Wowwww!! I never do reviews usually but I had to get on here to tell everyone about this lovely lady, Lisa Nicholson, that I had several people refer me to go to for my facials from now on!! I’m a very particular person. So it’s very rare when I can find a person who can far exceed my expectations!! She’s absolutely meticulous! Her professionalism! Her knowledge! The massage was perfect. She got all the knots in my neck and shoulders out. I prefer a deep tissue massage with firm pressure and most people hold back a little cuz Im petite, but she was great. I also love really really hot stones and she had them at the right temp. ❤️My only teeny tiny negative was that I could hear the people outside in the hallway, doesnt go with the relaxing mood we had going.

My wife and I came to Mila Spa to do a couples massage on our honeymoon! We chose the tranquility spa package. Both Ashley and Jenna were amazing! We loved how we could both choose what type of massage, pressure, and add ons we could do individually while still doing a couples massage. My wife and I have both had many massages before, and we agreed this was our best massage ever! We will definitely be back when we are in the area again!

Today Was one of the BEST massages Ive ever had. Sabrina is absolutely amazing. The last time she worked on me I fell ASleep. She understands anatomy & helped my issues so much. I’ve been to countless spas over the years—well into the hundreds due to my work travels—and I can confidently say Mila’s Spa stands out as one of the best. From the moment I called to make the appointment to the time I left, the entire experience was seamless and truly pleasurable. The atmosphere was relaxing, the staff was attentive, and every detail was thoughtfully curated to ensure a calming experience. Amazing deep tissue massage. Sabrina was wonderful, she got into and worked out the tightest areas in my neck and lower back. Of course being deep tissue it got uncomfortable (but necessary) at points but she was very in tune and lightened up to a medium pressure when I tensed up a lot. Would highly recommend this spa to anyone, pricing is much more reasonable too compared to the more commercialized spas in the area. Thank you!

This was the best experience I have had at any spa! I visited while on vacation and I wish I could return every month for an appointment. The prices are great! The staff was so kind and helpful. I don’t usually write reviews but this one is long overdue.I went to Mila spa back in February. I was coping with the deaths of two of my aunts in a 3 week period. I wanted a massage to help me relax and just feel better. After I checked in I decided to explain to the person at the desk what I was experiencing. I wanted the therapist to be informed and prepared. If I started to cry, the therapist wouldn’t be alarmed. The woman behind the desk was immediately empathetic. She assured me that the therapist would be able to handle it. She offered me champagne, I declined. However, she continued to offer me free add-on services and amenities to make my experience special. She went out of her way to comfort me. After my massage I returned to the front desk to pay my bill. The woman at the desk informed me that she was Mila and she was covering the cost of my massage. I was shocked. She said she was sorry for my pain. She said she liked to give back to the community. What a caring soul. She put her care for others before money. Not many would do that. The massage didn’t make me cry; but her kindness did.

Do not walk but RUN to this place. I booked a couples massage for my husband and I ... and yesterday after the session was complete we both looked at each other and said this was otherworldly. Not a phrase we casually throw around and or say to each other ever. Ashley A. has healing hands. Not only was it the best massage of my life, she provided exceptional relief from TMJ that I have been suffering from. Not only does my body feel aligned for the first time in years, I am clear headed and shockingly without bruises (considering I am anemic and did deep tissue). I have no idea how she works the magic that she does but we couldnt stop talking about it all evening. Ive never had a massage therapist massage my soul ... it was as if my body just showed up as the plus one. Highly highly recommend. I will be coming back for TMJ relief. It was romantic, exceptional, and they are VERY knowledgable in what they do. The fact that the two deepest trigger points in my jaw are now fully gone is unreal. Yesterday I had the pleasure of getting worked on by Yahima. My best friend treated us to a 2 hr massage at Mila Med Spa, and can I just say wow! The fluidity and synchronization of her hands were amazing. It was like waves of an ocean cascading over me. She took her time, and never rushed. We came here for a couples massage as a birthday present. The staff was so friendly, courteous, and professional. My therapist Brooke was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. She had a soft touch with the perfect amount of pressure. My fiancé’s therapist was Stephanie, she was excellent as well. Both were so welcoming and warm. The hot towels on the feet were a nice touch as well. They had some goodies waiting for me on the bed as a special addition for my birthday, it was very thoughtful. The ONLY downfall was that my fiancé was not made aware that ours couples massage would be in separate rooms. Aside from that, I highly recommend!

I was there a couple days ago with my sister - we saw Devin for 1 hour facials and Sabrina for 1 hour massages - they were both EXCELLENT. I was so relaxed, I was already mentally planning my next visit before I left. Both ladies were very professional and dedicated to providing a relaxing experience. The spa itself was an ambiance of relaxation and escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday exhaustion. I highly recommend this spa, as well as Devin and Sabrina - it would be a shame to miss out on all that is offered here which is nothing short of a self healing experience.

Was in from out of town on a weekend trip and had booked services along with two other friends. The space itself is very clean and relaxing. The staff are very professional and friendly. They were also flexible enough to accommodate additional services. My original massage therapist had cancelled but staff were quick to find a replacement and Lola came in to save the day! Hooray for me because she was great! Lola really listened to my needs, applying the right amount of deep pressure with a perfect massage flow. Additionally, my last minute request for a mini facial afterwards was provided by Devon who did a gentle and relaxing cleansing and massage of my face. The heavens opened and the light shined in as I felt surrounded by happiness and walked out the spa. THE END.

