I used to come here all the time when I lived in that side of town . Very friendly, quick, inexpensive and great quality. I always get threaded and occasionally the lash extensions. I drove to this side of town just for her! I definitely recommend.

UPDATE: Ive been going here almost 6 years now! I always call and ask for Krupal as she does my brows perfectly every single time! I love this place and wouldnt dream of going anywhere else. 🩷💜My very first time going here and I got the honor of Krupal herself tinting and threading my brows. First, her threading was AMAZING! Hurts so much less than waxing and afterwards my eyebrows were SO soft and felt clean, not stingy and sticky. The tint blew my mind. I have very light eyebrows, almost invisible, and I couldnt be more happy with how they turned out! They look like I did my makeup even though Im bare-faced. And they look so natural. All around the shop had a pleasant vibe. I will definitely be coming here to treat myself again.

I’ve been coming here since moving to Jacksonville, about a year now. I gave it some time before writing a review to make sure I was giving my opinion fairly. This place is always clean, she is extremely friendly with greeting you every single time, although she is quick with the threading my eye brows come out great every time. I highly recommend.

This place is amazing!! I tell everyone about Mrs. Krupal! This woman knows how to do brows better than anyone my mom and I have ever been to, and trust me weve been almost everywhere. She only charges $10 too, you cant beat that. Just a little tip though, make sure that Mrs. Krupal is in when you go. I had okay experiences with her assistants but its just not the same as the queen herself. So just call and make sure.

My daughter Kayley and I both use the services of Krupals brows. It is such a pleasure to visit her salon, she is kind, friendly, professional and her salon is always clean Kayley and I had never had our brows threaded and we were a bit apprehensive about the technique, but I can truly say we are very pleased our brows look great, she is fast and very precise. Recently we tried eyelash extensions, I let Kayley try them first, her extensions were beautiful and so natural looking, I did not have mine done during this visit, I wanted to make sure they did not feel heavy or uncomfortable, well I took the plunge I am so pleased they look beautiful and feel like they are not even there. I have been going to Krupal since the first she has opened her salon. She is a very kind super adorable person. I am so impressed with her hygiene standards. She always uses gloves while performing anything on your skin which I much appreciate. I drive 30 minutes just to get my eyebrows done by her. This is my third or fourth time visiting. Krupal usually does my brows and I love her technique. Today (Tuesday), I went and she wasn’t there. Some other lady did my brows. She was okay, but Krupal is more precise. The other lady left quite a few unplucked stray hairs, but overall it was still pretty good. Would recommend, but next time I’ll call before hand to make sure Krupal is there! I LOVE the threading technique. I will never go back to straight waxing again. Please visit this place :)

Krupal is amazing! Give her a try, I assure you that you will not be disappointed. Not only does she do a good job, she is a sweetheart. My sister started going to her first but I was afraid of threading because I had a bad experience with someone else but Krupal was very patient with me and told me she would just do a test so I could see how I liked it and if I didnt like it she would just switch to wax, well that was over a year ago and I havent let anyone else touch my brows since then. She uses an organic thread when she does eyebrows, which is softer than the regular thread that most people use. Krupal is the only person that my mother, sister and myself trust with my brows. She also does really good facials as well, her prices are reasonable and she works quickly so theres never a long wait.

IMPRESSIVE WORK. I wanted to go to someone whom specialized in brows only. Not a Solon where it comes secondary to hair. This individual knows facial hair! She immediately noticed someone else had made a mistake with shaping my brows months ago. She very quickly corrected the shape and I am very pleased with her work. I cant say enough good things!!! A quick summary of my experience AT ANOTHER PLACE.. I moved down a few months ago and have been going to one location..that has gotten consistently WORSE each time I had gone. Today marked the icing on the cake. They did not thread or shape the center of my brows.. nor did they trim all my hairs.. also left me with half an eyebrow on one side, and an extremely low one on the other.. when asked to fix.. all they did was fill in.. please fix the problem and stop coloring on my forehead I quickly left in tears and googled another location..found this one and boy am I glad I did.. I made the 40 minute drive to see if this disaster could be corrected. I told a tiny and very sweet woman about my experience. She had me sit, and nearly matched the shape, along with proper trimming, all under 5 minutes. She was SO QUICK and really helped me out. Will never go anywhere else.. ever. Willingly will make the 30 minute drive to see her from now on. Thank you so much for making my day, and really fixing the disaster I walked in with. You are amazing!! Loyal customer.
