    I have been coming here for a year and some change. I’ve always dealt with Rose. She’s so sweet and kind. For the past year that I have been coming to get a wash and blow out, she has made my hair grow miraculously. Yesterday was my first time getting a silk press and Rose did an amazing job. I now have referred my family and friends to Rose whenever they’re ready. Thank you again Rose and for the kind hospitality as well.

    I had an amazing experience at Missy Hair Salon. The ambience is very demure, creating a private space where you can truly relax and get glammed up.     A very organized and professional salon specializing in Black hair of all types. The owner is kind and very talented herself. My knotless Goddess braids by Shevy came out wonderful. Highly recommend.

    This was done by the one and only Shevy. Her communication skills are top tier, I’m treated as I should be every time I come into the Salon. She is very gentle and sweet. This is my fourth time coming to this Salon and I love how my style comes out every time. I stay 45 mins away from the Shop and I don’t care because she does a phenomenal job every time.     Rose does a very great job in braiding my hair and keeping my hair healthy. I love the deep conditioning peppermint which leaves my hair feeling fresh and rids my hair of excess buildup as well as dandruff. I love going into the salon every two weeks to a month to keep it natural and without chemical relaxers. She is very knowledgeable in her craft and appreciate her services.❤️❤️❤️

    She was right on time, professional she made me feel special, pay attention to my needs. She gave me recommendation for my hair and how to treat my bald patches. My install was quick and flawless. My only concern was that one employee there was rude her name is rose, the owner was simply made comment about the AC being off while they had customers she started yelling at Missy the owner. While the owner was nice respectful all the time. I commend her professionalism.

    This was my first time at this hair salon and the women who work in this salon are artist! My stylist was Donna and she did knotless braids that were perfect 💕 while getting my braids there was another stylist named Molly working on another clients hair and wow, very good 😲!They pay attention to detail and are perfectionist. I was really impressed with how respectful and polite the stylist were to each other. I noticed after every client the stylist used lysol wipes to wipe down their chairs. Also trash was changed regularly and floor swept after every client. I highly recommend this salon. Its in a older building but hey once inside your overwhelmed with politeness. 💕

    Berline did an awesome job on my braids. I initially was not fond of the size and wanted it a bit smaller, but I actually really love them now. She blended the colors so pretty, I received compliments on her work. She was quiet, which does not bother me at all. I prefer that over strained conversation any time. People are saying its pricey, but I have tons of long hair so its never cheap for me 😀 I will go back, I may even let her braid my sons hair too!

    I call them my Instagram hair dressers for thats how I found them a few years ago. If you have a style in mind, they will achieve it ×5 meaning its gonna be done better than what youre expecting. The girls are a nice bunch, and the experience will be good.

    Its difficult under normal circumstances to find and keep quality Hair Salons and stylists, but Missy Hair Salon made this task less daunting. I had an appointment with Jeanne B. and she was on time and was available for any questions I had before meeting with her. We both wore masks and she was extremely professional.The Salon is clean and the staff are professional and attentive, making this experience feel like coming home. It almost felt like I was having my hair done by a family member around other female family members. The environment is inclusive the stylists are honest, warm, and welcoming.Before meeting, I selected Marley Twists, and requested specific hair color/choice. At the appointment, Jeanne provided a detailed consultation, cautioning me that the type of hair may not blend well with my own texture. She was right, it did not and I so appreciated this feedback. With her knowledge and expertise, she choose differently, and I was more than happy with the end result. I will be coming back for touch up and additional styles, and also bring my family.Thank you Missy Hair Salon for bringing me a sense of normalcy in the otherwise strange time we are living in.     I had an appointment for Kinky Twists with Jeanne and they turned out fantastic. She was on time, fast, and efficient. The hairstyle is very neat and I have had a ton of compliments. She went above and beyond to get my style to look exactly like the picture I saw. The stylists are always so personable and nice. A wonderful salon!

    This is the first time my daughters hair was done at a salon. She had crochet braids done by Jeanne and she did an excellent job. Very nice young lady and she is great with kids. My daughter cant stop looking at her hair and this has given her so much confidence to start the school year. I cant thank you enough. Will definitely be back.

    This was my second time going to Missy’s to have my hair done. It was my first time getting individual crochet faux locs and I absolutely love them. Adria was my stylist and she was very professional and friendly. Even during a pandemic, she made sure the chair was cleaned and sanitized before I sat down. I will definitely visit again and recommend.

    Nice salon. My stylist was Molly. She was very professional and hardly no wait time which is a deal breaker for me. I hate long waits. I was a little early. love my crochet hair style. I highly recommend this place. All the stylists were very friendly. I will be back!!

