I would like to start this review by saying Char Salon was a whole vibe, I was visiting my son from Cape Cod, Ma. I was able to locate her shop by her TikTok platform. To book her services you will experience an easy booking process, this beautiful lady in her team was professional and warm in a welcoming environment. Such a good vibe, I was a little nervous not coming from out of state in not knowing the area, but that changed quickly due to the level of professionalism, And her assistant made sure to check in with me by making sure I was aware of each step of the shops process. She also gave me the best shampoo, I had in a long time while massaging my scalp. Char is a master beautician she came to slay! I couldnt be happier with my cut style in color. I will be catching a flight out to see her again. Fantastic salon. Char made me feel important as a new client. She kept me informed as I waited for my appointment to begin and throughout my entire appointment. She and her staff are very professional. My hair looks and feels great. The cost was reasonable for the level of service performed. I would definitely recommend this salon!

I have never looked so amazing with a short cut. She is very pleasant and looks after you through the whole process! She has the sweetest assistant and boy could she lay a perm! And that wash almost put me to sleep😭 I am so sad to be moving soon, but I will make it my duty to visit THE HAIR MUSEUM at least once a month!
