Mirna is Super professional and friendly! She did my eyebrows PERFECTLY- I was beyond pleased and will definitely be back again! I want to start off by saying how AMAZING the services were at Balanze Browz. I was super skeptical of anyone doing anything with my eyebrows because I know it’s no easy feat. Anything goes wrong in this meticulous process and the entire look is gone. Myrna was extremely professional and rather than going in to do what she felt was best she gave me a consultation and listened to me as I explained the look I wanted to achieve. She took into consideration concerns I had with my brows, my eyebrow shape, brow hair texture, my face shape, and my skin color and undertone to create beautiful natural brows. She explained the different options regarding her services and suggested we go with a lamination and brow tint seeing I was a little apprehensive and hadn’t really done anything to my brows in a very, very long time. As she was doing my brows, she was careful, detailed and explained what she was doing every step of the way. The place was very clean and she took the proper precautions to maintain a hygienic atmosphere. I honestly can’t say enough not only about the awesome brow results but how professional she was. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND her, and you best believe she has a lifetime client with me 😊
