    The dermatologist (Dr. Badia) was truly exceptional. The staff members were also very courteous and helpful. This was my initial visit to the clinic, and they prescribed some medications for my skin condition. I will provide an update on the results later, but I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the facility and their outstanding customer service.

    Dr. Badia and her staff are kind and considerate. They asked me constantly whether I was comfortable and whether I needed anything and were very attentive. They didnā€™t make me wait very long for anything. If they thought they would be delayed even just a moment they came in to the room to let me know. The doctor listened to me and then told me everything she needed to do and made sure that I was comfortable the whole time. Everything was clean and well organized. Definitely recommend this place!

    The whole staff here is super friendly and awesome! Everyone truly takes pride in what they do. I did some microneedling sessions with Donna in particular, and wow does she do a great job. She is super knowledgeable and is super delightful to work with. Sheā€™s always happy to answer questions and brings an amazing positive attitude to the work she does.Highly recommend!

    This Clinic is great! The staff are very friendly and the facility is clean and well kept. I had an appointment scheduled for 10:15, there were a few people waiting, about 3, so I was expecting to have to wait a bit but they called me in exactly on my appointment time! The dermatologist was there within 5 min and was very nice and listened to all my concerns and wishes. She even gave me larger quantities and several refills so I wouldnā€™t have to come back for a while unless of course there was something I need be seen for.

    10/10 recommend Donna. I just got my 5 months old ear pierced by her and she was so sweet, so gentle and all around a wonderful lady! I will be referring her to everyone!     I am very grateful to Dr Badia , Shirisha , Meredith and the countless others who have provided nothing less than compassionate care for twenty or more years. I work in the sun and they have kept its wrath at bay.     I was able to make an appointment and get in quickly. I registered & filled in the forms online. We were greeted by friendly staff, told to have a seat, enjoy a complimentary coffee/water/juice and sign some paperwork. Again quickly greeted and let to a consultation room. Everything was so smooth & easy. The young woman who looked after us was lovely - quickly & efficiently answered all questions. We were welcomed to return annually for a free scan.     Had my first visit with Dr. Badia at Florida Skin Center and everyone was very friendly and helpful. They all made me feel like they cared about my needs, concerns, and any questions I had.     I had a great first experience!! Between the front desk staff, nurse and PA. Everyone in the office was welcoming and helpful. Even offered me water, a couple of times. The PA, Demi, was super sweet, professional, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She made me feel very comfortable. I didnā€™t feel rushed, which is always a plus.     These people are Awesome!! If your not happy with your current dermatologist you should give the folks at Florida Skin Center a call. In fact if you are happy with your current dermatologist you should call them anyway.. You will be pleasantly surprised.. Im very pleased with the care I received. Have you ever went to a business and you can tell the folks there are happy to see you? Well thats how I felt here today, and to top it off this visit was free. Its something they do for 1st time patients. I dont know how long or often they do this but even if I paid today it was still a better experience than Ive had in a long time with any type of business! Highly recommended... They accept many types of insurance, but they also have a self pay discount. Ive got a follow up app. In a few weeks and will probably take advantage of the discount.

    I LOVE this Dermatology group. I have been going to them for many years and I am always impressed with how nice.(I mean, REALLY nice) everyone is in their offices. The staff is always very nice! Shirisha is so sweet and kind, remembering me and taking a personal interest when giving her care. I have also been very pleased with how they all give so much consideration for the patients comfort. Dr. V. and Donna were outstanding in their interpersonal skills and care. I find this medical office to be quite exceptional, and I tell people about it all the time.     When you have had doctors that you trust for many years it is hard to move and find new ones. I feel that the Florida Skin Center has thought about everything that customers expect and has taken the time to train staff to accommodate their needs. 4 different people spent time with me on my first visit making sure they understood my concerns, needs and answering my questions.     We had a first time appt for my special needs minor son that has a complex medical history. The entire staff was incredible with accommodating his needs and are great at communicating.     This place is very clean and nice a d super friendly to children! Thereā€™s a big play table in the waiting room along with three brightly colored child-sized chairs. Thereā€™s a childrenā€™s movie playing on one of the tvā€™s with no sound so itā€™s not room noisy. Thereā€™s a fridge with bottled water and juice boxes along with a keurig with coffee and hot chocolate. Thereā€™s pleasant music playing and the check in process was easy using a tablet. Very happy with our experience, itā€™s always amazing when a place goes the extra mile to have something for children so the waiting/check in process goes more smoothly.

