    Went here on my bday with my best friend. We got some great deals, and I got my bday gifts. They offered some amazing sales, especially for the holidays. They even have the Wicked Collection there. I will be going here to get gifts for the holidays. Check it out if you get a chance they have something for everyone. Try the morphe mixed signals. In the video that is flirty and faithful eyeshadow. Love it

    Looking to get your brows done? Maggie is PHENOMENAL. I get so many compliments on my brows after she shapes them—which never happened to me before! She is awesome and I can’t recommend her enough!

    Best Ulta location! They have the sweetest staff and are always willing to help and take their time to find what you’re looking for. I also get my hair done at this location and they have some of the best stylists in the area! Super professional and have a lot of experience.     Came in for lipstick met a lady Carolina who actually had experience with mature skin and makeup. She had worked in a spa in NY and it was obvious she knew how to help me. I left with a tinted moisturizer and some eyeshadows that complemented my mature skin. I will definitely go back and ask for Carolina in the future. The younger people are fine however they do not know how to address mature skin needs.

    During my recent visit to an Ulta store, I was delighted to find it impeccably organized and welcoming. From the moment I stepped in, the security personnel greeted me warmly, and as I departed, I received sincere well wishes for the day. The exceptional customer service stood out, creating an environment where I felt at ease and never overwhelmed. The staff approached me, asking if I needed assistance, and there was no sense of pressure during the interactions.An additional highlight occurred when I couldnt find the specific shade of foundation I was looking for. Unlike many other stores that claim items are unavailable if not on display, the Ulta staff checked the back stock for me. Although the desired shade wasnt in stock, the beauty representative took customer service to the next level. They not only informed me of the unavailability but also offered a proactive solution. I was encouraged to proceed to the register and place an order for the out-of-stock item, with the added convenience of free shipping to my house. This above-and-beyond approach further solidified the positive experience I had at this Ulta.The stores layout contributed to the overall enjoyment of my visit. It is spacious and aesthetically pleasing, housing a diverse range of products that could easily captivate anyone for hours. The thoughtfully designed layout, with one side featuring popular drugstore brands and the other showcasing high-end options, offers a convenient one-stop shopping experience.     Great store with well stocked inventory. Kind and helpful staff!The only big issue was that there is major construction going on to the store fronts and buildings in this little strip mall; therefore parking was extremely limited and difficult to pull into. Very narrow drive way in front of stores. Major deep water puddles on rainy days. However, this is hopefully only a short lived temporary issue.

    Clean store, ambience is quite atmosphere is clean. I give them a 5 for clean and pleasant atmosphere. But I give them a 3 for some staff not knowing their products well. I tried to purchase couple facial products I came out so confused and wondering what in the world I just encountered. 2 to 3 different employees trying to introduce me to different products. That they claim will help me. But they confused the hell out of me. I just left all the products and walked out. So know what you exactly want before going in there trying to purchase items.

    Brandon was my stylist. This was my first visit with him, and he was phenomenal! Before he did anything, he took his time to talk with me and learn my hair and its needs. Then he did a customized conditioning treatment based on my hairs needs. Then also based on my hair needs and my lifestyle, he gave me the best cut. Then we discussed product for hair goals. My hair is looking fantastic!

    As a guy that never shops here but will do the occasional makeup run for my girlfriend, I am always beyond impressed with how helpful the staff is.I walk in looking like a lost little lamb and someone always is quick to offer assistance and guide me right to the product I need. Today I was helped by a gentleman that had a ponytail and he was the most incredible customer service I have ever had. He was so polite and nice and offered alternatives when a product my girlfriend wanted wasn’t there. He is a gem and makes your location a 10/10 in my eyes

    My first time to visit this location. The customer service I received with Rogelio was EXTRAORDINARY! He is exactly what you hope to find everywhere in life! Personable and knowledgeable; and stayed very in tune with my choice/definition of natural. Highly recommend this shop! I hope other associates in this location are great too, but I will make sure Rogelio is there when I shop!P.S. the door attendant/security is very welcoming and kind!

    This is my favorite location to go to because the staff always keeps there store clean and they have lots of new products. However, one of the managers was rude to me last December when I tried to redeem a coupon. It wasn’t a big deal to me that I was unable to use the coupon, but those type of interactions stick out when you want to return to a location.