    This was my first time at this salon and I saw Kim. From our first phone conversation to our Goodbye at the appointment, I was very happy and felt important. Kim was very professional, on time, and warm. The other 2 stylists were also warm and professional. I normally do not enjoy going to the salon, but I will definitely return and Kim will be my loctician moving forward. Very happy & would recommend!

    The entire staff are polite and work as a team. The shop is kept very clean and neat. My stylist was Patricia, I had cornrows with design braids added to it. She did an outstanding job; and executed the style perfectly. Patricia was a fast worker also. I’m so stoked about my hair style and the shop. It’s wonderful to have found a place where I can be a regular customer. The price was also reasonable but I don’t mind paying extra for excellent work. Talented group of young, positive ladies!

    I had the joy if working with Jeanne B. While getting a flip over sew-in. It is perfect! She made sure to check-in with me throughout the process and make sure I was comfortable and happy throughout every thing..i cant wait to see her again. UPDATE:I went back to get braids and initially Jeanne wasnt available...so I had to use another stylist.. Donna.. she was so sweet and made me just feel amazing...unfortunately, the style just wasnt what I requested..faster than I could say I wasnt completely happy Jeanne and the owner had me back in a chair and completely fixed everything. I walked out looking better than the picture I used as a reference...love these ladies!

    I found this saloon online, so based on the reviews, I said why not let me try it. I have natural hair and Ive been looking to get a good blowout for a long time. Ive gone to several salons and to be honest, this is by far the best blowout Ive had ever since I came down from Indiana 4 years ago. Wen did my hair, she was very nice and professional. She is a sweetheart, super nice, she worked super fast. I was so HAPPY with the way my hair came out. My hair looked beautiful... I drove an hour to get there, but it was so worth it...Will definitely go back!!!!!! Thank you Wen!!!!

    I had a great first time experience at this salon. I was unsure of how I wanted my hair styled but Molly was patient, asked questions and offered guidance. I was able to get my hair styled without advanced notice and on a Sunday. I loved the professional service!The environment was clean and had modern decor.Their website is amazing. I love that the website lists the services AND the prices. There is a variety of services including extensions, braids and locs. The website is user friendly and has great photography.I have been looking for a hair salon that I could go to regularly and I think I have found it. I am very impressed with this salon!

    Where do I start! I have been getting my hair done at Missy Salon for about a year. And let me just be crystal clear hands down the best salon experience I’ve ever had. Jeanne is beyond beyond beyond talented, amazing wonderful stylist. My hair is fuller and more healthy because of her. The whole atmosphere is fabulous. If you are looking for overall a fuller more healthier mane . Whether you want to rock a protective style or your natural hair! They have mastered it all! GO!!

    Jeanne worked magic with my waist length knotless braids! She gave me everything thing I asked for. I wanted slightly smaller braids than the medium size and she delivered. My hair is thinner in my crown area and I wanted that area to be covered and look full and she delivered. I will definitely be back for a retouch in the next few weeks and Ill be back later this year to get the same style because I love these so much ❤

    Had an amazing time with Lyrette in the salon, her braiding is immaculate and shes an amazing presence to be with. I will definitely be back soon and frequently within the future. I have also forwarded the salons information to several of my natural hair girlfriends as well. The ladies energy are great, all of the styling I witnessed while getting my hair braided were flawless from sew-ins, braids down for wig installs and kids loc braiding.

    My appointment was for instant locs by Kim. I got this service done on March 14, 2020. Its almost been a year, and because of the great service done by Kim, I have always recommended her to people who ask me about my locs. As far as timing, I had an early appointment because my service was going to take hours, so I showed up before the salon opened and decided to just wait. Kim took me in before business hours to get started instead of just having me wait until the start of business hours. Every step of the way, she stopped to show me how my hair was coming along just to make sure that she was giving me what I was paying her for. I will NEVER regret this experience.

    I have been going to these ladies over the years. Watching their business grow as well as watching their skills become a science. They take care of your hair, no matter the hair type. As someone who doesnt like doing their hair, I completely trust them in regards to what my hair needs, styling, and taking their options seriously.     I love this Hair Salon after just one visit i will be going back. The whole staff is Extremely Nice, but Molly is like a Sew-in Goddess she actually not only had my hair looking right but care about the health of my hair in use natural products.     Fast easy booking. Rose did an ok job on my braid down. Some of the braids already unravelled so I braided them down and sewed them down. Id go back and maybe use another stylist.But everyone was nice and the price was ok, so Ill give it another shot.