    My husband, Jim, has been a patient of Dr. Vs twice and each time the experience gets better. The staff is extremely competent, friendly, caring and polite. Dr. V is the best! He exudes confidence, explains what he is about to do and then explains each part as he goes along. A patient never wonders what is going on - and when you leave, you have the total confidence and reassurance that the cancer is completely gone!!!     I got an appointment the day I called. My wait time to be seen was about 10 minutes. The receptionist and staff could not have been nicer. I was welcomed and thanked for my patronage upon entering the building and was invited to coffee, water, or juice while waiting. Karen who showed me to a treatment room was sweet and kind. After I had been waiting for maybe 10 minutes someone came in offering a snack and apologized for the wait. A PA arrived within another 5 minutes. Cindy the PA was also friendly, kind, and professional. She performed a biopsy of my area of concern assisted by Alex. No pain no problems. If only every visit to a medical facility was so pleasant and prompt! No problems with my insurance either.

    Ive been seeing Dr. Demi for about a year now, she is very informative, very kind, genuine, made me feel like she is like a sister or cousin of mine who is really concerned and just giving me the facts. She makes sure you understand, she doesnt pressure you or give off any bad vibes, you dont feel alone or you dont leave wishing you would have asked this or done that instead, no regrets. :) I took her advice after waiting a few months with my condition, I could not control it on my own just like she had said..so I went back and we picked up right where we left off. She wasnt upset that I had waited, she understood my anticipation. Now I go 2x a week for light therapy and I feel good about it, Im going onto my 5th one and they all make it so simple when I come, they are all so sweet and polite and professional. I have not seen or met 1 rude person, I have not had any issues, the waiting area is never too crowded and I never wait long. When I call, I get help quickly and easily. They remind me of my appointments in a text message the day before, I highly recommend this place. This is the 3rd skin doctor I have been referred to in my 32 years of living in swfl and like they say, 3rd times a charm!

    I was impressed from the moment I walked in to Florida Skin Centerā€™s Cape Coral office. The front staff was so friendly and welcoming. I was taken back to one of the exam rooms quickly and was greeted by Karen the medical assistant and Brooke the PA who I saw that day. Brooke was so sweet and took her time to patiently answer all of the questions that I had and Karen made me feel so comfortable by chatting with me before and after the procedure.     I have been a patient here for a year and a half. Thank goodness Dr. Badia was able to identify a suspicious mole on my arm that was melanoma. It was caught early because of her, and the future looks bright after Dr. V operated.I highly recommend the Florida Skin Care center. Everyone is so nice and caring. Their computer systems were down when I got there, meaning they had no way to access my records or insurance, but they still saw me and their other patients.     Best Dermatologist in Florida! Iā€™ve been going to them since 2011 & they have always been extremely efficient as well as ensuring you feel comfortable regardless of your reason for visiting.     I really like this doctor and her entire office staff. Everyone is very professional, efficient and friendly. I have never had to wait for more than 5 minutes in the waiting area to be taken to my room and almost immediately a nurse or assistance comes in to start the process.     What an amazing experience Iā€™ve had overall. Iā€™ve had my Botox done twice at the Cape Coral location and itā€™s truly been great. No pain felt during the injections as I was offered numbing cream, really a great touch. Iā€™ve also had several extraction treatments and Iā€™ve loved each and everyone one of them. Itā€™s just a nice relaxing time while getting pampered and getting your skin back to itā€™s healthy state. Check out the Cape Coral office staff, youā€™ll love it too!!

I LOVE bringing Grandma here, she has now been here for 4 MOHS surgeries, all beautifully done and healed with minimal to no scarring!     Everyone was polite and professional, and Dr. Badea was very thorough in her examination. The wait time from examination room to actually seeing the doctor was approximately 30 minutes, which I felt was a bit long. It was also chilly in the exam room. All in all, though, I have been very happy with this provider.

    Florida Skin Center is a wonderful dermatologist office. Their staff is always attentive and really cares about your concerns. I have been coming here for almost five years, at least four times a year, and I have always had a positive experience. Their office is very clean and comfortable, and they are always flexible with scheduling. I even had a minor medical emergency (for another ailment) and had to cancel my appointment at the last minute. They were understanding and didnt charge me a co-pay for the missed appointment. I highly recommend this office!

    Great experience at this office. Went in for a rash and they offered to check my skin all over. During that exam, Dr. Badia found a spot that she thought needed to be removed, and it ended up being a skin cancer. I was so surprised, Im not sure how long it would have been there if they hadnt offered to check my skin. They were able to take care of everything in the office. Friendly and helpful staff, very clean office. I did get a bill, but this was expected since I have a deductible and the staff explained my benefits on the first visit. Would recommend and take it from me, when they offer an all over check, do it!

    Unfortunately, this is the second time that I have had 2 skin cancers surgically removed within 5 months. Fortunately, they were both done by Dr. Vedvyas @ Florida Skin Center! I was referred to him by my wonderful dermatologist, Dr. McDonnell.     I called several places to have a clogged pore removed from my neck. Everyone said I would need to see a plastic surgeon which would be very expensive. I walked into the skin care center made an appointment and it cost $280.00. Highly recommend SKC.