My boyfriend and I came in for our first time and received the serenity couples package!We loved it sooo much, we were in “separate” rooms but the room had a curtain that opened up so we were still next to each other and could see each other. Went to Mila Spa after searching for a place that had specific a dedicated head and scalp massage as an option. I suffer from chronic tension headaches and migraines and most generic massages don’t focus enough time on the areas that trigger my pain. This massage was called a Fijian Scalp massage , lasts an hour, and was customizable to include a neck, head, face and shoulder work along with an arm and hand massage. What an amazing experience! Jenna, my therapist, was so kind, courteous and empathetic! This massage helped melt away all the tension and stress I accumulated in a matter of minutes. The overall facility was terrific and such a calming environment and exactly what you would expect a spa retreat to be like. I will definitely be returning here for more treatments very soon!

All together an amazing experience with the nicest therapists.

We did a couples massaged, we had Marcello and Mila. We had 90 minutes massage and a 30 minute facial and it was phenomenal! The place is absolutely gorgeous! Mila and marcelo paid absolute attention to all of our concerns and I’ve never felt this good after a massage! You simply let them know what hurts, and when you leave it’s gone. I’ve never been somewhere so relaxing, and with such a positive energy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that needs to get away for a while from the daily stress of life. And I would also highly recommend the trigger therapy with Marcelo! 10/10 will be returning!

She used the exact pressure I wanted and spent time on the areas where I had knots. She didnt just follow a routine. I opted for the hot stones and Im glad I did. I felt so good when I left that I was almost in tears because I don’t remember the last time my neck DIDN’T have tension in it. I am pretty much in perpetual hypervigilant mode and I carry all that tension in my neck and shoulders. I am from Maryland and booked this appointment about a month in advance so I could treat my daughter in law for her first mothers day. She just had my beautiful granddaughter 6 weeks ago. We got there today for our 12 pm appointment and there was a cable technician in one of the rooms working - which delayed our start time. The therapists were very apologetic offered us wine, champagne and chocolates while we waited. Not being sure of when the technician would complete his work the owner came in offered to buy us lunch and gave us options to compensate us for the problem. The graciousness of these ladies was amazing. It was no fault of the spa that our appointment was delayed and we were not even the slightest bit upset about it. Still these ladies went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. When I tell you we both had the best treatments we have ever had it is an understatement! We booked the Ultimate package and it truly was!!! If you are in the area do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment! You will not be disappointed! I will be booking everytime I come for a visit! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

This was my second time in. I live close enough to walk over. I am a surgical tech, and holding retractors causes me a lot tension in my neck and shoulders. I was able to book an appt via text quickly when I started experiencing a lot of pain. This was my first time with Shantal, and she was absolutely fabulous. She listened to where my pain was, focused on if the pressure was at a comfortable level, and I was comfortable the whole time even tho I was expecting some discomfort when working on those knots! Also nice was that she didnt chat my ear off, allowing me to focus on consciously trying to relax when we worked on those knots in my shoulders. When the massage was over, she offered me water and reminded to hydrate well after the massage. Would definitely book with Shantal again.

Warning - long read, but worth it! This spa is top notch. I have never been there, but here is my story. I have a friend who was in town and going in for some services on her birthday. Our group of friends wanted to pay for her services. I called the spa and talked to Mila (the owner), I let her know what I wanted to do. - this is where it gets amazing - They were able to do the card paying over the phone. I didnt want to be too much trouble so I asked if they could just leave a little note with who it was from. There were 6 of us, and thats alot of names to jot down. She was like oh no, list them all, Im going to make up a gift certificate and Ill fit the names on here. She asked if we wanted to put a note and I said oh yeah, just happy birthday. And if theres room we love you! She said she will make it happen and asked if she could text me a picture of it. I said yes of course that is honestly so nice, thank you. We ended the phone call, but that is not where the awesome service ended. I get a text message like 10 mins later. A picture of the gift certificate, the outside of a card, and the inside of a card. My fiancé and I had a couples massage with Shantal and Stephanie and we had a wonderful experience. We did the tranquility package which included additions such as aromatherapy, foot or hand scrub, hot stones, etc. It was very worth it and although we are only here for vacation, if we return to Fort Myers in the future we will definitely be back!

I learned of MilaSpa from a friend that purchased a package for his wife. I was looking for something unique to throw in my girlfriends stocking and thought this was perfect! Didnt think I could afford a spa package but it was really affordable.Best part...I’m now the best boyfriend EVER!!! My girlfriend absolutely loved this place. She had Mila herself and was so impressed at how sweet and professional she was.I’m just hoping I don’t have to send her here weekly now that she is hooked 😂

I went to Mils spa in total agony. After visiting a couple other spas i amamazed in how great I back and neck feels today. My first vist was with Mila. So professional and knowledgeable. My second visit i had Jen. Im just amazed with how they both listened to my concerns and the treatment plan they gave me suites my needs 100 percent. I never felt better and will recommend Milsa spa to everyone.
