldnt find it on my own. I had such an enjoyable experience, I dont mind driving here instead from now on.

    I was referred to Ulta by a co-worker,and I decided to try it. It turned out to be exceptional!!!. Not only did the young lady, Deborah,( who I had the good fortune of having her as my stylist.)... color, cut and highlight my hair she,understood exactly what I wanted, she performed a miracle.!I have never had someone look at my hair and get what I envisioned....     This is a huge cosmetic store with everything that you can possibly imagine for beauty. Theres makeup, face masks, hair supplies, you name it. Theres also a salon in the store where you can get your hair done, and thats specifically what I go here for. my hairdressers name is Lisa and I think shes awesome so if you ever go to this particular Alta in the tower shops ask for Lisa shell make your hair look great.

    I used to live in this area and now still travel an hour to see Travis to get my hair done. Hes amazing!!! Everytime I walk out, I feel like a million dollars.     All I can say is I had a horrible expierence at a very nice and expensive salon in central Florida after getting hair extensions. While visiting my sister in Davie, my sister recommended Lisa at ulta hair salon and Lisa immediately took me on and tried her best to fix it. I made a 6 week follow-up and happily drove 3 hours to see Lisa again. She went so far above and beyond to make me feel beautiful again. I will continue to go to Lisa no matter how many hours away she is!
