My sister and I wanted a new spa experience on our recent visit to Jax Beach. We decided to give the Moroccan Hammam & Day Spa a try based on its reviews. What an incredible experience!! While the spa is located in a plaza, once you open the door you enter into a peaceful sanctuary. We both had the Luxury Detox which included a massage, steam, sea salt scrub and mud treatment. The massage was very relaxing and was an upgrade from a typical massage. The sea salt scrub, mud body wrap and steam room were such unique treatments my skin has never felt so soft. We finished off our time in the tearoom, with complimentary tea and delicious fruit. The staff went above and beyond! From the from desk to all the service providers, everyone exceeded our expectations. We even had a chance to talk to the new owner, Molly, who runs a top notch business.Everyone at the Moroccan Hammam and Day Spa made our experience exceptional!!

Absolutely amazing! This was a Christmas gift that was shared with my wife and I as an experience. It was the top shelf package with additions. The customer service and experience as a whole was just that, top shelf. The people were inviting and kind. They made you feel welcome, and that is was all about you. Im a massage guy, but let me tell you the facial and steam room experience were top notch. Molly, the owner, went out of her way to make sure everything went smoothly starting from the first phone call. I am beyond pleased!

Hands down one of the best massages I’ve ever had! By some magic (likely a cancellation), I was able to make a same day appointment for a deep tissue massage! This place is a hidden gem in this shopping center. I’ve lived in Jax Beach for 4 years and gone to the gym, post office, and ice cream store in the same parking lot and never knew about this spa! They offer a unique variety of services and focus on the customer experience!

Such a beautiful experience! Molly, the owner, was incredibly kind and helpful while I was booking my appointment, and it was wonderful to get to meet her! She is very sweet and I love the atmosphere she has created in her spa. Callie, the manager was also unbelievably kind and went above and beyond to assist me with a gift card I received and was very sweet. Zianni performed my facial, and when I saw her flawless skin, I knew I was in good hands. She gave an amazing facial and was incredibly professional, yet funny and easy to talk to. My skin is glowing and this was an excellent way to finish out the year. I cant recommend them enough! Thank you all for being so wonderful during the stressful holiday season, and I hope you all find a chance to relax soon! 💚

A++++++ & 100 Star service. Ive been looking for Hammans ever since my stay in Turkey and I am so glad that they finally have one in Jax! Hammans are the fountain of youth when it comes to anti aging and this spot is the place to be for all your body and facial treatments. Im going on 40 and still get carded for liquor. This is the only place i have gone to that ive actually felt the radio frequency machine working and the Owner is phenomenal. I could go on and on raving about this place but will just end with military discounts coming soon!

I booked a 2 hour experience which included a 1-hour facial and 1-hour massage. Both treatments were fantastic. Arumy was very knowledgeable and provided a relaxing facial. My face feels and looks fantastic. Carolann worked wonders with her massage. Perfect pressure.Overall, the spa atmosphere is relaxing and well thought out. Highly recommend

Carolann was awesome. She worked out the knots in my neck and sciatica pain on my right side. Hilda massaged my husband. It was worth it. I got off the table feeling like a brand new person. Go here. I have never been disappointed in any of my facial services! It’s been an outstanding service and more! I am glad I found this gem. Although now is being run by new management than when I first started, they didn’t disappoint. They kept the service and product in all excellence and I will be returning as satisfied customer.. Arumy, who did my Cleopatra Facial, is a great asset to their team and was wonderful in making sure I was pampered like a STAR!!!

Professional from start to finish. This spa has a great selection of massages and body scrub services. On this visit I did both a deep tissue massage followed by a steam and body scrub. This parring was a perfect combination for relaxation and melting any stress away. I definitely felt like a bowl of jello afterwards. To complement the treatment they had a lounge area for relaxing with hot tea and a cup of assorted fruit. This assisted in getting me hydrated and toxins out of the system. Will definitely visit again and highly recommend.

