I’ve been getting Botox for 3 decades. Initially receiving a few units on forehead and between the brow. As we age, bone structures shift, fat loss along with collagen leads to increase lines, and for me, asymmetry in eyebrows.Botox needs increased from 40 units to 120units twice yearly. Unfortunately, I’ve had many bad experiences with places in Jacksonville from PV, beaches, and downtown.It wasn’t until I discovered Laser Skin Solutions that I finally found the very BEST talent in all of Jacksonville. Within 2 visits lopsided eyebrows hidden behind bangs that made me feel like a freak are for the first time- perfect, no longer needing to cover my forehead, ( see from my google picture).You get what you pay for. You’re not paying for units, you’re paying for the culmination of one’s wisdom, talent, eye for detail and skills that run deeper than your own comprehension of the inner workings of your own body.If you struggle with reversing desired outcomes from NP’s, RN’s, doctors, and practitioners alike that are certified- then you can trust that you can find solace that you’ve come to the right place. Your experience will have you give up everyone else, including the discounted Ads.If you have a great talent that all the competition around you did not possess, would you lower your price to match theirs? I would hope not. I love the doctor- she’s a true artist, perfectionist which I love. Her PA, is equally talented at what she does, educating along the way. She speaks a language I understand as I too work in medicine.

I have struggled with melasma for the past 20 years due to one of my former pregnancies. I have tried many things and products to get rid of the dark pigmentation on my face, however, nothing worked until I sought the advice from LSS. MaKayla was highly informative on the products that I needed to utilize and following the regiment she advised, I can now say that the dark pigments are almost completely gone. I will continue to utilize these products and keep moving forward with the professional recommendations for my skin care. Dr. L has done an amazing job, incorporating the right staff, product lines and procedures in her practice that make all the difference in daily skin care. Truly professionals in their field and I highly recommend their services and expertise.

I went here years ago for laser tattoo removal and always had a great experience. I wanted to go back for another procedure, and saw the recent negative reviews. I was hesitant to return because of those reviews, but knew I trusted Dr. Lezaic. So I figured a consult couldnt hurt.Im so glad I went. All the staff was fantastic and friendly. I absolutely did not expect Dr. L to remember me from so many years ago, but she did. My results are subtle, just like I wanted, and I had such a pleasant experience with everyone!

I have been going to Laser Skin Solutions for my tattoo removal since March 2014 and I am almost done with my treatment (very large, colorful tattoo to be removed)! I just wanted to say that the entire staff at LSS has been incredibly wonderful throughout my treatment, from scheduling appointments to my actual treatments. They were very informative about the procedure, and were even flexible with payments for me. Between my initial consultation and when I started my treatments, they had upgraded to the PicoSure laser technology and had no problem with me upgrading my package and paying the difference in installments. Also, I have always had the same technician for all of my treatments (Lori), and shes always a pleasure and does anything she can to make the treatments as comfortable as possible.I cant recommend their services highly enough. I am a very happy client!

Dr. L & her staff help keep my skin looking fantastic! I have also had friends use her services as well and they continue to. They are awesome!

I have always wanted to try laser hair removal, and after receiving a gift certificate from my boyfriend, I finally took the plunge. 100% satisfaction! I first went to LSS for laser tattoo removal and ended up not only satisfied with how well that process is going, but how gorgeous and amazing I feel about myself after several other treatments Ive received! I was down in the north Florida area for several months due to some work training. The staff at Laser Skin Solutions were happy to assist me and I purchased a 3-pack laser tattoo removal package with their Enlighten laser. These sessions were my 7th, 8th, and 9th treatments. First and foremost, the enlighten laser did wonders in removing stubborn black ink from my tattoo that the picosure laser couldnt remove in 6 previous treatments from another clinic. I worked primarily with Amanda Isaacs. She was so helpful and courteous during my treatments. I never thought Id be saying this, but her demeanor and professionalism actually made my trips tolerable...boarding on pleasant! After my 3-pack treatments were finished, Amanda took time out of her day to email me another clinic near where I live to continue treatments with the Enlighten. I recommend this clinic to anybody serious about getting their tattoo removed once and for all. Nothing but the best experience here.

