First time getting my lashes and brows done in years and I enjoyed every minute of it! Naila made me so comfortable while doing my lashes, I was in and out of sleep! The vibe here is everything! Maya did a phenomenal job with my brows! I couldn’t tell when she was putting the wax on again very comfortable! I’m looking forward to my next appointment in two weeks!Update: 2 weeks later and this beauty offered me some Rose’ 😊 I love it here! Another happy place to add to my list!

The environment is nice and my lash artist was really sweet, she took her time. I went in for hybrid a few days ago but unfortunately it’s now looking more like a classic set with a lot of fall out. Definitely will go back and try them again.

I had the best experience here! I went in to have my eyebrows waxed and tinted and have had many bad experiences with other places so originally I was nervous trying a new place for the first time. But my eyebrows have never looked this good before! Maya is awesome. She totally nailed the shape and made my brows look fresh and clean. What made it even better was how chill and welcoming she was. She’s so easy to talk to and made the whole process so fun!I walked out feeling confident and can’t wait to go back. The salon is Paramount! It is warm professional and smells like Bliss. The staff is friendly and personable. My service was great however I experienced some fading within 24 hours. When I returned they accommodated me and touched up my eyebrows. Nothing is infallible and they corrected the incident I am happy and will return. I recommend this salon.

Best lash studio in Jax! The owner is just incredible! Highly skilled, professional, honest person with a great personality and sense of humor. Very knowledgeable and detail oriented. Today was my second time getting my lashes done by Charnae. She did my full set three weeks ago, and today was my fill. She said I had great retention… and it’s only because of her. I thought I had been terrible! I am so insanely picky and have gone to many a lash artist. HIGHLY recommend and would give 10 stars to this talented woman if I could. Thanks for making me feel so pretty!

It was my first time getting lash extensions, I got the Classic style, and it looks so cute!UPDATE- unfortunately now that its the next morning I realized that I may have gotten a scratched cornea/eye. Initially during the application I thought the burning/discomfort was normal but now Im not so sure since the pain has worsened this morning.

She is very sweet, helpful and she clearly loves what she does. We chatted throughout the service and it felt like I was talking to a friend! Might I add that the salon is so FRIGGIN CUTE! The salon has such a pink, soft, feminine aura and feel~ I felt incredibly welcomed by both Tamana and the receptionist who greeted me warmly as soon as I stepped inside (these ladies are so beautiful BTW) Everything feels perfectly designed for a woman inside this Salon🩷 and the environment makes you feel so special and welcomed🩷🎀Tamana had led me to the area where the service would begin and she offered me a cute pink blanket and invited me to lie down. I immediately felt so cared for, I’m beyond happy with my service and with the Salon and I CANT WAIT to come back! The Lash Tint + Lift looks incredibly natural, giving me a more refreshed and awake look. It’s perfect for both its subtlety and softness, I look like I just put makeup on without wearing any! I love it! It changed my face so much, I feel like I look awake! The expertise Tamana provided is exactly what I was hoping for, and next time I’ll come in for lashes! I absolutely loved how my eyelashes turned out & they look natural and beautiful, which was what I was going for, a classic set. I will be going back to her to get them filled in. I highly recommend her & the beauty studio is so nice and elegant when you walk in. The receptionist was nice and friendly when I walked in . Overall, the environment and staff were very welcoming.

I’ve been coming to IGlam for a short period now and I absolutely love being a client here! I brought my mom in for Mother’s Day and we both received a brow service with Ajayla and Charnae. Ajayla was very accommodating and made sure I got the look I was desiring! Charnae was very accommodating and kind to my mom and really took her time servicing her, and that really made me happy! My mom enjoyed the experience and couldn’t stop bragging about how she’s ready to send more business to iGlam. She had already called someone about iGlam before we left the parking lot!I love coming here also for my lashes, and I love that IGlam alway does things to appreciate their clients, from specials to the cute gifts they gave for Mother’s Day! All of the ladies in the space are super sweet and helpful. Ana, the salon manager, was so helpful when I called to inquire about a service and helped me with booking. I feel very valued as a client here and I’ve only been coming for a short time. Even better, I received a text that she was ahead of schedule and could see me sooner. The atmosphere is nice, everyone was friendly and Story was great! She did a fantastic job on my eyebrows after nearly 7 months of no consistent maintenance on my part. And she is super fast! I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I am very happy with the way my brows turned out. I will definitely be making another appointment and looking into more services next time.

