    I love this place, Tara is amazing and the front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. I love that they have a guaranteed hair free results otherwise they will let you come back after your treatments to get that area treated again without extra cost.     I’ve been wanting to get laser treatment for awhile and have been looking to find one that can do heavy melanated skin safely. I came across Milan on social media and stopped by for a free consult. I’ll be honest, I didn’t have a cozy experience with the location manager at first and almost regretted my decision to sign up (but fortunately they’re a chain so keep that in mind if you ever need to switch locations). I’ve been a client for 6 months now and I can say since then I’ve had efficient quality service from the front desk clerk to the nurse practitioners at every visit. They are very professional and sweet but don’t you dare run five minutes late and think you will be seen. Rescheduling is a pain so I try to keep my appointments, otherwise you may have to wait another five weeks to be seen. I wish they had at least a five minute grace period, or specify their policy when scheduling you so you’re aware but hey once I found out how strict they were with timing I just got with the program and tried to be there at least five minutes sooner just in case I needed to wash my face (which I like that they provide everything to do so). They also run great deals and have different types of payments plans. Overall, they work with you and create a treatment plan catered just for you.

    Ive had a great experience so far here. They were very upfront with their pricing and did not pressure me to purchase anything. Since I have started treatments, all of the staff have been very friendly and remember me every time I am there. The treatments are performed by nurse practitioners, both of whom work to individualize the treatment based on my tolerance and results. I have also gotten amazing hair removal results so far!

    My consultation with Ashley was wonderful! she explained everything so well! I had an appointment within 3 days but was offered a next day appointment. Everyone there is so kind and welcoming. The nurse who did my actual procedure was very sweet and she was great at explaining everything. She checked on me throughout the whole experience and made sure I was comfortable. I can’t wait to come back in 5 weeks!

    Fantastic! I started go to Milan for facial hair treatment. I have been suffering from PCOS symptoms and major facial hair growth since middle school. After the first treatment I seen a huge reduction in growth. Ive had about 3 facial treatments now and I love the results so much that I signed up for my legs to be treated as well. I also got one free treatment on my arm pits and the results are incredibly. The staff and practitioners are an absolute joy. I suffer from migraines and have always been afraid the lazer light would make them worse. The nurse practitioners have been very helpful and understanding, keeping my eyes covered extra.     Great friendly people! Definitely a better place to go for the pricing to because they do per body part and not per treatment. For those with blonde hair in there genes, it may pop up and be hard to remove but typically in fine. Definitely be aware that they sadly now do interest on the payments, so try to gather the money in full to pay quicker! In the end, they are good people that are able to adjust to pain levels and make you feel welcomed. Dress down to whats comfortable and say bye to the thick dark hair 😁

    Everyone here is extremely pleasant and easy to communicate with from the front desk, Kanese to the provider Tara. Kanese was able to get me in the next day and was very accommodating when I was there! My treatment with Tara was amazing - she is so sweet and extremely knowledgeable in her position. She has experience in the field and was able to address every question I had. Highly recommend this facility they have a great group working here.     Like I have already seen people post! The staff is awesome! They are very personal and professional. I am a mild aged bigger woman. I accidentally scheduled an appointment when trying to figure out how it work. My husband told me to just go. So we did.     Absolutely amazing service, the staff are so friendly, it has me looking forward to each visit!You really get what you pay for, I spoke with a lot of laser places which are cheaper but they do not promise results, and to get additional treatments it costs money, so they have a vested interest in making sure that your treatment only works well enough to keep you coming back.At Milan they promise results, and you are covered for life, making it well worth it compared to others like Ideal image, who appear to offer a similar service, but who have a lot of hidden costs, like insurance and life time guarantees which costs hundreds of dollars each, and they are less friendly to boot.I am on my 2nd treatment and can already see results with no hidden costs! The staff is extremely professional, and still treats you like a new prospective customer each visit. They clear up all your concerns, and arent vague about the process like other places. I cannot recommend this location enough, and hope to stay as a customer with them for years to come!

    So I was very nervous to try Milan Laser but Im glad I did. I had prior laser treatments which caused burns on my face. So I went prepared that there was nothing they could do. I was so wrong. They really took extreme care of my face (burns on my chin). I did my research so a Nure practitioner is providing the service. I feel safe, they call to check in me. I couldnt ask for a better team to take care of me. Ladies of you are tried of waxing, shaving, etccome to Milan laser you will not be disappointed.. plus for my Women of color they have the proper machines and Training to do our skin so you will be in good hands and no burns.