I love Dr. Lezaic and the Laser Skin Solutions team. Choosing to get a tattoo removed can be a big decision- mine was anyway, as I am having a full sleeve and another large tattoo removed. From the moment I walked into LSS for my consult, I felt very at home and knew almost instantly that this would be where I was getting my tattoos removed. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and able to answer any and all my questions and address any and all my concerns. As time went on, I also started getting Botox and filler. Dr. L does a phenomenal job! *I think it is important for me to note that these procedures were never once pushed on me by any member of the LSS team at all!!* I showed an interest in having them done. The estheticians and Dr. L told me everything I needed to know about each product/procedure and gave me literature to take home. When I decided it was something I wanted to do, they made the processes as quick and painless as possible. I couldn’t be more happy with the results. Again, I have a lot of area to cover on my tattoos, so I still have a ways to go, but there is absolutely no denying significant progress has been made. You have to trust the process!! I would recommend Laser Skin Solutions 1000xs over and over again!

I went to Laser Skin Solutions with little hope after learning that the colors of my tattoo made removal next to impossible. Lucky for me Dr. Lezaic was optimistic enough for the both of us. She explained it would be difficult but not impossible and I scheduled my first appointment in two weeks. The progress was much faster than I had imagined whether this was due to the laser or her masterful skill in using it I dont know. I have to believe it was a combination of both. I walked away from Laser Sin Solutions 100% satisfied with both the progress of my treatments and the friendliness of the staff. I could not recommend LSS more for anybody looking to remove an unsightly tattoo.

Laser Skin Solutions is the best medical spa that I have been to in the Jacksonville area. The waiting room is one of the most luxurious rooms Ive have ever been in and I feel like royalty every time I step into their office. Ive seen them for many types of treatments including botox, laser hair removal, facials and peels. Dr. Lezaic is very professional and my face looks amazing after my botox treatments! Amanda and Lori always make me feel very comfortable and at ease when getting my hair removal treatments. Jennifer at the front desk is a joy and is very accommodating when needing to schedule and reschedule appointments. Overall I highly recommend LSS to anyone looking for a medical spa!

After many months of researching I came across Laser Skin Solutions Jacksonville. They were the only facility within the area that offered permanent make up removal, and let me tell you I needed it BAD. I had gotten my eyebrows microbladed a year before by a place that thankfully is now out of business, but the woman who did the procedure botched them horribly. I cried for months. I researched for almost a year to find a great place that was well known and skilled at permanent makeup removal and by grace I found LSSJ. Dr. Lezaic is wonderful and the staff is very professional. They are very kind and do whatever they can to make your experience as comfortable as possible. I was so excited to get these awful caterpillars off of my face! The pain of the procedure was very minimal. And the swelling goes down very quickly. If you are desperate for any type of tattoo removal, hyperpigmentation, scar, hair, and many other laser treatments this is the place. They do not dissapoint!

How often can you step into an establishment and say you felt welcomed by each and every staff member? I’m thankful to have experienced such competence from such endearing people. Literally, every last person I came in contact with at Laser Skin Solution Jacksonville has not only been knowledgeable, but authentically glad to help. Not to mention, you definitely won’t find someone as brilliant and dependable as Dr. Jill Lezaic to entrust with something as important as your face.Can’t speak highly enough about how amazing my experience has been there. I had terrible hyperpigmentation all over my face and after coming in and being offered a great deal on a Pico Genesis package my skin is clear. I mean my skin has completely improved in every way possible. Smaller pores, my what was severe hyperpigmentation is now almost nonexistent, breakouts have decreased significantly and when I do breakout the bumps are fewer and smaller. To put simply, I definitely recommend.

