    I just moved here and had to transfer services so I was a little nervous about starting with a different location. But Toni who I talked to first was so kind, helpful, patient, and took care of all my appointments and getting me ready for my first appointment here. Then I arrived and was met by Toni and Joi, so kind and professional. Joi did my treatment today and was phenomenal! Again kind, patient, professional, and a joy to work with as a patient. She made me feel at ease throughout the treatment. Im so grateful to have found this location and these wonderful people!

    Totally recommend this location! The results were amazing after only ONE session. The staff was very attentive to detail and continue to excel the expectations I had before I started laser treatment. If you are thinking about this, just do it! You won’t regret.

    I just had my first Laser treatment at Ideal Image and it was amazing. It exceeded any expectations I had and all of the staff were incredible. I had Joi for my first treatment and she made me feel so at ease and comfortable for my entire treatment. She is extremely thorough and easy to talk to about any questions I had.     Casey was phenomenal and did a great job removing my hair. I love going to this location because the staff are so polite and accommodating offering me water and making my experience worth while. Casey is very thorough with my sessions. I had a major reduction in hair from last session and with today’s session it’s been just as perfect. Casey always asks for ways to improve her service and offer me a lovely experience when I was feeling nervous at the beginning of the appointment. If you feel like you need a good Ideal Image with caring staff, I highly recommend this location!

    I just finished my laser hair removal treatment plan and I am very happy with it. Both the front office staff and nurses at this location are friendly and helpful. While the nurses that I had throughout most of my plan were kind and caring, a shout out to Casey who did my final two. She walks you through the process as to what and why giving me a much better understanding of how the treatments work, what to expect, what to watch out for, and how to maintain with follow up treatments.

    I have been going to this branch in Gainesville! It’s my 4th time and it’s the best experience ever! Go book one for yourself and look for Serena! She’s the best! So gentle and very observant too! She is also very kind! I can’t wait for my next appointment!     I loved my experience at Ideal Image Gainesville yesterday! Sarina did my first Laser Hair Removal treatment and made me so comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. She was super thorough in explaining the process for me and gave me lots of great tips on how to get the best results. I so appreciate her checking in on my pain level during the treatment as I was a little nervous initially but I experienced very little discomfort. Joi did my Botox and I can’t wait to see the results! She customized the treatment to make sense for my age, my facial anatomy, and the concerns that were most important to me. I’m so excited to come back in the future!

    Comfortable atmosphere as soon as you walk in till when you leave. Every employee has treated me with nothing but kindness respect and consideration. Would 100% recommend getting whatever treatment you are considering getting done with ideal image. Even with Ocala being my usually location Gainesville is just as amazing

    My wife just had her first appointment at the Gainesville location with Joy Bass and she recommends her, we are from Ocala but there were no appointments available at that location so we did the drive and she will be continuing her treatments in Gainesville for sure. The team here was amazing, and I will be scheduling my son for acne treatment as well here. Can wait to see the team again.

    Casey is phenomenal! Although Im based in Tampa, I choose to drive 1.5 hours to the Gainesville location rather than visiting the Tampa locations, solely because of Casey. Laser hair removal can be very painful, but Caseys personable nature makes the experience enjoyable. Super lucky to have had Casey do this treatment for me!Ive also had Joi as my nurse. She was also fantastic! She really cared about me as a patient was super thoughtful and methodical in her approach. She made sure I was very comfortable and did a fantastic job.

    Casey my specialist was super thorough, went through the same locations multiple times carefully, was super sweet and had a welcoming personality. She set up a consultation with the manager for more information on package deals, something I wasnt aware of! She even let me take home a lil cup of extra aloe gel 😭🫶 I fully recommend her! Cant wait to see her again!Edit: Caseys been my specialist for my past four treatments, always been the same, super gentle and thorough with the areas and kind, explains every step with me. I cant recommend her enough! Even drove all the way up from Miami!

She was kind, efficient, and able to hold conversation to distract me with more sensitive laser areas. The treatment was painless- it felt like a small pinch in more sensitive areas. I believe Angelyca was the receptionists name- she was kind, offered me a drink, and was sure to schedule my appointments timely.     Everyone at Ideal Image is very friendly. Booking appointments is easy with lots of availability, and I greatly appreciate the text and email reminders. Most importantly, I am very satisfied with the results. My only reason for detracting a couple points is that sometimes the office contacts me to cancel appointments and reschedule which seems odd. But they are always able to find an opening that works for my schedule. For the procedure itself (laser hair removal on face), every nurse has done things differently. Some of them drew lines to mark around the areas to be treated. Sometimes the nurses treated outside of the marked area, and I noticed more hair growth than usual in the those areas after the visit, and I didnt consider them to be problem areas. I appreciate when the nurses talk you through which areas they are going to treat as your eyes are covered. It helps to know what to expect. One nurse does not do this at all. Overall, the results are AMAZING! It is so nice to be hair-free!

    I want to schedule a touch up with my next session and now you cant get those scheduled any farther than 7 days, so I will have to reschedule my next appointment if they dont have a large enough time slot for both. This is very inconvenient for me, and Ive paid for touch ups and was unaware that you could get double treatment in one session. If a person keeps paying for touch ups that should be something they bring up. I hate paying for a service and feel cheated an thats how I feel about ideal image. UPDATE: They made it up to me.     I’m not the type to leave reviews but I had a great time at Ideal Image. Genevieve is an amazing person! She pays attention to details, and there is no dull moment with her as she’s friendly and engaging thereby making the time go by fast!
