    My recent visit to the European Wax Center in Gainesville, Florida was fabulous. The intake person was very friendly and accommodating. The wait was short, but comfortable in a beautiful, clean setting. The music was very nice, perfect volume. The beautifully packaged before and aftercare products were tastefully displayed on a lit wall so you could look at the various offerings and ask about them while you were having your services. In a short time, my technician Aeriyana came out. The first thing I noticed besides how well she presented herself with her friendly introduction was her smile. She took me back to her suite, walking side by side in time with me as I was walking slow due to prior surgery. I didn’t feel rushed in any way. She held the door open for me and after a bit of light banter over what skin care products they offered up front, I was on the table and ready for my brows. Her room was very clean, as was her workstation and utensil set up. She was meticulous, with every last little stray hair plucked, waxed and a skin finish put on. My armpits were done next, with the same meticulous care as the brows. Painless and efficient, yet made me feel like she had spent hours on me. There was absolutely no pain and the treatment sites didn’t even get red or irritated. Needless to say, of all of the spas I have been to over the years, this was by far the best experience, ever. Also noteworthy, your first visit with them is free, and they offer a free service for your birthday month. Although single visits are already reasonably affordable, they have a package plan that makes having my two procedures done together next time less than 40 bucks. That’s not a lot of money to treat yourself and have this kind of upscale experience. I have my next appt scheduled with Aeriyana in four weeks. If you want to enjoy a kind smile, warm hands and a gentle, knowledgeable demeanor in a well-kept environment while having your procedure done for a very decent price, I suggest you book with Aeriyana at the European Wax Center in Gainesville, too.

    The absolute best service I have ever received!!! If you want top notch service with a true professional then Antoinette is the choice. She was kind, caring, understanding. I had some anxiety and she calmed my soul. She gave me the best wax experience Ive ever had in my life. EWC is the place for all your waxing needs!!!!     I had the best time at European Wax Center. It started with Haley who was so informative and helpful. She was such a positive beginning, because let’s face it, no one is ever excited walking into a waxing center, but she put me in a good mood instantly. Katie, my waxer was outstanding. I am not kidding you when I say that my Brazilian and full legs didn’t hurt at all. I’ve been waxing for nearly 10 years, and this is the first time I can honestly say I almost fell asleep it was so relaxing. I will definitely be going back and I highly recommend you do as well, and ask for Katie! She made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. She’s amazing. Thanks, ladies!     It should say AINTONETTES WAX CENTER!I absolutely love aintonnete and her skill and talent. Because of her I was got my was pass again! I was going to give up on it!     Moriah had to fix the disaster experience I had with the 1st technician that woman had me in tears Ive never had an experience like that before(it was awful😖)... however after speaking with management they had Moriah take care of me.. she did an excellent job not only making me feel comfortable but she was very apologetic for the other girls poor service. Im not sure if Ill return but its good to know that someone there cared about my feelings as a customer.

Katy made this quick and painless and I was distracted by good conversation with her the whole time. Felt like I was talking to an old friend. Definetly recommend to first timers who are nervous or anyone fearful of difficult to remove hair, you will be in good hands!

    Moriah was my waxer and I’m not gonna lie for a minute I was concerned because she was so gentle when waxing me I didn’t think she was getting anything 😂 but she got it all! 🫶🏾 this was my second time coming to get a wax. My hair was grown out for about 6 weeks and it was already thinner and softer after just my first time going. Maybe this also aided with her ability to be as gentle as she was. I will definitely book with Moriah specifically from now on. She was so sweet and even helped with some product recommendations that I got! The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because this go around I noticed that there isn’t a set person behind the front desk to greet you and help you out so that means not everyone behind that desk keeps the same energy. My first visit here I loved the women behind the desk their energy was so warm and nice. They really helped the FULL experience feel welcoming from the time I entered to the time I left. The woman behind the desk this time wasn’t particularly rude or anything but she just didn’t have the same welcoming energy that I mistakenly expected upon entrance. You don’t realize how much these details are important until they are, ya know? Anyways this my location of choice and they are now apart of my monthly bills lol. Happy holidays everyone 💕