But I realized on my last (August 5, 2014) laser tattoo removal treatment that I owe it to Dr. Lezaic and her amazing staff to write a review that expressed my sentiments and very positive experiences with her establishment.Please allow me to explain my personal experience with Dr. Lezaic and her staff over the last 1 1/2 years:First, I will let you know that I am a man who has high expectations for the level quality in both customer service and the skill level of the staff of any establishment Im looking to give my money to. I expect staff to offer a pleasant greeting and demeanor. I expect that if Im giving them my money they should work for it and go out of their way to make certain that Im fully satisfied with my purchase and experience with their organization. Im a transplant from Pennsylvania and have lived here in Jacksonville, Florida for the last 4 years. I say that because I think my high expectations are a result of the fact that, in my experience, its common to have businesses that go out of their way to provide these very things back home. I dont usually have to look for it when Im home because I know I can find it. I have noticed, however, that it is nowhere near as common here in Jacksonville as it is at home. This may simply be my individual experience but it has been my experience none-the-less. Why would I tell you this? Because since the beginning of my treatments at Laser Skin Solutions, I have had nothing but absolutely pleasant experiences. In my opinion, Dr. Lezaic sets the bar for both quality customer service and skill level among all the business experiences I have had over the course of the last 4 years. (I can name hundreds of business experiences.)I have been going to Laser Skin Solutions for the last 1 1/2 years and Ive received about 14 treatments on a very stubborn tattoo that Im a fool for ever getting. During every treatment I have been treated with respect and consideration above and beyond anything that I have requested of them. If I have a complaint or a concern or a question I am greeted with a considerate response every time and that is HUGE to me being as I know that I have high expectations, especially from healthcare professionals who I believe should know what they are doing. Furthermore, since I started going to Laser Skin Solutions, Ive received discounts on services bought in bulk. Also, recently there have been two times where there was a schedule mix up with my appointments and the staff have taken full responsibility and adjusted their schedules to accommodate me when I was already there at a time they did not expect. I dont know for sure if it was their fault or not but Im very good about being on time and making certain that I am there at my particular appointment time. Regardless, they still took responsibility for it and that floored me because I honestly dont remember the last time a company has done that without me having to remind them of their responsibilities in circumstances like these, which Im happy to do if they need it but have never had to do with Laser Skin Solutions. Dr. Lezaics staff, including Amanda, Farin (I hope I spelled that correctly) Lori (I hope I spelled that one right, too) and numerous others have all been truly awesome.Thank you very much, ladies. I love LSS! Started coming here a few years ago to remove my 4 tattoos, 3 of the 4 are completely removed!(my pics are in the waiting room) Still working on number 4, its a process but well worth it! Anyone looking into tattoo removal I will highly recommend LSS to you, just be consistent with the treatments it will all pay off in the end! However, tattoo removal is a bit uncomfortable. But.........Amanda, is the absolute best shes very gental and takes her time for your comfort.

I could not be more satisfied or impressed ! I am a 60 year old sun worshiper with brief involvement in the laser aesthetics business before a divorce divested me from that business but I say it to say that I am not unfamiliar with lasers and have had my share of treatments over the last 8 years. As a former spa owner and consumer of many procedures in many facilities, i know the good , bad and ugly of the business. I reside in Nashville Tn and a friend here told me about Dr. Jill Lezaic and Laser Skin Solutions in Jacksonville. I made an appointment and booked a 70 minute non stop flight and met Dr. Lezaic ,her beautiful facility and the entire staff in late October 2016. I was seeking help with brown sun spots on the sides of my face from years of sun exposure and not enough sun screen. Dr. Lezaic introduced me to Amanda, Spa Director and Licensed Medical Aesthetician. What made the trip to Jacksonville and the two more over the next 70 days was Amanda and her knowledge of the many lasers in the practice and her ability to match them to my individual needs. The first two visits involved the Pico Genesis Cutera laser and my sun damage was completely resolved to my satisfaction such that on my third visit last week Amanda suggested a different procedure for a different need that I had. Amanda`s ability to asses and treat the patient is what impressed me most. She used the Excel V Cutera laser on my last visit to address redness and vascular issues and it has only been a few days but I am already certain that I am going to be very happy with the result. FIVE STARS, Dr. Lezaic , Amanda and the entire staff. You are the best I have ever experienced. Thank You !!

