    If I could rate this group with a 6 thats what I would do. I was very anxious to have surgery for cancer on my foot. The staff, Rachel, Tom, Crystal, the receptionists, and complete medical staff including the doctors made me feel like I was special and not just another patient. Their demeanor, personalities and overall caring was very special to me. I would recommend them to anyone who needed any dermatology issue taken care of.

    I was very impressed with this location. My appointment was for 1:30, and the called me back at exactly 1:30. The entire staff from the front desk to the medical assistant to the doctor were very professional and friendly. I dont have one negative comment to make. I have a lot of anxiety about needles, and they really put me at ease!

    It was a very smooth process. Easy to make an appointment, nice office, attentive administrative and medical staff. Through examination and they answered all the questions without rushing. Gave options for treatments without trying to sell anything that I do not need. Absolutely loved the whole process and atmosphere.     I had a good chunk of cheek flesh removed, about a 3.5 inch narrow football shaped area from my left side. It was to remove melanoma. The resulting scar area was completely painfree. When the stiches were removed and the minor swelling subsided it is almost undectable. My surgeons name was Dr. Pedro Viera. He is a remarkable doctor. The margins were clear and procedure was 100% successful.

Pino, PA; he was kind and professional, took time to explain everything very well.     The doctor was excellent. I just wish the nurse had been a little compassionate. I only wish she had tried to numb my jaw and nose before giving the shots to deaden the area. That is very painful since I had already had surgery on my nose. Everyone else did an excellent job.

    I initially came here for scaring on my face. Amy Wlosinski put together a plan with me that addressed my concerns regarding cost, downtime and results. I had to commit to patience but Amy makes that incredibly easy. She is empathetic and personable. There arent any words that I can say to express to Amy how grateful I am for giving me my face back. It is something I will be grateful for, for the rest of my life.Amy has helped me let go of some of the residual emotional scaring left by the ordeal of the physical scaring. Her kindness and understanding is more than a bedside manner, its a reflection of how much she truly cares. I jokingly tell her that I hate her during some of the painful parts of the procedures but she always responds with but I do it out of love and I truly believe that she does. Thank you Amy.

    Always a pleasant staff, and Henry is awesome. I have had 2 Mohs procedures and both of the physicians they had (one left to Miami) did one each. I have no scar at all on my face. They explain everything step by step, even ask if you want to look at what they have done, to which I did not. Do not rush at all. Answers questions with a thorough explanation. Has nice bedside manner.

    Coming in for any surgery is challenging in any case, but surgery on the face with potential of scaring is frightening. My experience with Isabel PA finding the issues, Brok and Aaron preparing me (answering questions and calming me) prior to surgery, Dr Singer getting the bad cells out cleanly and the initial sutures, then finally Kelly putting in the closure sutures allowed this experience to be just fine. The caring of all the staff from start to finish was and is explementary!

    I came here several weeks ago with very painful hands, itchy, cracked skin, open cuts and slits on my fingers that bled. I was not able to see the dermatologist that I have seen in the past because my current insurance is not accepted by her practice. Needless to say, I couldnt do anything. I saw Dr. Kristen Schmidt, and she was so very nice to me and could see the look of desperation on my face. She got me on the road to recovery fairly quickly. My hands are all cleared up. I had my records sent to her and she provided me with materials describing what I am allergic to and what I need to do to avoid these very painful flareups in the future. She sent me on my way with all kinds of samples of products I can use. I wouldnt hesitate for a second to refer her to my friends.

    My first appointment at this facility was for a normal skin checkup. The staff is very efficient and pleasant. Dr. Sotomayor is extremely thorough in his examination. One small area on my check (pre-cancer due to sun exposure) was taken care of without any problems, and they answered all my questions. This staff will be my dermatologist from now on.

    Doctor Singer is way more than a dermatologist. He’s an artist of the epidermis. Two MOHS procedures on my nose within 60 days. One was two passes and the other was three to get all of the cancer. No skin grafts and you can’t even tell 7 weeks later! The scars are barely visible. I will not trust anyone else but Dr. Singer with my vampire-pale, holy-moly, traitorous skin!! Also, Aaron is a sweet as can be numbing needle whisperer that deserves an award for the delicate way he masterfully numbed me that resulted in me not wishing horrible things upon his person. Skin cancer sucks, but it doesn’t suck as bad when you know you’re in the right hands of the person holding the scalpel!
