When I say as soon as you enter this beautiful space the tranquility & energy is everything, I mean it! Lorna was welcoming, attentive, personable, sweet, compassionate while maintaining her professionalism & tended to all areas of concern that I have. OMG.. where do I start?!!!! Customer service was AMAZING! Lorna is very professional, super super sweet and VERY informative!! I’m a woman whom doesn’t take a lot of time for myself, it’s usually, work and family..REPEAT! Wow! Thats my first reaction after having met Lorna and getting my massage. First, Lorna is a A-class professional who knows her trade. Shes quite cheerful and patient. Her suite is organized and gives a soothing vibe. It had been a decade since I had a massage. After months of agitation and stress, I decided to treat myself to a 75-minute massage session. Lorna answered many questions and explained to me the aggregate knots in my upper back, which also contributed to extreme tension in my cervical. I jokingly said to her after the session that I wish I didnt have to drive home because I wanted to sleep. The day after the session, I reached out to her with some questions, and she answered promptly. I look forward to returning for another session and plan monthly maintenance sessions with Lorna. I am at a loss for words. I came in for a lymphatic massage. For months I’ve had pain in my upper body ,brain fog, severe anxiety and the list goes on. All due to lymphatic congestion. I have not felt myself since I had a tubal removal from a pregnancy loss done back in October. Not to mention this has all caused me to go into a deep depression. Lorna, is God sent. I left there for the first time with no pain. I cried in the elevator to finally feel a sense of relief. I woke up next morning with no pain for the first time in 5 months. I had no clue how lymphatic congestion could affect your body. I will never go anywhere else again. She is kind, the office is welcoming, and she is amazing at what she does. I went in to this appointment with the anxiety of swollen lower extremity almost 2 weeks out of surgery knowing I have to go back to work in the next 2 weeks, walking in to the office I was greeted by the most friendly and soothing greeting and smile, that alone relieved my anxiety next the office was such a zen and inviting atmosphere I knew right away I found the right person for the job Lorna is very experienced very professional and she definitely resolved my issues after my first visit I must say a good amount of the edema in my legs was down by 50 percent i will continue my lymphatic drainage massages with no other at this point, Thank you so much Lorna….
