I had Michele do botox, lip and cheek filler today and it just got done so it is a little swollen but it looks amazing! She always does a fantastic job! I will upload some more pictures when the swelling goes down for a accurate comparison.

I purchased a special to get my lips done. They said they could get me in that day. When the lady called me back she said it would be 3-4 weeks till she could get me in. Of course she told me that after I paid. I called the local office and questioned them and the only response I got was I should have called them first to see what their availability was. How am I supposed to know that?? So I took the appointment and she offered me a free hydro facial. Fast forward I came in for my appointment and got my lips done. When she showed me I noticed I had a huge lump on my bottom lip and was told just to take bromelain and it would get better. Within 45 minutes my lip swole up even worse after taking the medicine I had to pay for and using an ice compress. I sent pictures of my lip to them and was told to come back in to fix them. I came back and what ever she did made the bump go down however it took away the filler as well. When I left they mentioned nothing about checking in on me nor making a follow up appointment. So I made one anyways and I was very specific as to why I was coming back. I came back two weeks later and my first question was to make sure I would not have to pay. They told me due to there being no notes in the system all they could do was take pictures and send them to their district manager. I asked just to see how much it would cost to fix my lip and they wanted to charge me $450.00. There is no way I’m going to pay for their mistake. Now I have uneven lips and I’m waiting for a call I probably won’t get.Edit: I appreciate Laser Away making it right. I came back in and got my lips redone and they look absolutely perfect. I was even given a free facial and my skin looked amazing. Even though there were problems from day one and I don’t think I’ll be going back I appreciate the time they took to erase all of the bad things happened. I truly appreciate the office staff for being so nice, understanding and hearing me out.

I went to Laseraway Jacksonville last Sunday, I just love how they take care of their clients. Shannon was very attentive to my needs and very considerate. Jordan was also very accommodating and friendly. It was very easy to reschedule my appointment. I love going back to Laseraway Jacksonville not only because they know what theyre doing, how they take care of their clients is their number priority.

I have really enjoyed all of my visits so far to Laser Away! I am still in the middle of my group of sessions, but I always look forward to the appointments. Susan got me started on signing up for a treatment plan - it was so nice of her to explain everything and actually look further than just a glance at my appearance, because I’ve had so many people elsewhere take one look at the blonde hair on my head and tell me I probably wouldn’t be a good laser hair removal candidate. Turns out, I am! I have had a few different techs and all are fantastic, but I am usually with Michelle and she makes the process so comfortable. These girls really know their stuff, so if you’re new to aesthetics and have questions, definitely have a chat with them.

So impressed with LaserAway! The front office staff are very professional, helpful and friendly. They showed me before and after pictures for the treatment I was interested in - Thermage. It is a radio frequency device used to smooth, tighten and contour skin. It builds collagen.The nurse practitioners who performed my treatments were both excellent. The expertise of NP’s Jenny and Shannan helped me through the painful procedure. I am so very grateful to them for their support and encouragement.I have had two Thermage treatments, one for my belly and one for my upper arms.My goal is to tighten loose skin after weight loss.Thermage is a very painful procedure, probably the most painful one that I’ve had other than Ultherapy. Ultherapy was SO worth the pain because of the incredible results.I’m anticipating the same excellent results with Thermage. I literally see results already - on the day of treatment - on the belly! There’s no pain after the procedure though.I definitely wanted this procedure because of the great outcomes. I plan on doing my face with the Thermage as well.

I had previously went to the same Aesthetics place for the past five years and moved to Jacksonville recently, Susan at the front desk was very accommodating and kind I was late to my appointment and they made it work for me which is pretty much unheard of anywhere else lol can’t think her and Michelle the NP that did my lips was very knowledgeable and gave me the exact results I was looking for! I came here to try the laser hair removal and purchased Xeomin and baby thermage! Susan at the desk was incredible and walked me through all my options and got me a great price. She was able to address my concerns and recommend treatments, thoroughly explaining the processes and benefits! Michelle the lead clinician did both my laser hair removal and Xeomin injections! It was my first time with injectables and I even though I was anxious both girls made me feel so comfortable and it was quick! I am looking forward to my thermage appointment!

I got my first Thermage treatment on my face/neck with Michelle and the stomach with Ngan two days after. I couldn’t recommend them more! The entire staff were so knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable and aware of what was happening through every step of the treatment. The entire Thermage treatments took about 160 minutes each session and I was comfortable the entire time. It got a little warm at certain spots on my face and stomach , but was never too hot. I went out the next day with zero face makeup on, and everyone kept telling me that my skin was GLOWING. I was so excited to get this feedback! While the treatment has little to no downtime, I experienced *no* downtime after treatment and went to get a tattoo the same day after having the 2nd procedure done on my stomach. Id highly recommend this to anyone looking for a non-invasive way to rejuvenate their looks! I will be coming to visit Michelle and her team for more services.**100 stars customer service**

Today was my Second session for Lazer Hair removal, Shannan was awesome!! She was very thorough, She took her time and made sure every area that I needed. Targeted was targeted,. I did request her from now on so from my next eight treatments. I hope it Shannan I get.

I received Botox, Voluma and Juva Plus for the nasolabial folds. These were two separate visits. I wanted to hold off on my results. So that I could compare the difference between part 1 and part 2 just to see if the goal I was looking to achieve was accomplish. i must say Im definitely seeing the difference. and Im pleased. So happy to have a laser away in Jacksonville! I am a long time lover of LaserAway and finally there is one in Jacksonville! The front desk staff is friendly and more than competent, and Sarah is particularly on-the-ball, and the nurse injector (Michelle) is excellent at what she does. I just got Botox done this time, but have also had laser hair removal, IPL, and thermage done at other LaserAway locations. I was not nervous at all about my results because I know from previous visits at other locations that the staff is always talented and skilled, this visit was on par with what I would expect. If you have not yet been to LaserAway, I highly recommend you pay them a visit. Visit them on social media to see their specials and more information on the procedures and services, LaserAway has been around for awhile in other cities and provides excellent quality services and competitive values.