    I stumbled across this gem of a salon about 7 or 8 months ago and im glad i did!!! Jeannie is my stylist and from the time she touched my head i was hooked!! she takes pride in her work, takes time to explain everything to you before she does it...she actually LEARNS your hair which is hard to find. the women in this salon not only make you look and feel fabulous but they actually take care of your hair. Kim did my kinky twists last week and im in love! the stylist at this salon are always honest with you and cater to not only what you want but your hair care NEEDS. Ive seen and felt a difference in my hair from the day i let these women touch it.These talented young women know what they are doing ❤ you wont be disapointed

    I have had my hair braided and twisted at Missys and Jeanne is an absolutely excellent stylist. Gives her expert opinion but also listens and hears your suggestions and such.     Kurls always comes through for me with amazing braiding styles. Such a pleasure to sit in her chair. The whole team at Missy’s is dope. The salon ALWAYS has parking , super clean, and welcoming. Moving down here from the DMV area I was nervous finding a new salon but this place is definitely my go to. I’m excited to try the other services they offer like lashes and facials. Thank you goddesses for the amazing work you do and ALL the work each of you put into this salon. The vibes are heavy.

    I love this place, I come here all the time for everything between crochet and braids. The girls are super nice and very skilled. I come in with a new hair style for them every month or so, I show them the picture of what I want and they do it perfectly on the first try every time no matter what skill level. What I like most about this place is that it is very small and personal, its not intimidating like all of those larger salons where there are 30 girls gossiping and no one tends to your needs as a customer. Here everything is about you and what you need done. I live all the way in Fort Lauderdale and I drive the 30 minutes just because I know I will be comfortable and pleased with the end results, highly recommended.

    Fast service which is super important to me. Talented stylists. I had Jeanne. They are polite and professional. I love also that they are a full service salon including natural hair styles, nails, and even make up. Things to work on, the shop could be neater; they did have a little one there that was very playful with some of the products. Didnt bother me but may be annoying to some other customers. Also the payment did take a little time to go through using PayPal and a cellphone adapter for cards. Thats about it. I will definitely be back! 😁

    Missy Hair Salon is a great go to for all your natural hair needs. If you are in need of a silk press, I highly recommend going to Jeanne (pronounced Genie). First and foremost, she took her time and gave my hair the TLC it needed!! Second, she is so sweet and I felt welcomed when I walked in the shop.     I am originally from New York, and i have experienced some horror stories on my search to locate a new hair stylist .....i visited Missys Hair Salon yesterday and i am 100% sold!!!!! These young ladies are vibrant, upbeat absolute sweethearts and honey they can do some hair!!!! I received waist length twist the were done extremely neat and quickly and were also very affordable compared to most of the salons ive visited out here .     For those of you who are looking for a team of Hair stylists who TRULY care about your hair and Will TRANSFORM YOUR DO: LOOK NO FURTHER!!!!!!!!!!I have been going to Missy’s hair salon for the past 2+ years and I have never been to a salon before that made you feel like family they way these ladies do. Before I met them, I used a hair dresser who truly destroyed my hair. I didn’t know what to do or where to turn to so I looked on google and there they were. When I came in the owners Kim and Kurls were super friendly and kind and truly know how to make you feel at home.Kim referred me to their super stylist Jeanne who does a lot of different sew ins and crotchet braids.There has not been one single hair dresser I have used that has grown my hair and cared for me the way Jeanne has. She also did a style called the braidless sew in, which minimized the damage on my hair. When I tell you I have GROWTH honey I feel like rapunzel right now! She really makes sure your scalp is mosturized and protected and each girl truly helped educate me on maintaining my hair outside of the salon which I never really knew how to do before. There has been many times I had hair emergencies, and they took me in and had me out feeling beautiful and calm.Recently I referred one of my close friends to Kurls for a wig and When I TELL YOU she looks like a brand new woman it’s a understatement. The attention to detail on the ombré blonde wig and the customer service, double checking to make sure everything worked out ok was absolutely amazing. I’m so excited for my mom next week to do her twists with kim. Thank you girls so so much for everything you have done for me and my hair.

    Missy Hair Salon is my favorite to go place not only are the girls super sweet but their work are everything from being professional to treating you as friends instead of just somebody that’s sitting in their chair.     Prettydopdesign is the I.G. account I came across and it was Molly who serviced me. Dont look any further she is professional (so sweet),punctual (yes on time), works in a timely manner (fast, you still have your day to enjoy) and skilled ( loved my hair). I have found my new Hair stylist! If I told you some of the things that I have put up with from stylist in my past you would understand why I think Molly is heaven sent.
