    Nathalie was great. She was courteous and a professional about her job. The only issue I had was with the front Staff member named Emma. She is very rude, and probably needs to be Replaced, as she doesn’t seem to appreciate her job or clients.

    Catalina gave me the best eyebrows of my life!! Its like she read my mind and crafted the perfect brows for me. She was so attentive and meticulous. I appreciated how she really made sure every last hair was in place. I will be back to book with her. And if I could give her 100 stars, I would!

    Loved coming to this EWC! The lady at the front desk was super nice, helpful, and accommodating. I was able to come in and see a waxer quickly. My waxer was Diandra and she was the best! I definitely recommend you seeing her when you go.

    My normal waxer wasnt available , so i picked any waxer and it ended up being a great experience. My waxers name was Natalie and she was super friendly and made conversation with me , she made me feel super comfortable!! I would 10/10 recommend her.     Isahella, the esthetician and Alexandra were absolutely amazing! The customer service was top tier! My experience had minimal pain an amazing results! Isahella was gentle , professional, and very personable. She understood the sensitivity of my skin and was able to give some very good recommendations. Very knowledgeable in her expertise and we had a fun time ! Im definitely going to be booking my four-week appointment with Isahella!

    I have been going to this European wax, I always get wax by Catalina she is the best, she always makes me feel like I am in a spa. I have cheated on her once and went to another European wax when I could not get in to se her because it was last minute, I was so disappointed I almost cry. Never again. My experience with Carroll who is the manager. Has been great. I recommend this European wax.

    I get my eyebrows done with Diandra and she does such an amazing job! I’m very picky with my eyebrows and have done them myself for years so I was very adamant to let someone touch my brows but decided to give it a try. Diandra went above my expectations.
