The customer service there and the new management is so wonderful to work with their kind and professional and always make you feel so welcomed.     I’ve been coming to Semper for years and could not say more about how much I love my treatments and trust my techs. Everyone on staff creates the most memorable and comfortable experience every time I come in. From the ladies at the front desk, to the women booking my treatments and the amazing women actually giving me my treatment! I am a Semper lady for life, if the option to get touch ups for life weren’t enough, they have so many options for payment, are really clear about how to treat your areas every single session and are a really affordable in the grand scheme of things when you look at how much you are saying long term! This company and location deserve so much more love for what stellar service they provide!

    Im 7 sessions in. I’ve had a couple different techs and all have been great.. Mallory is my current tech and she is amazing. She’s fast and has great attention to detail. She’s very friendly and personable. Highly recommend!!

    Love this place, and am obssessed with the results! I highly recommend it for anyone that wishes to rid having to shave again. The front desk staff and Cherilynn were sweet and wonderful to talk too. Cherilynn walked me through each package throughly. I had Alyssa as my laser person and she is just the best. She works with you and makes sure you feel comfortable through out the whole treatment time. I was so pleased with the overall results that I purchased a full body package for my sister too.

    I’ve had laser hair removal from a few other places before with varied results. By far the best results I’ve had is from here. I’m 8 treatments in for my Brazilian. After just a few sessions I had little to no regrowth in between sessions. I’m a few treatments into my lower legs and I’ve just started my upper legs. I’ve been happy with my results. Staff have always been friendly. Place is always clean. I’ve had no issues with scheduling. It’s well worth the money.

    The staff is always super polite and on time for my appointments. I am getting a full Brazilian and underarms and it’s always a good experience. Techs are great to talk to.There was one occasion where the laser malfunctioned mid-session due a cord being dislodged and they were able to squeeze me back in within a week to finish the treatment.Once I finish my current package I am considering going back for more!

    Bre on the front desk gives excellent customer service she provides warm welcomes, ensures that you’re comfortable while waiting and schedules you promptly at first available.     My technician this time was Caity, and she was very thorough and made sure to address all concerns and needs. My last technician was Alyssa and she was really great, too! Actually, all the technicians are so nice and make me feel very comfortable. The facility is very clean, well decorated and well appointed, and the temperature in the waiting area and treatment room is pleasant. I have noticed significant decrease in hair growth in the areas I’m having treated to the point where I don’t really even have to shave much at all there, and I’m only 3/4 of the way to the final treatment. I’m very happy with the results so far! :)

    I ABSOLUTELY LOVE SEMPER! I started my semper journey in Hallandale location down south and they were amazing and I had to transfer to Jacksonville because I moved and was a little nervous but The Jax location gave me the same love, care and attention and I loved them!! Easy process and Tea the tech is amazing she makes me feel super comfortable and very friendly. I love semper and recommend it to anyone that is unsure or is a first timer like me! I did my underarms and I will say i am a latina that has dark coarse hair AND I LOVE THE RESULTS!!! I feel more confident in myself. It does hurt but not too much it’s just like a pinch but I would recommend putting on numbing cream like 30-45 min prior to your appointment. Moral of the story love this location, love the techs/employees and love the results!

I initially thought I’d just take advantage of that free offer but after going in for the initial meeting/ appointment I couldn’t help but sign up.Everytime I go the appointment window is timely and efficient. The team is so welcoming and makes me feel cared for and important. During every appointment the technician ensures she asks about my comfort level before and during the quick procedure. I’ve only had 3 appointments for two small areas and see drastic changes! I’m excited to complete all my sessions and sign up for a new area! It’s like going to the gym, every time I leave I feel better and want to come back.

    What a great experience! The staff was absolutely amazing. Christina made sure that I was comfortable and that I understood the procedure, I had my armpits treated. I was pleasantly surprised that it basically felt like a rubber band popping against my skin. A lot less painful than I expected. I’m a big baby when it comes to pain. Their prices are very reasonable and they even take care credit if you don’t want to pay in full. I’m hooked already, I can’t wait to get my Brazilian area treated next!

The vibes were immediately welcoming and the staff was vibrant. I did a short consul with Christina and we got started on my bikini area! it was a level 2 pain (had laser before and was about a level 9) so that was awesome. You could tell Christina was super knowledge and had been doing this for awhile. She completely sold me on 12 more sessions. Im on my second and can ALREADY see a difference.     The Jacksonville location is so wonderful. The office is so clean and the staff are very professional. Ive had a great experience with the whole team, especially Christina. She is great to work with, because she makes sure you are comfortable and prepared every step of the way. She is great about listening to your pain cues, and also educating you on the whole process (from a medical point of view as well). She always goes over the short term and long term plan and your goals. I highly recommend her and the whole staff at the Jax location. Also, their communication is top tier. I can easily text with the office, reschedule, and ask questions. They reply super fast and help to get me rescheduled at my convenience. Thanks again Jax location! Youre the best!
