As someone who doesn’t really get her brows done by other people, I can’t help being absolutely impressed by the service here, especially by the stylist who helped me: Krisiyah. I have never been attended by such a sweet and caring stylist who validated my every concern and walked me through every single step and gave me options along the way of keeping or removing some of the hairs. I don’t really write reviews often but I just had to show my appreciation to this stylist, she is definitely going to be getting lots of visits from me. I absolutely love her and couldn’t recommend her enough!!

You can literally trust anyone at ibrow spa! All the girls are amazing and will do your eyebrows perfect. I also get my lashes done here with Luisa, and im never leaving her! I always have a lash lift done that lasts me weeks and weeks, love how i can forget about my curler and enhance my natural lash so much. I like natural looks, so when i get lash extensions for special occasions i’ll get a classic set with her and she does them with the perfect amount of fullness, and shape for your eye. She’s the best and i love that i can go to one place for everything

I have never had such a gentle eyebrow threading in my 15 years of doing my eyebrows. And Luisa is so gentle and thorough with my lash lift. She really takes the time to explain the process and make sure I am comfortable. I felt so reassured knowing the material she uses are of the best quality. Since COVID they’ve had some new faces, and I was hesitant to have someone else do my eyebrows. The quality of staff has stayed the same and I’m honestly impressed. But, I’d like to specifically mention Shayma, she is amazing and always gives me exactly what i want. She is not only quick, but accurate. I have different shaped eyebrows and I know it can be difficult to make them look even, shayma has no issue making them look as amazing as she does! I came in for a vajacial, brow shaping and upper lip threading. Jennifer was amazing during the vajacial. So kind and gentle and overall great customer service. I have been a client of iBrow Spa for many years. They have always done an amazing job with threading my eyebrows. This year I decided I wanted to have ombre brows. I went in and was serviced by Anise. She did an amazing job from start to finish. She takes her time to map and shape your brows to your face and before she starts she shows you and explains the whole process in detail. She is gentle and attentive. Throughout the whole procedure she asked if I was ok and if I was feeling any discomfort. When I returned for my six week follow up I received the same great treatment. Her name is Rachel, I made an appointment Saturday morning and I wasnt expecting something WOW because like I said before its always hard for me to find someone that I really like, Rachel was super friendly we talked about my brows and what I wanted to have done, she took her time (and I loved it) she explained everything she was going to go and when she showed me the results I couldnt believe it!
