    At first, I was extremely nervous, however the receptionist, Hannah, was extremely friendly and talked to me through the process. She made me feel extremely comfortable.     10/10 would recommend. Everyone here is sweet and professional. They do well to make you feel comfortable and listen to your concerns. The first session you have is essentially the only one that feels moderately uncomfortable. From what I hear, that’s amazing for laser hair removal. I’m so glad I found this place! Life changer.

    Today was my second treatment at LivSmooth. From the moment I had my consultation till now, I have nothing but good things to say about this place! When you walk in, the environment is clean and welcoming. They have a cute coffee/soda and snack bar always full if you want to have something before your appointment. Hannah at the front desk made me feel so welcomed and comfortable as it was my first time doing any sort of laser treatment. The treatment is painless and this is coming from someone who has a very low pain tolerance. I opted for laser instead of waxing just because waxing is so painful and I am so happy I went with LivSmooth. The overall energy is kind and caring and they really have made my experience everything a client could ask for. Highly recommend!

    I love that the treatment is unlimited and NOT PAINFUL AT ALL. I know people always say things like oh it didnt hurt but this really did not. It just glides over your skin. I kept waiting for the pain but it never came. That was probably one of the best experiences Ive ever had. Not to mention the staff are amazing and make you feel so comfortable.

    After months of research, I have finally found the perfect clinic! As soon as I walked in, I immediately felt welcomed. Ms. Hannah is so sweet and just a ray of sunshine. I loved her customer service skills and professionalism. I am post-liver transplant, and one of the medications I take is Prednisone. I am also in the process of diagnosis testing for PCOS and have suffered from unwanted facial hair all my life. I came in for a consultation, during which the medical director, Paul, was so straightforward, and I loved how he listened to what I needed and came up with the perfect treatment plan. I was lucky to start my first session after the consult, so I am excited for future sessions. Antea, the nurse practitioner, was amazing. She went over the process and talked through what she was doing. I am so excited for my Laser Hair Removal journey 💕

    So, so, sooooo happy I am doing this laser treatment. My treatment is for the facial hair and chin, and it has been one of the best investments I have done thus far. I am going into my 6th treatment now and have not had to shave only prior to my appointment. I notice less hair on other areas of my face. This is just one less facial care I have to do my face in the morning or at night, and Im happy to say bye bye to it. The extra plus for this location are the people that work here. They are AMAZING!!!! Everyone makes you feel comfortable and answers all of your questions. What a great team 👏 they have here!!!***** I do not wear makeup, nor do I know how to put it on. The pictures I posted are two hours after my appointment with only still aloe on it 🧡
