    I came into Ciao Bella Salon the day after another salon butchered my hair. I was placed with a stylist named Emily, who I swear is a miracle worker. What I thought was unfixable, Emily fixed it. When I came in my hair had looked like I attempted to do it myself, and I was so embarrassed to go out into public. I didn’t even want my boyfriend to see me. Emily made me feel like a queen by the time I left. She corrected the color, which I did not think was possible. We fixed the cut. She saved my birthday.Not only is she a sweet and caring, but she listens to you and what you want. She is also very knowledgeable in her profession.The salon itself is a wonderful place for anyone to get their hair done. The stylist work amazing with each other and they all truly want what’s best for you! I would highly recommend Ciao Bella salon to anyone. Although Emily, she will make you feel like a queen.Attached are before and after photos - I’m still in awe on how perfect Emily fixed my hair.Thank you Emily for saving my birthday! I am so in love with your work and I cannot wait to see you again!

    I have had my hair cut and colored in Dallas for 35 years. Most hair stylist focused explicitly on color or cut. Cole does both and she is SUPER talented. Her results are incomparable. I drive an hour each way for my sessions. Always worth it!

    I’ve coming to this place for the past 2 years and I love it! Isabella gets to do my hair and every-time she does she works her magic🪄 she fixed my hair from otc color dye and gave me a wonderful hair treatment that has really improved my hair living it nice and healthy. I’m very satisfied with the hair care i get from her and also enjoy her convos. 😌 Isabella is the best💞

    Darcy is fantastic! I am always thrilled and get tons of compliments. If you want amazing color and haircut definitely get an appointment with her.My boys and husbands love Cole. They have difficult hair to cut. They are so picky and hard to please and they are super happy every-time.

    Isabella is a miracle worker. I had my hair colored at a different place and I was SO unhappy with it (streaks of blonde haphazardly in my hair, unsymmetrical, etc) tears. I’d never been to Ciao Bella but a friend recommended it and wow I’m so glad. Isabella listened to me, reassured me, and i don’t know how she did it, but my hair looks so wonderful. It’s exactly what I wanted. She was so kind and friendly too. I’m not a big talker during hair visits and she respected that. I’m so grateful to her and her magic. She is so talented.

    Let me preface this by saying that I do not leave reviews on businesses. I went to ciao Bella salon as a new client and wanted to do something different and was not disappointed. Hailey was fantastic she was excited when I wanted to change up my color slightly and went at it with full enthusiasm. Never in my life have I had so many people say to me the next day wow your hair looks fantastic. I will definitely return and encourage all of my friends to make the hour long drive to Gainesville to visit the salon 🥰

    Michele is very good. I am meticulous when it comes to my hair and he always gets it right. Hell tell you whats best for your hair (even if that means just a haircut and color is not yet recommended). Hes not just after sales. Oh! And dont be late for an appointment because they are usually packed! :)The salon is very clean, classy and relaxing. And not too crowded. :)

    This was one of my best hair experiences. I was scheduled with Sophia Le. Im always apprehensive when I go to someone new.I have very thick, curly, and long hair, half way down my back. From the very beginning of the appointment Sophia was wonderful! We discussed exactly what I wanted and she made my hair look great! She made sure before I got out of the chair that I was completely satisfied with my look. She also recommended some frizz control hair products that she used in my hair today. Someone even tried to pick me up on the way back to my car! I will definitely be back for my next hair cut and style! Thanks Sophia for helping me look sexy!

    This was my first time visiting the salon and I absolutely loved it! The staff were friendly and accommodating and the products they used on my hair were great. I had my hair cut by Lea and she did a fantastic job!! I hadn’t had my hair cut in almost a year and she cut it exactly how I wanted it to look! Definitely the best hair cut I’ve received!

    Convenient location in Downtown. I got my haircut from Sophie who cut my hair dry which I was nervous about but worked out fine. She discouraged me from going shorter than I wanted to, which in the end worked out great and Im so glad she advised that. Honestly I didnt feel the lob was anyway different from any other lob I have gotten, but multiple people noticed the haircut and complimented it so it must have been good? They have the option of skipping the hair wash and blowdry which helped bring the cost down.

    I went to Ciao Bella with a cut and color that I was unhappy with and the stylist (Sam) was able to find a more complimentary color and fix my uneven cut. I went thinking I would just need to “wait it out” with the cut until it grew back in but I am so happy with the way it turned out. The cut is so good that I barely need to style it, it seems to almost fall into place on its own. The location is great, the salon is clean, and the staff were all very friendly!

    Georgina is AMAZING!! They were able to work me in last minute on a Friday evening for a cut/style and eyebrow wax. My brows came perfectly and my hair hasnt looked/felt this healthy in years. She listened what my issues were with my last haircut and I am beyond happy with the results. Will definitely be coming back to see her!

    I am so happy to find this salon! Michele cuts your hair by ensuring it follows the shape of your head allowing hair to fall in a more natural manner. He is a master! The rest of staff are excellent also. Have used Cole for waxing and highlights. She is dynamite!

    Had a great experience at Ciao Bella with Sam! I had been here previously to dye my hair, but this was the first time getting it cut!He did a great job and gave very good recommendations!Staff is very friendly and attentive! Will definitely return :)

    Ive been going here for the past two years for color and cut. I had been to a few other places in Gainesville and my hometown of Fort Lauderdale and now wont go anywhere else. My stylist Brooke is extremely knowledgeable and sweet, she definitely takes her time on her clients. I would say it can be a little on the pricey end but it is comparable with other places in the area and plus Im a broke college student so Im going to think anything is expensive. To me its worth it because my color stays bright for a few months. I recommend this place to all of my friends- like I said my stylist is Brooke and shes fantastic but Im sure all of the stylists there are great!

    I am always nervous to go to a new hair salon, but I am so happy I found Ciao Bella. Every time I go, I am beyond happy with my color and cut. The salon is clean and comfortable and everyone there is pleasant to work with.

    My 2 daughters and I love love love this salon. Michael and team are very skilled and have high customer service standards. I have been a customer for 10 years and have always been more than satisfied. They dont push products you dont need, but what they have available is top notch and fairly priced.

    Ive lived in Gainesville for almost 6 years and my search for a good mens haircut ended when I found Michael. Hes friendly, has lots of experience, and always makes me feel welcome. We also get to catch up and chat in Italian since hes from the same region of Italy as my father (Puglia). Im always offered coffee when I come in, and the atmosphere of the salon is comfortable and welcoming. And I dont know if complimentary trims in between haircuts is a common standard for womens cuts, but Ive yet to find a place who will do that for mens cuts -- except here. The fact that Ciao Bella does is an added bonus!

    The staff are wonderful people. Upon entering I was greeted by two lovely women with pretty smiles. The one at the desk made a joke and you could tell shes just a sweet lady. Ive never had a more enjoyable or well done haircut in my life.

    I just received a color, balayage and cut from Emily. She brought me from an awful copper color to my -exact- natural hair color, with subtle blonde streaks at the bottom as well as fixed my previous haircut. Because of her, I wont ever need a root touch up again. I am so happy with my results and I definitely will be returning!

    They recommended hydrating shampoo for me, and when I asked for just a trim.. they gave me just a trim! I loved how they respected my hair length wishes. The staff is so sweet and kind, I will definitely be coming back

    This is my absolute favorite salon in town. Michele might be an actual wizard. He is the hair whisperer and knew just how to make me look amazing. Even from the first time I went there I had a lot of fun and felt so at home. Love this place!