Stopped in while in Jacksonville because my brows NEEDED it. I got them threaded and they look so clean and sharp. I called and booked the appointment seamlessly. I got there and waited about 6 minutes and she took me back and was done fairly quickly. She apologized a few times for running a few minutes behind but I didn’t mind because it wasn’t a long wait. The receptionist and the woman who did my brows were both friendly and courteous. I’ll definitely come back when I’m in the area again.

This place is very therapeutic for me, it’s very calming and the girls are very nice and helpful. I’ve been having my lashes done since early 2021 and each time it’s been amazing. Any of the girls I’ve gone too would be an amazing choice ! Either Jessica, story or geizy would be excellent !

Went and had some volume lashes done by Ms. Gracie. She asked me detailed questions on how I wanted my lashes and the look I was going for. She was demure and lovely. My lashes turned out amazing by the way. She is also very detailed oriented and makes sure you are cover all the way. Ms. Geizy got my eyebrows back in shape. Which was no easy task. She is a delight and detailed about your wants as well. She did marvelous job on making my eyebrows sisters again. The ladies up here are all very wonderful women. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I was literally sweating bullets today because I never had my eyebrows threaded or tinted today. I wasn’t sure how this place was going to look either. I ALWAYS had my brows waxed. But today I tried something different and this is now my nee go to! Story threaded my brows and tinted them and did a PHENOMENON job!!! It was so precise and my brows have NEVER looked so good till today. Threading doesn’t hurt but I guess it depends in who is doing them. Story was definitely super gentle. I glam lab and a wonderful tech Akane came to my rescue. I had eyelash extensions, put on my eyes from a different company and I looked like an old street walker. I was frantic I needed to get these off! I left emails and tects and 3 voice mail messaged on Friday explaining to this person and. I stiill haven’t received s call back. I needed help. I had to get these extensions off immediately. I contacted i glam lab lash and beauty. I told them of my dilemma, and they gave me an appointment within two hours. I got there and Akane was just wonderful. Nice and gentle removed those eyelashes within 30 minutes and she also was able to tint my eyebrows which I had originally wanted from the first person and she couldn’t do it. I just want to say that this is a place you should be going for any eyelash extensions or eyebrows waxing whatever they are Absolutely wonderful.

I had my appointment to get my first set of hybrid lashes, my Tech Jessica was super friendly and was knowledgeable. Since I’ve never had lashes before I wasn’t completely sure what i wanted. My first set ended up being too full for my liking, although they did look very pretty just didn’t feel right on my face. The girl at the front was super accommodating when I expressed my feeling about them being too full so they got me in the next morning and Jessica took some of fullness out. I feel so pretty, and they honestly look perfect and what I imagined. Jessica said she would chart it down so we know what to do for next time. I would definitely recommend IGlam just due to the customer service, but the fact my lashes look awesome makes it that much better.

The salon is beyond gorgeous and comfortable. I arrived 10 minutes early to my appointment and after filling out a quick waiver I was taken back by Molly for a hybrid lash fill. Molly was able to do my fill in such a short time without sacrificing the quality of the fill. She didn’t waste time trying to make meaningless conversation; she completely focused on my lashes and gave me the much needed time to simply relax. I personally cannot stand someone who sits over me talking the entire time trying to ask me questions about myself when I really just want to destress. Great experience and great lashes! In my last few visits, I’ve learned so much about lashes and appropriate lash care that I did not learn from business I used to go to for the past 2yrs. I also appreciate how honest Charnae and the team are about lash health and providing opinions which shows they are not just about taking your money. There have been times I’ve asked for specific lengths or styles and have been told no due to the state of my real lashes and appreciate that they just won’t take my money but will do what is best for my eyes!

Loved my lashes! The receptionist is sweet and Charnae was very to the point and focused which I like. Since it was my first time getting eyelash extensions I was probably moving my eyes like crazy but she was patient and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable. I will come back for a refill.

