100% customer satisfaction!!I came to Kaizen Beauty after I attempted to color my own hair at home. I completely messed it up and needed a major repair.Elly and Angela, two students, began with a consultation to determine what I wanted and what I would be able to achieve with the hair color I had already done. As students, they are closely monitored by their supervising instructors and the ladies did not make a move until first confirming their plans step by step with their teachers. If you are worried about their experience, don’t be! Because in reality they were more professional and knowledgeable than many hair stylists I’ve been to over the years. Their instructors are doing a fantastic job preparing them for their careers!The ladies were able to help me achieve a beautiful copper red, toned blonde and honey brown color in a trending style known as the “calico” color. I thought I wouldn’t be able to make the colors happen, but they did an excellent job evening out the bleach mess I had made in my hair, toning my money pieces, and the copper color I achieved is absolutely beautiful!After a shampoo and rinse, the ladies blow dried my hair and, needless to say, I was stunning! They worked together very well and I was able to achieve the look in under 2.5 hours!Thank you Ely and Angela for my fantastic new look!!I 100% recommend considering services of all kinds with these very talented students!!

Are you looking for a great salon experience at a great price? You MUST go to Kaizen Beauty Academy in Pembroke Pines!! I went in with my hair a MESS. I needed the works....root touch up, a hair cut and a deep wash and blow dry. I got all that and more!! I left with a flattering and gorgeous style. My hair stylist, Melissa was a MIRACLE worker. She practically preformed a make-over on my hair. I came in looking frumpy and left looking fabulous!! You would never know Melissa was a student, as her work and skills were better than nearly any licensed stylist Ive gone to at any salon. My color, cut and style truly was perfection. Melissa had just the right knack of being friendly and talking to me when I was in her chair and then letting me sit in silence when she could tell I was just relaxed enjoying being pampered.I also want to praise the Kaizen Instructor who was overseeing the entire operations of her students working on clients and those students studying. The instructor was highly professional and friendly. She was ON TOP of every single aspect of what was going on in her Academy. She didnt miss a beat and is very hands on. She was helpful to every student and she walked the floor the entire time I was in there so she could keep an eye on everything, in order to teach, advise and just be involved with her students growth. Truthfully, she has done an amazing job from what I could see. Not only was my hair stylist, Melissa absolutely great, but I watched other students working and their clients all left with beautiful styles, color and cuts.Melissa worked magic on me. You should try to get in to see her before she graduates, as I know once she is at a salon down the line she will be FULLY BOOKED!! But even if you cant get Melissa you should definitely go to Kaizen Beauty Academy for hair, nail, facial and other services. I am currently a cosmetology student at Kaizen and I could not be happier with my choice. Before deciding to enroll I visited other beauty school but I ultimately chose Kaizen because I loved that the classes were smaller and all of the student look like one big family and sure enough that exactly what it was. I am now 5 months into the program and I love my school family, my teachers are amazing and I truly love both and love their different teaching styles. Every day we get to learn hands on wether on our mannequins or on clients and the teachers lovingly and patiently walk us through the service and are sure to check up on us to make sure we’re doing okay. Tanya and Jackie are super sweet and helpful when it comes to any questions you may have about the school. I will continue to recommend Kaizen to anyone who asks.

I had a great time coming in. The students are kind and friendly and the instructor is great.I came in for gel polish and basic pedicure. I came out feeling great about myself :) mind you it took much longer than the average service but theyre students so you have to account for that.I cant give it a perfect 5star. The back was little gritty. It looked rough. I hope one day theres a renovation. But Id come back. My nails look great 😍

I absolutely love this school. Im a student about to graduate and I have never felt more prepared in my life. I have all the tools I need for success. I made a great decision picking this school because the teachers are modern experienced patient and fun. Its an easy going environment and the program is fast pace . All the students get along and we all work in harmony. I recommend not only for you to attend this school but to get all your services done here. Ps:we carry a high end line used on salons today.

I was a student here at Kaizen for the Esthetician Program and it was amazing. I couldnt have asked for a better instructor. Lisa was so experienced and knowledgeable, I owe thanks to her for my clientele I have now for facials at my salon. I took every ounce of knowledge and education I received here and apply it to my everyday skin care routine. The hair and nails program here is also just as good, Im now a regular here at this school just to get my hair and facials done. This place is awesome! Thank you Jackie for opening up this school!

I am a recent graduate at Kaizen beauty academy and this school I can honestly say got me to where I am today the teachers are amazing they really take the time out for each and every student making sure we all understand whatever it is we are working on before moving forward. They are very patient and understanding which helped for my experience at least, I didn’t want to go to any other school after walking into this one! The fact that you get hands on experience from the first week being in school is the best thing for being in this industry you learn more by doing! I called Kaizen Beauty Academy on a Saturday at 12:15 to find out what services they offered and if they had openings to get my kids hair cut. They get me in within 30 minutes and the service was outstanding. I quickly made an appt for 2 weeks later to get my hair cut, colored, and a vital shot. I also made appointments for 2 of my daughters for all over colors and a conditioning treatment for my daughters friend. The staff did an amazing job on all of our hair. They were knowledgeable about the products being used, took their time to ensure we chose the right color, and presented themselves as professionals in their chosen field. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place to get their hair, makeup or nails done. Exceptional customer service.

I’m a current student in the cosmetology program at Kaizen. I’ve been in school since April and I have to say that I am so glad that I decided to come here! The teachers are so patient and the clients are awesome. You start hands on almost immediately on a mannequin while doing theory as well. I’ve really made a lot of friends here and learned so much through my peers. Consistency is key! Keeping motivated through your work and craft is so easy to maintain here at Kaizen and I am so ready to graduate mid February! Thank you Kaizen!

While Stephen is my fav, the whole staff are friendly and courteous. Orlee was my hair stylist, sweet sweet girl. While she was cutting my hair her instructor kept stopping by and checking up, btw the instructor was firm on her word and knew exactly what to fix. At the end when Orlee was done I saw the amazing job she did, not only did she even my layers out but the cut was PERFECT. I blow dried it and it looked GORGEOUS and I was finally able to let my hair curly since again the cut is just beautiful. I def. Recommend this salon, they have great teachers are the results are students with great skills.

I am a Kaizen graduate from Skin Care 2015, I highly recommend this school. Not just for the fact that it is affordable, yet Jackie, and Justin truly stand behind the meaning of their school, and take great pride doing so. I wont lie I was nervous walking out those doors into the real world, and sometimes my own self-doubt got in my way at times but with the reassurance from Jackie and Justin, I have learn to grow and have more confidence in myself than ever before. I was assured many times that if I ever needed anything, at any given time you are still part of the Kaizen family. Almost a year later with a quick call I was able to speak to Jackie, who not only helped with the one thing I called for, yet reminded me to change my address with the DBPR, something I never thought about doing till she mentioned it. Jackie is a women I not just adore but look up to. Thank you for standing behind you words, when you attend Kaizen your not another lost student in an academy, yet you become part of a small family. With this I will be forever greatful.

My experience at Kaizen Beauty was a very positive one right from the start. I decided to return to school at the age of 51. I think friends thought I was having a mid-life crisis lol.... I was recently married and running my own business full time and was concerned how I could fit school in. Owner Jakie went out of her way to accommodate my schedule and reassured me I could go at my own pace.I had interviewed basically all the beauty schools in the area but when I walked into Kaizen it felt very different and I knew this is where I would go. After meeting Esthetician Instructor Lisa I was sold. They made me feel at easy and convinced me all would be well.My time at this school was so positive and I made life long friends. Oh and by the way less than one year after graduating I am living my dream and doing skin care full time.
