    Gainesville Dermatology & Aesthetic Center was very accommodating by scheduling a same-day appointment. The staff professional and the office was pretty and clean. My treatment options were explained to me and the staff did as much as they could to keep me comfortable during the process. As I checked out, the person at the desk answered any questions that I had and gave me a discount on a treatment that I would not have known about if she had not said anything. My results are great and I will return for more treatments.

    I had a wonderful session with Danielle at Gainesville Dermatologys Aesthetic Center a week ago! Although my treatment was a bit uncomfortable (not Danielles fault - it would be with anyone!), Danielle took a lot of time to ensure that I was comfortable during the whole procedure and to answer all of my questions. She was very kind and caring and made it a very pleasant experience. She also gave me additional information regarding upcoming treatments and products (and when they would be discounted). I am looking forward to returning to her for future treatments!

    Danielle is the BEST of the BEST. She knows everything there is about each product and is always looking out for your best interest. She shares tips on how to improve skin and she is simply the best at the center. She has improved my face from dull skin to the most beautiful youthful glowing skin in short periods of time. I cannot recommend her enough. She takes her time with you to truly get to know you and understand your needs and never rushes through procedures. I would give her 10/5 stars if I could, I would never trust my skin to anyone but her!

    Danielle is the BEST. She has helped transform my skin in just a few months. I’ve suffered from adult acne and scarring all through my 20s and have really wanted to clear it up before my wedding. Danielle has been professional, knowledgeable and an absolutely GEM when it comes to customer service. She doesn’t try to push products or services on you, but still offers reasonable and affordable treatments that work around your budget. The front staff can be a little unpleasant to interact with, but it’s worth it to see Danielle!

    I loved my dermatology appointment today with Dr. Erica Canova who is kind and intelligent. I appreciate asking my list of questions and her answers so clear and succinct. Excellent doctor in every way!! I also am impressed with Katie who does laser hair removal. She understood my nervousness and gave me a test run. It was minimal discomfort so I happily signed up for a spot during this Monday’s sale day. Katie is incredible!! I enjoyed my whole experience from Crystal’s hello to Jasmine’s smile at the end. I highly recommend coming here for your skin needs!!

    Lauren and Katie are my go to at Gainesville Dermatology!Lauren does an excellent job with body contouring. Her helpfulness along with her knowledge of her devices and treatment options have really helped me get the optimum outcome with my body contouring. My body has never been the same, and I love it!!!Katie is the perfect laser hair removal technician. She immediately put me at ease and I felt comfortable with the entire process. I would highly recommend her to everyone that is looking for smooth hairless skin!

    Person who answered the phone and scheduled my appointment was helpful, polite, and knowledgeable about pricing. They were able to get me in on short notice, and they were running a special on services! Katie did my laser hair removal - she was great: professional, kind, and efficient. My only critical feedback is that I didnt feel welcome when I checked in. There was basically no eye contact and all the woman said to me was Name, looked me up in the system, handed me forms and then, I need your I.D. Maybe they were busy, its not a huge deal - will definitely come back- but the front desk is your first impression...

    Danielle made my experience very rewarding. I was very nervous about getting a Vi Peel and she brought my confidence up. She explained the procedure and listened to my concerns. She is a very positive person and wants to help me achieve the best possible results for my skin.     Danielle was fabulous! She is a wealth of knowledge..She was able to review the products my daughter was using and give us suggestions on some things to try..We were blown away with how much she knew and understood about why my daughter’s skin may be reacting with redness and tiny bumps that weren’t necessarily acne...The results from the silk peel facial were immediate for my daughter...Her pores were minimized and her skin appeared much smoother...She is actually excited about going back for another treatment...This after months of being down and out when nothing else was working for my teen daughter’s skin/pores..We are so grateful for all the help and guidance on skin maintenance going forward!...Great experience all the way around!