Weve been to other spas in the area, but when we truly want to treat ourselves, we always book here.During our most recent visit, Carolann gave me one of the best massages Ive ever had. I dont tend to fall asleep in my massages, but I was so relaxed at the end of it that I dozed off. My significant other also had a massage with her at a different appointment and agreed—shes fantastic.Whenever we hear someone wondering where to try a spa, this is the first place we recommend. We know the experience here will always be top-notch, and were confident theyll leave as impressed as we always are.This spa consistently delivers an excellent experience, and Carolanns skill and professionalism are just another reason we’ll keep returning. I must say I loved how the spa looked. The staff was very nice, I loved hamam experience , I loved the little room afterwards to have tea and sweets with my tea. The reason for 4 start instead of 5 is because lotion wasn’t put on the skin after all that exfoliation, so when I left there my skin was very dry and itchy, also I wish for the price of the service I would receive more comfortable softer shoes and robe 🙏 overall thank you for great experience

The front desk deserves praise for their warmth and welcoming demeanor that instantly put us at ease when we walked in. The couples massage was truly amazing. Both therapists were skilled and tailored the session to our individual needs. The highlight of our visit was the couples body scrub. The exfoliation, coupled with a warm water rinse at the end was extremely relaxing and will be something we love to book again.

Today I had my 3rd Hammam Treatment at this spa - and I must say they keep getting better and better! My treatment specialist Annalee was absolutely amazing. She is very thorough and catered to my individual preferences - which I appreciated. I know I enjoyed the other times I was there as well - but today I was in a completely different “zone” of total relaxation and bliss. If you have never had a Hammam treatment, you are in for an experience of a lifetime!! The spa is relaxing, professional and among the highest standards of luxury. We recently visited for our anniversary and I must say we were relatively impressed with the ambiance and the overall spa experience. Id like to start off by saying the staff was very professional and accommodating. We received the Luxury Detox and the combined service was a great value. Due to scheduling conflicts, we both were unable to receive the one hour deep tissue massage. However, the staff was able to accommodate and my wife received a facial (Note: Per my wife, the facial table was hard and uncomfortable, however, the esthetician provided a great service.) If youre going to book, I recommend doing so in advance, especially if youre trying to book couple services.

My mother, sister in law and future sister in law went together for a shared spa experience and had an amazing time, they had us in a private room for chocolates and mimosas, and we each got a facial and a massage with the package that we purchased. I called far in advance to book the occasion and everything was very smooth, and was able to even call back later when I had more details about the individual services each party member chose. I am in my second trimester of my first pregnancy and had the prenatal massage, which I was very happy they offered so that I didn’t have to miss out on any of the spa day fun. This was honestly the best massage I’ve ever had, hands down. I don’t live in town, but will definitely be back for another prenatal massage during my pregnancy. All of my family members thoroughly enjoyed their experiences as well.

I came here for the first time a few weeks ago and tried the steam room session as well as the deep pore cleansing facial, both services were divine.I left the spa feeling so relaxed and reborn again.Oh, and they have their own skincare line that’s made in Morocco that’s phenomenal.I purchased the Argan cosmetic oil, hair treatment oil, and the anti aging cream. I am very happy with the products and was pleasantly surprised how amazing the quality is compared to other professional brands.The facility was clean and the staff were polite and professional. 5 star service! Exquisite is an understatement! I found them on Groupon. You have to see this place to believe it. The staff treated me like a princess! This spa is so professional and Super clean. The ambience is on another level. Great skincare products. Royal Hammam is a celebrity-like experience. Never seen anything like it @ the beach. They treat you like royalty and exfoliate the skin (perfect 2 days before spray tan.) Then you relax in this cushiony tea room and they bring you water, juice, tea and yummy Moroccan cookies. Cant wait to go back.

Hands down far exceeded my expectations. Emma and Madison took care of me and I will be requesting them again for my next visit. My husband and I did the Luxury Detox. We started our experience our with a 1 hour massage. Emma, my massage therapist, had hands of a healer. She seriously took my lower back pains from me. Her pressure was perfect and technique showed her expertise! My husband’s massage therapist was so good that he was snoring next to me. After our massage, we went to the steam room for 30mins. The temperature in the steam room was perfect! After 15mins of being in the steam room, our therapists offered us cold bottled water. Yes, every details throughout our experience were very well thought of! After the steam room, we had a sea salt scrub with oil. Oh my goodness, Madison’s scrub down made my skin so soft… like a baby’s bottom soft. After the sea salt scrub we had a mud body wrap. We ended our experience with fresh fruits and warm tea. Perfect way to end our spa experience. Thank you to the ladies who took such great care of me and my husband!