I love LSS! I came in for a skin consult and got so much help with make up and skin care. I left with some awesome products by ZO. I love the exfoliating cleanser and sunscreens! The make up line is really nice too and doesnt make me break out. The staff is very friendly and super knowledgeable. I look forward to my next treatment.

Just had Picosure on my face and I am blown away at how much firmer my skin is and very healthy looking too. My brother mentioned that I looked younger and I didnt tell him about the procedure! After having used Thermage and feeling like I threw money out the window, I didnt expect much, but I could really tell the difference. Not cheap for sure but worth every penny. I have frequented several other establishments but none are as good as Laser Skin Solutions.A side note: Dr. Leziac is the best at injecting facial fillers, you will not be disappointed.

I just finished my second Exel V Laser treatment. Such professionalism and care are given by the whole team. This is a painless laser treatment with basically no downtime. Redness and brown spots will be things of my past. My only regret is how long I waited to have these so easily taken care of. If you are thinking of laser treatment, dont look any further... they do it all here. Easy, affordable, awesome! I am so pleased.

There has been no comparison to her thoroughness, detail, and honesty in practice. This is true, try a few so called Best Ofs, when you market to the masses some details such as purity, attention to detail, and follow-up care suffer. I have been very pleased and if money was not an option, I would be more a regular.

Let me start off by saying that I cannot recommend Laser Skin Solutions enough. Ive been going there for roughly two years for their laser tattoo removal, and am SO incredibly thankful I found them. Id been to other laser clinics with less than amazing results, and had other consultations before making my choice. At first glance, the staff was very professional and welcoming. After coming in a few times and getting to know them, they become sort of like a little clinic family. I never felt judged or uncomfortable being there, and if youve gone to many plastic surgery clinics, youll know this isnt typical. Im also a thirty-something woman who works full time and goes to school...not exactly made of money and/or glamour!!Now for the details: let me just make it clear that getting a tattoo removed HURTS. Im talking hot grease splattering again your skin kind of pain. I highly recommend using the topical cream LSS offers as well as the cool roller. Ive been to places that only supplied lidocaine and ice packs, which do NOT help the way the cream does. Whoever came up with that stuff is a winner in my book!!I would come in early, have it applied and then youre basically Saran wrapped until it kicks in. Id recommend a FULL HOUR of wait time-Ive had a session after just a half hour, and YIKES...wont try that again (I was late for my appt that day, so it was my own fault). It will still hurt with the numbing cream, but not even close to how itll feel without it.Ok, now onto my results: I had two tattoos lasered off...both black ink with shading, one smaller and one VERY large. I had four sessions done with a Q-switch laser prior to moving to JAX, and then was treated with the Enlighten laser at LSS. The results literally were night and day. Also, prepare for it to be expensive. In comparison with the Q-switch, it was slightly more expensive, but you WILL NOT have as many sessions (like I said, HUGE difference in the results!!).Now theyll tell you in the clinic that results are NOT typical...this means that your body is different from everyone else, and you WILL experience different results. In my experience I felt like I had a horrific sunburn afterwards, with some redness and bruising. After about two days, the pain went away. In a week, I was all healed up. I did not notice huge results until roughly two to three months had passed (your body is absorbing the broken down ink particles through your lymphatic system...it is not instantaneous). I have no scarring, discoloration, etc. and also waited longer in between sessions (about four to five months). Im about to go in for what should be my last session which will total five sessions on my back, and nine on my arm...four Q-switch, five Enlighten.Once this last session is over, my results will be posted on the LSS website so you can see for yourself.