    My 15 year old daughter had an appointment today with Danielle for a silk peel facial. Danielle went above and beyond to help my daughter with acne issues she has been having for several years. She was extremely helpful in explaining which products are best for my daughter’s sensitive skin.     I had my first ever silk peel and it was AMAZING. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Martha was extremely professional and very knowledgeable.     Had the pleasure of having Martha as my esthetician for my first ever micro-needling treatment. I could not be happier with my experience. She explained in detail everything the procedure would entail, making sure I was comfortable and had no questions. Everything from the treatment room, to the staff, to the treatment itself was amazing. I would highly recommend not only Gainesville Aesthetics center but Martha for any facial treatments. Martha was extremely knowledgeable about what products would be best for my skin type.     Just had my third visit to Gainesville Dermatology Aesthetic Center and I have been extremely happy with the service and experience.     I was a little bit scared about microneedling though I had heard it was great and your Skin looked great afterward. Danielle put me at ease with her explanation of the process.     I was very skeptical and uneducated on skincare before I went to an appointment with my sister to see Danielle Ratchford. My sister has dealt with chronic acne outbreaks. After the one treatment I observed I noticed an immediate reduction. It is rare to see someone so passionate about what they do and I could tell Danielle is proud of the confidence she can give back to people. She is a busy lady, but she can usually work around schedules to fit you in to see her.

    I struggled with really bad acne and scarring for the past few years and nothing I tried ended up working. I came to Gainesville Dermatology and met Danielle and she was amazing!!!     I’ve come to the cosmetic center a few times to treat my acne scar. There were complications with the receptionist getting me to the right people but when I finally did get to see Jessica and Danielle, they made it all worth it.     Saw one of the PA’s, Ashley. She was so nice! She did move quickly but I did not feel like it affected her patient care at all as she was very efficient. She was very informative of my issue and explained everything to me. Her recommendations were much appreciated for getting rid of the tiny little milia I have under my eye because they drive me nuts! The nurses/other office staff were super nice also. Definitely recommend this office if you’re looking for a dermatologist. No one pushed products on me which was refreshing cause that has happened in the past. She wanted to work with what I already used. 10/10!!!

    I would absolutely suggest Gainesville Dermatology to friends and family. The practitioners, particularly Ashley Miller PA-C, are very knowledgeable and current on treatments. I always felt that every option was presented to me, and am glad to continue going to a practice with the latest skincare tech and information. After going in for chronic acne, I decided to take the plunge into Accutane, and Ashley was fantastic throughout the entire six months. Not only did the process change my life for the better, but I felt certain that Ashley was navigating me through Accutane safely--something that friends who have gone to other offices have not been able to experience. I am so excited to be able to continue my skincare journey with Gainesville Dermatology with Ashleys as my guide!

    I can’t say enough great things about the providers here and the outcomes of the procedures that I have had. I’ve undergone procedures from both PA’s, Ashley and Tara and have been beyond impressed. When it comes to things like lasers, fillers, and Botox I am very careful who I trust and would only feel comfortable undergoing these procedures at a medical office. I always feel that they are up front about expectations and cost! Both Tara and Ashley have gone above and beyond for me at my visits and I am always amazed at their knowledge and expertise regarding cosmetic procedures. I have recently moved away from Gainesville but plan to continue having procedures done here when I visit my friends and family in the area!!

    I have suffered with adult acne all of my life which left me with many scars that I thought I would have to suffer with forever and now that I am in my 50s I also have melasma which causes dark spots so I was pretty miserable. I was limited in the kinds of treatments that I could do for the scarring because I have tan skin. I recently found out that Gainesville Dermatology Aesthetic Center had something called micro-needling which is supposed to help with both. I was skeptical but hopeful. I am so glad that I tried it! Jessica is my Licensed Aesthetician and she is just wonderful! She is so kind and cheerful and my skin looks so much better!!!! It is much smoother and it is rosy and it glows! The melasma is getter better and better is almost gone! Other people have noticed how great my skin looks now too! I am going to have a few more treatments to improve it even more. I would recommend Jessica and Gainesville Dermatology Aesthetic Center to anyone who has skin issues.     I have been to Gainesville Dermatology Aesthetic Center twice now for Micropen treatments with Jessica and both times I have had a very pleasant experience. The facility is very modern and relaxing, and the staff very nice - especially Jessica! I would highly recommend Jessica as well as Gainesville Dermatology.     Ashley is absolutely amazing! She cares and listens to me.Today was my 3rd appointment for Botox and fillers.She has a great touch!
