Been looking to have my eyebrows done for a while but didnt know where to go. By chance I walked in and noticed someone getting their eyebrows done. So, I sat and took a seat. Lorena, the nice woman who did my brows, changed my life! I look like a whole different person. I have always had uneven hairs and uneven brows. One brow grew upwards and one sideways. Lorena took on the challenge and made them even and neat. She did a wonderful job! 5 out of 5 stars! Will be coming back next time I need them done.

Before I discovered Benefit, I had a horrible experience where half my eyebrow was removed and it was hard for me to trust anyone to do my really thick brows. I’ve been going to see Lorena at Benefit for over eight years and I can’t express how professional and detailed she is. Lorena is the only one I trust to do my brows, I even bring my mom too. There are many reasons why I have been so loyal, one is how clean she keeps her area. As you arrive she provides hand sanitizer so you can sign in on the tablet and she even wipes down her counter as she prepares everything she needs. Every wax stick and small brush she uses is brand new - never double dipping or reusing anything. The next main reason why I love to see Lorena is her technique, she uses a pencil to first map out your brows symmetrically to assure they are perfect before actually removing any hair. Every time I go for my brows I also do my upper lip, I always walk away feeling like a brand new person! She always updates me on the new benefit makeup products and even uses some to enhance my brows and cover redness so I can continue with my day without it being so obvious I got waxed. It’s super convenient to make appointments online which I love so I can plan my visit but in case she’s fully booked you can always walk in as she could possibly squeeze you in between clients. I recommend Lorena at Benefit Brow Bar to everyone as she is extremely friendly and speaks Spanish.

I got my brows laminated by Mayra at the benefit bar and let me say I’m in LOVE. It was my first time getting them laminated and Mayra made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. She was very knowledgeable with what she was doing and took her time perfecting my brows :) 10/10 coming back to her for all my eye brow needs!

Amazing! I’ve never ever let anyone do my brows because I don’t trust anyone but once I let Lorena do my brows, I couldn’t even match her talent lol. When you first go to her she maps your brows to your liking to make sure they come out the way YOU like your brows, and she also helps shape the brows better if your seeking to re-grow, re-shape and/or fill in brow gaps. I religiously go to her whenever my brows grow out since I have thick hairs and peach fuzz that grows above and under to my lids because she removes literally every single strand of hair. Anyone who compliments my brows I refer them to go to her since she gets all the credit; I just fill it in with pencil lol. She’s usually busy and has an appointment system (which i recommend doing online) but she’s flexible and does walk-ins as well. On top of her 5-star service, if you sign up you get perks such as a free brow service and upgrade if you become a consistent client. Everyone needs to go to Lorena for their brow needs!!!

Im very satisfied with the service that the aesthie Lorena provides at this specific location (Macys in Pembroke Pines). Lorena is friendly, professional and provides excellent customer service. She listens to your needs and have great skills. Her attention to detail is on point and she never disappoints me. Im very picky when it comes to my eyebrows and Lorena delivers good results and the service area is always clean. Also, I enjoy collecting the Pink Perks for free upgrades and services. I had to find a last minute eyebrow wax appointment and it was amazing to find Benefit BrowBar available, and the option to book it online for the following day. Once I made it to the store Lorena was super kind and careful with my skin. I love the way they measure, and confirm with you, where the waxing will take place.