    I went in today 9/13 at around 4:45pm, there was a lady with security guard on her shirt who greeted me with the kindest smile and I asked her where I can find drunk elephant brand, she knew exactly where it was a escorted me to the right section, I wish i got her name but she seemed like an expert and knew all about the products, I would have thought she was the manager of the ulta by how much she knew. I wish i got her name, she even said have a great day twice to me as i was walking to the register and again while I was leaving, its so rare to see service like this in south florida. Cant wait to come back to this location for my next make up and skin care restock and see her again, its the little things that go a long way!

    This has become my absolute favorite location. Every single time I’ve shopped here I’m greeted by the sweetest people. Always ALWAYS so helpful and welcoming. I’d like to give a special shout-out to Taylor who helped me yesterday at the Tarte section. She listened to all my concerns and pointed me in the right direction. I am so grateful for her and I’m glad I bought what she suggested. I never seemed to pick out the right products for my skin type. With her help, I was able to get the perfect products. My makeup looks impeccable. My confidence is on 10 today and I cannot praise Taylor enough. I will not shop anywhere else but here. Thank you Taylor and thank you Ulta FTL.

    I absolutely love Ulta. I am a frequent flier. I am also a diamond member. That is my go to store for any of my essential needs such as hair, skin care, perfumes and so much more. Luckily I dont wear makeup so thats keep my credit card balance lower. I highly recommend you check Ulta out. Much better than Sephora and the employees are always available and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. All of the employees are beyond helpful and are in no hurry to stop helping you. I look forward to going back and shopping more ASAP. I just paid off my $1800 Ulta bill. I went to Ulta today to get a birthday gift and ended up spending over $500🤫🤔

    One of the good Ulta Beauty stores. They have huge collection of skincare, makeup and hair care. I live in Seattle and I don’t find a lot of products that I use in the stores, so was surprised to see the collection in here. The staff is very nice as well, they help you with your questions and help you find the products that you are looking for, they give good recommendations as well.Will definitely come back

    Kendall did my makeup at the MAC station and he did a FANTASTIC job at teaching me an easy but beautiful look for my new job. He took the time to get to know me, how long I like to take in the morning to get ready, and recommend the best products that I felt comfortable with.     I needed a really fabulous hair dresser and found him at Ulta. My original appointment was with another Salon Specialist and at the last minute was switched to Kevin. My experience with him was amazing. He made great suggestions, was knowledgeable and I couldn’t have been more satisfied with the end result. I learned to trust him and allowed him to put highlights in my hair for the very first time. I’m always receiving compliments on my color and cut. Kevin, you’re amazing and I’ll be your client as long as you’re in the biz!

    I been in a few times and each and every time I come I’m always greeted and someone is always ready to help. BUT just this one time I was on a mission to find 2 things concealer and hair cream for curls. When I walked into the store that specific day Natasha who greeted and help me and even provided with some recommendations was truly a gem. Hair cream that was recommended by her was Ouidad used for 2 weeks now and absolutely love it and concealer by NAS turned out great. So I am so glad I went in this day now I have a new hair cream that I like and Concealer. Great customer service and made shopping a breeze. Thank YOU Natasha !!!

    A couple of weeks ago I was lucky enough to have my hair done by Martino in the salon. He was extremely friendly, but most importantly, did an incredible job with my haircut & style. Martino has extensive experience doing hair for fashion shows so he is quick and skilled at what he does. I left with a new sense of confidence! I highly recommend Martino!

    This is a large Ulta store with a good selection of high end makeup including a small Mac counter. They did no have colourpop, which was unfortunate. They have a much smaller drug store makeup selection than high end as well. They have a very large hair care area and in store salon. The establishment was very clean and the staff pleasant.

    On 10/1 literally the best service ive ever had at a Ulta! i popped up 20mins before close feeling horrible to do that to the team closing.     Allison really did such a wonderful job. I was a very dark brunette and asked to go blonde. She really made it look natural and even retoned after blow drying because she wanted to make sure it was *just right*. Staff even made sure I took advantage of a Revlon sale I didnt know about at checkout. What a great experience!

    When this store opened, I was crazy happy and excited! Before that I would only go to Sephora, with the occasional trip to the drugstores.     I had Maddie a new hairdresser fix a very bad haircut. She listen to me and talked on how she would fix my haircut and looked at pictures of what I was looking for and she took her time.     I went in and the lady called Alexis was super nice and helped me pick the right shade for my concealer, she was very kind understanding especially since before I had picked the wrong shade of concealer that looked orange and her and her team helped me do an exchange with zero issues. They were quick and helpful. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes which was surprising. The team is kind, helpful and thoughtful. My favorite ulta store.
