My experience in Empire beauty with Barbara was spectacular, She explained everything about phlebotomist detail by detail, if someone didnt understand something she was more then happy to break it down and explain it. I enjoyed my time in her class. She an amazing teacher and so is her husband. They were also a big support when it came to the venipuncture of the fake arm and vein puncturing ourselves and got a little nervous it took all of us 1 to 2 tries to get it perfect which was amazing ! Thank you Barbara I hope to join another class of yours to grow more.

I really had to take the time to recommend Camila! She works in this place and I am very fortunate that she was the one who was available to me when I needed my eyelashes (especially because it is on Sundays which is my day off). While she was talking to me she recommended a henna pigmentation for my eyebrows and it gave me confidence so I said yes and now I feel like I dont want to stop doing them. The day after my appointment I had a family dinner and I told her that I didnt know where to go to get my hair done and it was perfect because Empire has a beauty salon too! And there I discovered that Camila was the one who would take care of me since she is a professional cosmetologist! You really have to go to her and let yourself go! I love the service, they are all very nice here.

It was nice having Vanessa as a teacher on my eyelashes extension class. The class was one day long, we started at 10am and end up around 4:30pm they provided lunch to us, it was very nice of them. This was a fabulous experience. I had an eyebrow wax, lash tint and hydra facial. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The services were professional and done with perfection. I was extremely happy with the results. I live out of town, but would make it a point to return when I am in South Florida.I loved the “girl power” decor throughout the spa, and the positive atmosphere. I definitely recommend them.

From the first call from admissions department they showed to truly care about helping me and really took their time to understand my goal! I come here to do my lash lifts which can last from 4-6 weeks and I immediately love the layout and decoration of the place. Everything is clean, the staff is super friendly and will smile at you even if they do not know you, the room layout is super spacious too, they play relaxing music, the aroma is comforting, and I love how they offer women products in the restroom as well! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a lash tech and I will definitely be back!

First time getting lashes. Chiara was very sweet, professional and patient. The process was easy and exactly what they said. I first contacted them through live chat and they answered right away and eve had a spot available within 15 mins. Dont know how the lashes hold up but will update. The only thing i didnt like was that I was in a lul while she was doing it and almost falling asleep, super relaxed. I travel a lot of work and had just gotten back late last night,, so relaxing was key.. Then another client came in and was loud and talkative to her tech. Not her fault of course but it went from relaxing to I cant wait to get out of here because the client was loud and threw my vibe off. Private rooms would be much better. Other than that it was amazing and Chiara was definitely great! Oh 1 more thing either ask or bring a blanket. Gets cold. Lol

BEST eyelash extensions Ive ever had! Ive had them done multiple times by multiple people and was never quite satisfied enough to be a returning customer. However, Barbara is amazing! I continuously get my lashes filled by her. Her technique is so calming and meticulous. You can tell she takes a lot of pride in making sure you walk away feeling fabulous and completely satisfied! I love love love my lashes and I love Barbara! Oh, and the cherry on top is that she is one of the sweetest people Ive ever met! Dont wait....get your lashes done now! Amazing place! So professional and clean. I have small Asian lashes and Kiera (I Hope I’m spelling her name right) does such a great job. She does a hybrid set on me that looks voluminous and natural. They’re always quick to see me and Kiera gets me in and out in under 1.5 hours (only 1hr for my 3week fill). Great pricing that’s worth every dollar!

OK so I came to Empire lash based on their reviews I got the natural set which cost normally $100 but since it was my first time I paid 80 and then I gave the girl a $20 tip because you know people work hard. so I spent $100 I love the way my lashes came out they looked natural they didn’t look fake at all and I would like to caveat that I normally get my eyelashes done all the time however my place was closed because of quarantine. I love the way they look but as soon as I got home I noticed a few lashes falling out. no big deal. That’s normal for sometimes a few lashes to come out next day more or less they still look good. They kept falling out I said nothing by the third day that’s when my whole right Eye was pretty much looking really in a necessity for a refill already after three days i was super upset I call empire lash and they were with no problem and no hesitation to come back in. So I come in on Monday and I’m kind of bothered that the whole left eye now was also missing it basically look like I had no lashes on both of my eyes but again the staff was super helpful and said will be filled them no problem. Great. I come in and I am in the process of about to do it and then I ask her what happens if they fall off again and she said well it shouldn’t and I said well if I have to come back in three days I’m gonna be really upset because I spent $100 here and I’ve been here twice in one week and she said to me that because of the masks (thanks Covid) that the humidity of my breath probably affected the lashes with the glue on my eyes and why it didnt stick as well. (obviously because of the heat from the humidity of me breathing in my mask) so I completely understood and I asked her if I could do a lash lift instead because I had my natural lashes underneath.Without hesitation they said yes and rebooked me for the next day now it’s Tuesday I come in on Tuesday and the Woman in charge maybe the owner not too sure but she explained to me that they don’t normally do this because it’s a different service. Completely understandable. However I was kind of bothered that she asked me to pay 20% of the service which came out to $15 OK so that means I’ve now paid $115 and I’m not the type of person to not tip and I am a generous tipper as I’ve worked off tips my whole life and that’s how I make my living so I’m a generous tipper (of course my fault) but that’s neither here nor there I tip the guy $15 so I have officially spent $130 to get a lash lift. she explained to me the reason that I need to pay 20% was because she needs to pay a different technician to come in fine I completely understood and I have no problem paying it but that was the situation. I think they handled it very professionally- I just think she should’ve paid for the whole thing I don’t think I should have paid because it was three days it’s not like it was a week and I was coming in complaining it was literally not even a week since I’ve been back here.Now for the actual service:LASHES: when I got my eyelashes done fantastic. the girl who did my lashes was super friendly the place is super clean the ambience is nice. With the girl I had a great time she was fantastic very friendly and overall a very good experience I love the I loved the way they also came out.LASH LIFT: Arturo -when I got my lash lift. Was a little nerve-racking because I’ve never gotten it done ans disnt know what to expect. I felt my eyes twitch alot but it was fine. Possibly for a first timer I feel like maybe the process should be explained? But that’s just being meticulous. He didn’t really talk much he kind of just got in and got out which is nice too.Other than that no complaints. I’d come back I’ll update to see how long they last. I would’ve given them five stars had I not had to pay the 20% and just tipped the guy which I feel like anyone should normally do