It was very relaxing and I am pleased with my results. I would highly recommend this spa, and I will be returning. This is WELL worth the prices. Started out with an amazing salt scrub, facial and massage one at a time. Then, got the Hammam service. Sounds pricey until you do it, then realize you get SO Much for it. Love it!!! Its so luxurious and pampering. You feel like a goddess both physically and your skin to the touch when youre finished. Went in with my staff and it was very amazing experience. One thing I learned right away so well that the owner takes pride in everything that is so precise and meticulously planned. If anything that can make next client visit less will be less comfortable spots that means not a 100% perfect visit for next client may be some mechanical issue or some where where normal clients might not even notice but they will cancel rest of the appointments until the issue is resolved and I guarantee that you must reschedule but you will get nothing but genuinely best experience.Even every minute while you are in there they have it planned based on clients needs. I visited this place they know exactly client will feel thirsty and water bottle comes in and I was blown away with each and every one I saw more than 12 staff and not a single person had nothing but smile and waiting to hear what I was going to ask, everyone was such a soft spoken and genuinely courteous.When was the last time where you see someone who looks at you or talks and shows that. They not only smile but they care . Very well trained staff place works like well oiled machine. Seems like they all work very well together. Family room refreshments fresh fruits authentic tea while talking with your loved ones while you are there it’s totally personal personal personal time.I am definitely coming back and I want to conclude while it’s still a draft review that this is a very high end Spa something organic genuine locally owned and not using chemicals like you see in traditional Spa resort set up spas.Materials arrive gets shipped not from Amazon but authentic chosen specific geological sites from different parts of the world this is not made in china and for just further clarification if you happen to be a male or female thinks totally not at all happy ending mindset kind of Spa. , If you are successful genuine who really wants to coke in with someone you love you must come here.In my short visit I noticed several things. So many things to list this will just go on. If you want something that’s good for your body this is the place. If you happen to be in Jacksonville or within 100 miles you must try this is one of a kind in whole Floroda. It is truly a hidden gem that you need to have in your bucket list. I will totally recommend any and every but someone of a class and stature this place is not for a street trash or junky mindset. You get what you pay for.When you come in walk in with family or friend that you want to show them your appreciation and respect for your relationship come in with mom on Mother’s Day, Bring dad on Fathers day. This is this type of spa. If you can not afford the 3-4 hour packages then pick up one or two packages but definitely include Hammam. This is where the game changes. This is climax of the movie you feel rejuvenated. Lots of scrubs goes on deep cleaning your skin like someone giving you a really good shower washing all dead skins but scut Ei ally and organic and authentic way and opening all skin pores at least 80 buckets of hot water went all over on my body and I’m saying this oh boy, why I can not bring my loved ones here and show them how much I love them.If you didn’t get my message I will post another google review with pictures so you know what I’m talking about.Come in with some one that you want them to remember that day for rest of their life.

All I can say is the experience was amazing from beginning to end. Everyone was so attentive and professional. I really needed a relaxing day and this spa exceeding my expectations. My masseuse, Vitaly gave me the best massage I’ve ever had. Then after I had the steam room, Himalayan Salt Scrub and Dead Sea mud body wrap. I felt like a new person walking out and my skin felt like silk. I can’t wait to go back and tell all my friends.

I can’t think of enough amazing things to say about my experience here. Everything was so clean and their COVID protocol was well followed. The Hammam experience was like none other. I would go back every week if I could! This is the ultimate escape. Great for a couple or friends- my mom and I can’t stop talking about it and will return very soon.Also I have to mention my facial by merriam. This was some Kim K style face exercising. I have never in my life had a facial so amazing. She slapped and patted and massaged ten years off of my face in 60 minutes.

This was the most amazing experience I’ve ever had. An obscure little gem nestled on Beach Blvd. From the moment you enter the establishment, the ambiance is only a small snippet of the luxurious treatments that await to engage your senses. Impeccable service! Covid protocols practiced. My masseuse, Emma, was superb. Samantha, as my aesthetician, was phenomenal and provided an incredible experience during the hammam. This is an absolute must do!

My love bought me a christmas present for the royal hammam, followed by massage. In every way this place was TOP NOTCH and a TOTALLY DIFFERENT experience than I have ever had. To be gently washed, and roughly exfoliated, and then gently rubbed with clay; this was an experience I have never had and dont know where else one can have it. The bath-room and steam-rooms were exquisite in decor. The ambiance of the entire place was one of calming peace. To finish it all of with a relaxation room with tea and sweet treats was a wonderful and relaxing touch! Lastly, we were led to the massage room for a peaceful and skilled massage. This is a MUST DO! I also encourage it for couples as it is a bonding activity.

This palce was absolutely delightful. It was peaceful, very clean, the staff was super prompt and curteous. I LOVED my masseuse, she was thorough and attentive to my sore spots and the light conversation we had was very pleasant. I cannot wait for my next appointment.