Let me start off by saying this place is extremely clean. The decor is too cute, and the atmosphere overall is very relaxing. The staff was excellent, Sheillyn did a full hybrid set on me. She gave me exactly what I wanted, and she answered all my questions. She is such a sweetie pie, and will be my lash tech moving forward. I definitely recommend this place, and Sheillyn. The experience was 5/5 for me.

Ive been to iGlam several times now, starting in December 2019, and I love them! My lashes always come out looking so natural and professional! I have received tons of compliments.. and people even believe that these are my own natural lashes (I get the “classic lashes”), which ..Of course they are not.I booked my very first appointment in person at the Southside location, and after that, Ive only booked online. Booking online is super simple, and the website is well organized, inviting, and easy to understand.The staff at both locations are always exceptionally nice, very helpful, and willing to answer any questions newbies (like myself) may have.The vibe inside both locations is relaxing and serene... ahhhh Serenity Now!!! The music is fresh and tasteful— and plays at the perfect level. All that aside, the place smells absolutely wonderful every time I walk in.I now find myself sneaking away from the job, and secretly going for my “iGlam” fix. I swear Im addicted to this mini beauty retreat.All that to say, if youve ever read any of my many online reviews you know that I “keeps it very real,” so when I say this is THE SPOT in Jacksonville for lashes... believe me on that.Finally, I dont know what these negative reviews are talking about... dont believe the nonsense... give them a try and 9 times out of 10 You’ll be addicted too!

Hopefully this message gets to Madison. I just want her know that she made my first experience at the iGlamLAB so relaxing and a pleasure! She was running a bit behind due to the client she had before me needing extensive care (which is understandable, It happens sometimes) but when she was ready for me, so was very sweet and accommodating! Even when she was rushed by someone who may have been a reoccurring client, that did not stop her from taking her time with my lashes, and getting them PERFECT for me! Even though that inpatient customer walked out, I was truly pleased and I really appreciated that Madison continued to take her time under pressure, kept a great attitude, and continued to just focus on my lashes until she was finished! ( They are SO bomb btw!😍) Really wanted to let her know she’s amazing and to keep it up 💕💕💕💕

Charnae’ was absolutely amazing. Training was beyond what I expected. My expectations were to head straight to a mannequin, learn some techniques, practice on a live model then go home, but the training was so much more than that. We talked about goals, the future plans I had for myself and we went over a training manual that I was able to keep to refer back to in the future. After my training, I practiced every skill she taught me and was able to apply those skills to my mannequin in half the time it took me to do the same steps prior to training. Did I also mention, she is super patient and so knowledgeable about her craft? Charnae’ is so bomb too! I enjoyed our session so much and I’m so pleased with the training. Thank you again for offering this class and for being you. I wish you nothing but the best in your continued success!!!

I’ve been going to iGlam for my brow threading for a little while. I decided I wanted to try getting my lashes done. My appointment was with Shianne and she was incredible. She was very soft spoken, professional, and she explained each step and gave me updates on how much time was left. I’m also very pregnant and couldn’t lay on my back. And Shianne was very patient and kind as I laid on my side and tucked blankets under my belly then turned my head to face up. She listened to exactly what I wanted and I left glowing. I love my lashes so much. It’s only been a day, and I’ve gotten so many compliments. Such a huge confidence boost. I’m very happy and I will definitely be back to Shianne for my fill in a few weeks! I never did lash extensions before, so per usual I went on a hunt in search of a good lash service. I came across iGlamlab on IG and instantly fell in love with with their work. It took my a while to actually decide to try them out until I had a trip in December and decided to book my first appointment. I have no regrets till this day. I have been to the San Marco location twice now and had Deanna both times. Her work is absolutely beautiful and she’s both sweet and professional. The two front desk girls were friendly during my last visit as well, but I didn’t catch their names. This morning, I had a fill appointment at the Southside location but had to cancel last minute due to a family emergency. The staff was empathetic and punctual with their response, exactly how anyone would like for a business to be. I will be rescheduling my fill and will continue to return to iglam for all my lash needs. Thank you, ladies!

First time getting extensions and loved this place. Adorable salon with sweet staff. They are very punctual, starting and finishing right on time. The background music was great too lol. I had Deanna and I feel fabulous!
